Avoid! Parked car and then had a family emergency. Came back, then get nasty threatening letter with £100 fine! Well, you can stick that right up your Happy Meal Ronald!! AVOID, NOT LEFT a pleasant taste in my mouth!!!

Poor service. Lots of people who ordered to take out stuck waiting although monitor showing orders ready. All sitting on a trolley round the corner and no-one is bringing them to the counter. Fries were cold and burgers tepid at best.

Not kid friendly!!!! Was fined for being 16 over time despite proving I eat there with over 4 kids. The manager Sophie just didn't want to know. The absence of responsibility cannot be taken when your landlord has charged you. Disgusting. Will never go again.

All of our meal was cold when it arrived from uber & half full milkshakes. Rand the Dudley branch they stated ring the Customer services App but was told that unless our food arrived late we cannot get a refund on any of the food. So basically we had no tea only half a beaker of milkshake each because we through the food away. in my opinion this is down right disgusting and no one cares that we have paid for a stone cold meal which as gone into the bin.

Wow. The place was filthy, all the bins were overflowing inside, tables were full of rubbish . The condiment counter was completely empty apart from some flies. The screens for the kids didn't work, there was no paper in the self service screen printers. We ordered our food in an almost empty restaurant at 908am, it didn't arrive until 923 and my pancakes were cold and dry. No sense of urgency from the staff.. When I asked for some serviettes I was practically thrown some over the counter. Won't be going again. Substandard service, sub standards cleanliness, sub standard in general. This used to be a fantastic restaurant until it changed to delivering food.

AVOID THIS PLACE!!! The most terrible place, this place will never get your order right. We have ordered from Uber eats orders is always wrong, so we decided to collect out order missing items as always, the staff really don’t give a crap about your orders no offence seems like all young students unmanned. Avoid and go to another one. You can judge yourself from the reviews.

I ordered a vanilla milkshake and when I got it it tasted like banana I’m allergic to bananas so I have to be careful 3 people on my table tried it and said it was banana I took it to the counter and the lady asked everyone in the kitchen and goes nope it’s vanilla so I had to buy another drink

Out of all the branches in the local area, this has to be the worst for service. Consistently get parked up for around 15 minutes. But today was the final straw for me, ordered then proceeded to the next window where no one was attending, I waited for 5 minutes at this window for an employee to take payment while watching some employees mess about in the back through the window. Drove down to the second window to be told they couldn’t take payment, I explained I’ve been waiting at the other window and noone has served me. At this point I can hear the woman on the headset trying ti communicate with the employee who should be at window 1 who isn’t replying. As they can’t take payment at the second window I drive off without having my order. I shalln’t be returning. If this is a franchisee branch, they clearly cannot be bothered about the service standard here, or they aren’t aware how poor it is.

Wife ordered 3 meals to be delivered . When meals came in a sealed bag ......no fries in any of them . My wife rung up , they said we would have to come and fetch ......they wouldn't deliver . It was 5-30 pm .....rush hour ....no way . Terrible service. O ly wish I could give 0 rating

Worst maccies around constantly missing food of orders and when phone to complain managers don't wanna know. How hard is it to read of a screen

Unfortunately this is my local McDonald’s & it is by far the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been too, I’ve gave it numerous chances but it just gets worse & worse, I’ve given up now. If you go in the restaurant you wait forever for your food because they’re too busy doing the delivery orders. 20 minute wait for fast food is not……fast, especially when all you ordered was a hamburger & some fries. And don’t even bother getting your food delivered, even though it’s actually faster getting it delivered then going to the restaurant yourself the burgers are always literally thrown in box/wrapper, half the time missing the sauces, fries are always cold & half empty, pay extra for full fat coke but still always get Coke Zero, never ever get your sauces…..the one you get with your nuggets or the ones you pay for I.e sweet chilli, if you want sauce forget it, you’ve got no chance….I’m just assuming they don’t stock sauce because it’s literally none existent at this restaurant. Luckily there are so many food outlets in this area! My recommendation would be to take your money elsewhere.

If you want fast food DO NOT GO HERE! waiting half an hour for a counter order no food had come out at all during that time apart from a hot chocolate, there were at least 15 people waiting. Great if you order on Uber eats as those orders were flying out with SEVEN members of staff working on those orders. Manager couldn’t careless did nothing whatsoever to try and get counter orders out more interested in the delivery orders. Got a refund in the end went home and ordered off Uber eats from a different McDonalds got it straight to the door within 20 minutes. Rude manager and staff that just haven’t got a clue!!

Nearly always gets the order wrong when ordering for home delivery. Latest problem was a milkshake that was under half full when it arrived. I’ve ordered large meals before and got small, Ive had burgers arrive with no burger in, just an empty bun. Very often forgets to send straws for the drinks and sauces with the nuggets. Just doesn’t seem to have any quality control standards in place.

I ordered some food through the app which was delivered by Uber Eats. The food that was delivered was different to what I had ordered however the receipt stuck to the outside was correct. Uber is saying is a Mcdonald's packing issue and McDonald's is trying to say it's an Uber issue. My child was very unhappy she did not get what we had ordered.

Went through the drive thru and gave them my app order number and like usual, a simple order meant I had to park in a bay. 10 minutes later my 2 burgers and 2 portions of nuggets came but without chips. The server took them back and said he would get fries. A further 10 minutes passed and the same burgers/ nuggets came out (just freezing cold) with hot fries. Tried to address with the manager but he wasn't interested and I left. No offer to replace. Contacted store by email and a so called good will gesture they offered me 2 free meals. I made them aware I bought 4 meals but they didn't care. The place is a disaster zone. Dirty tables, customers complaining with missing food, sauces etc and the manager hiding in the back.

Worst mcdonalds ever placed an order through just eat and when arrived items missing and cold. Daughter went down to the mcdonalds to ask for the items missing gave them the receipt to prove and all they said was to claim through just eat app but it wasn't them that didn't pack my order it was the staff at castle gate mcdonalds. She said they would be out of pocket but if items were missing and I have not received them, then how can they be out of pocket 🤔. They were rude and unhelpful its not the first time it's happened it happened quite a lot of times. I actually feel bad claiming from just eat when it's clearly not there fault but MCDONALDS. THEY CLEARLY CANT READ THE ORDERS ON THE RECEIPTS. THEY NEED LESSONS ON READING AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

To start, my wrap, wasn’t wrapped. Nor was it warm. Chips could’ve passed as refrigerated. There was a hair in my coffee and to be honest it’s just not acceptable. The staff were unhelpful and rude, nor did they care to explain themselves. Bit of an abysmal tbh, I’d rather have slow food that’s warm than fast food that is awful. Wouldn’t feed this to my garden gnome, and it has no concept of standards. Much like the staff in this establishment.

Unhelpful, useless, keep missing things off orders. Had food delivered and things were missing. I drove all the way down to complain and to receive items and the manager said I have to complain to the delivery company and get money back. They said we can't do anything about it and couldn't give me my missing item which I paid for, i didn't want a refund which they clearly couldn't get through their heads. Apparently its not their policy to give missing items to customers, even though its them that messed up the order not the delivery company who don't pack the food.

Went for a quick snack. Food quickly served. The lady with red hair cleaning the tables etc does an excellent job. Food hot, better than some more local McDonald's. Would go again. Handy for the zoo, Black Country Museum etc.

We ordered our food and didn't get a reciept or ticket number so had to get a staff member to find out for me. After about 10minutes our order came up on screen to collect so popped on up only to be stood there waiting for another 15minutes to be asked why I was waiting there, by a staff member who had been aimlessly wondering around. By the time we actually got our food only the chips were hot, everything else was cold. Even my coffee was colder than the chips, how does that work..? 8 people came in after us and got their food before us. Delivery drivers had crowded all around me, wearing masks but around their chins, what is the point?! The food served to us was served on a clearly filthy tray. Safe to say I will never go into this establishment again. The car park was literally a giant ice rink aswell, it's not hard to throw some salt down. There was nothing fast about it, the staff couldn't of cared any less and was a total waste of money

Went in to order food, dealt with by Michael. Very friendly, courteous, polite and attentitive. Excellent customer service with a smile, an asset to the company!

Frustrating not open again at 6am, there’s a massive sign saying open 24hrs it’s not.Staff member tried to explain with a mask on and a window between us which didn’t really work. It’s getting to often now and really wasting my time. It’s easy and convenient for me to get my morning coffee, but I think I’m going to look for a more reliable McDonald’s who is actually open on time.

Customer care team was outstanding,Jean and Emma made our visit very enjoyable.The kids loved the colouring and flags they were given while having food.

I paid for three apple pie and one ice cream at 23:19 08-07-2021 at the pay point the gentle man informed me it will take 5 mins, on that I said to him ,to inform the staff to give ice cream together, I don’t wait it to melt. He said he will and when I approach to next window amber the Mcdonald nite manager,Dudley served me ice cream and asked me to wait In bay. I informed her I already spoke to the guy to give together ,now it gonna melt while waiting . On that she replied I can make a new one give it back I’ll Chuk it in the bin. I was surprised a manger said that ,on this I said I already touched the ice cream tub ,and I don’t wanna return you back she replied back, said I will wear gloves and take it from you and throw it in a bin . On that I said why you wanna waste food ?? It’s not nice on that she replied we are Mcdonalds that’s what we do, u don’t want we bin it with her rolling eyes and attitude even I explain it’s a cost and food wastage . I kept that ice cream and drive to may 2 and waited . And I recived my order at 23:28 with server Mitch He was humble and and good .Please who ever read my review please add comment that wasting food is rite for the big chains like Mcdonalds?? People may get compensation and second food on inconvenience but the way some staff abuse the power of Mcdonalds and the privilege to keep customer happy . It’s not nice at the end business cost also matters .You may be a worker for some company that’s what you can do it easily . We use Uber eats to get our food from here sometimes the food is great sometimes the food is average and then there’s today’s order. 3 large fries haha yer right each one was only half full The Big Mac was nice but cold. The 1/4 pounder with cheese was the same and so was the double 1/4 pounder. The chicken nugget happy meal was ok our granddaughter enjoyed it. The McFlurry was only half full. We use this McDonald’s often and have had problems with items missing Uber eats say it McDonald’s fault get In touch with them. So phone McDonald’s and they say the driver should check for missing items when they collect your order. But how can they when the bags are sealed. Surely it’s the fault of the person preparing the order.

I went through drive through today ordered 4 meals. Fries missed off meals had to ask for them. Milkshakes were disgusting. I got home food was stone cold. Been trying to call and constantly engaged. I’m disgusted. With the service.

I ordered off Uber eats when I received my order an item was missing which is very frustrating as I paid for it .They take customers as a joke take your money and someItems are missing from your order as I normally come through the drive through.When I was trying to phone them they weren’t answering the call absolutely terrible disgraceful they should be ashamed .

Ordered burger meals for myself and my little one. Went home and found mould in my burger luckily my little one didn't eat it. Should be ashamed of urself. This could easily cause serious health conditions. I have a picture of the mould but all McDonald's customer service team does is offer vouchers absolute joke. Merryhill the boulevard branch should be closed down.

Staying at the local hotel I decided to pop through the drive through to order a light snack. The queue was quite long of cars but we got served relatively quickly. I ordered the new bacon double cheeseburger with fries and mmmm it was lovely and good value for money. Will certainly have it again.

Store was really clean especially the ladies toilet. The food was hot including the fries ! The girl that served me was friendly.

After a nights bowling and a shocking evening meal in a hotel not a million miles away from here, a quarter pound and cheese was indeed the order of the day!Ok it was getting very close to midnight but the service wasn't as fast as l would have thought.But hey, at least I knew it was all freshly made and it tasted 100% bang on, so all good from me.

After visiting the zoo which is more or less opposite, my daughter was ready for a happy meal; usual McDonald's menu, decor, service, went in approx 3pm on a Saturday, was busy but didn't wait too long for our food, easy to order using the self order machines near the entrance, took advantage of the option to have the food brought out to the table (especially having the little one with me), fries were nice and hot. Has a drive thru and plenty of parking.

Not a great deal you can say drive through is efficient especially for breakfast. It gets busy at lunch time but has plenty of staff you do still end up waiting.

I have been here on a number of occasions and I should have learned my lesson by now. Every time I go they either get my order wrong or the food is cold. They don’t appear to be able to count because if I order 4 items I get 3. I complained about 3 years ago and they offered me a free breakfast meal, which I turned down. They just need to do their job. I understand it can be busy and can at times be a demanding job, but that’s no excuse. Do it right or don’t do it at all.

Very disappointing, just crushed ice with bits of chocolate and cream. Whoever thought it would be a good idea adding it to the menu needs their head examined. Quite a rip off too at £2.29. Even my 11 year old son described it as disgusting.

The only remarkable thing about my visit was the number of police officers who were also there, tucking into their burgers. So although there wasn't much either good or bad to say about my food, it was interesting to see the W M Police get their strength up from it!

This was a bad experience, as they forgot food twice. This was a bad thing as I like McDonald’s but they can be a disgrace and a tragedy very disappointed with the service. I wouldn’t advise this McDonald’s

Came here with my daughter after we had been to the zoo. Food was served in a short time though not that hot but still tasted good. the ice cream was best according to my daughter lol and the staff were great and even fetching her a balloon when they had run out on the stand.

What can I say. A very poor experience. Order was taken then a long wait. People in queue behind me were getting their food before me. I looked at the screen and couldn't see my number but assumed perhaps it was taking longer due to chicken selects being cooked. Finally I was able to speak to somebody and it turns out they had missed my order. No apology though. No admittance to me they had missed the order either just heard them whispering to each other that was what happened. Food finally prepared but very rushed. Drinks weren't ready, smokey BBQ sauces missing, standard BBQ sauces (the machine was broke) were missing too which highlights how rushed they were with order, etc. When drinks finally arrived they were wrong too. 3 cokes instead of 2 cokes and a Fanta. I ordered Diet Coke not very reassuring either the drinks could easily have been standard Coke. Had to go and get drink changed to Fanta. A very poor experience and I don't expect to be waiting over 10 mins for food particularly with two young kids. The restaurant wasn't even that busy and now I can see why. Had they apologised and offered a free dessert I would not be moaning like this. But no manners whatsoever. Very defensive as well when I asked about the sauces. At the end of the day Smokey BBQ comes with the chicken select meal. The only person with customer service there was the cleaner but even she went to two other tables next to my kids offering them colouring in but not my kids (3 and 6) who had already been sitting down for over ten minutes with no entertainment.

Popped In after the Zoo for a quick takeaway lunch, all good no mistakes and food was hot! Not a bad McDonalds to be fair.

I visit many McDonald's but have to say I am dissapointed with Dudley. Everytime I go the fries served seems to be less then other chain restaurants. Todays visit was no different. Fries were cold and the large fries carton was only 2 thirds full. Come on guys, Sort this out.

Went here before going to the pictures what a big let down from such a large corporate food chain franchise been to many mcdonalds all round the world and been to this one twice over the last few weeks .what a big let down ordered 3 chili chicken burgers even asked the girl 3 times that thay would be chili burgers each time said yes said thay would bring them over so told to take a seat. Then was called to collect the girl even said 3 chili burgers had to ask for servetes had to ask for ketchup .The table was dirty covered in left over food and trays and sticky (food) not good chicken burgers as thick as a 2 pounds coins and cold fry not cooked and cold milk shake more air than milk went to ask about wrong order was told we don't do chili chicken anymore so why let me order them asked the so called duty so called manager for a pot of chili was told 20p said was not paying for it so had it chucked at me with a tut if you ever wondered why car park full of litter it's becouse the tables outside are full of rubbish and blow away was in there for 25 mins did not see any cleaning so to sum up avoid this branch not the best .dirty. sub standerd food. that's if thay get your what you order right rude badly trained staff will not need going here again !!! Like all the fast food chains which time cooking down to the second, ensure the fries are cooked at exactly the right temperature etc you know exactly what you are going to get.On our way back from Dudley Zoo the kids needed some sustinance. We are only a once every few months if we are lucky junk food family and it is not our first choice but it was convenient and we needed to be in and out.Place was busyish, not heaving but not quiet. We used the self ordering system which is quite good as you are not forced to make split second decisions like you do when ordering at the till.Took a while to be ready (over 10minutes) but it was served with a smile and the server even offerered to follow us to the table with our drinks.Nothing really wrong with it apart from the elevated wait time, but the staff are friendly to make up for it.

Have been in there most Wednesdays with the granddaughters, but since being refurbished I feel the standard has gone down. Not enough staff doing the right jobs, the queuing is getting ridiculous now, with the new added ordering machines, has gone downhill rapidly, customers not impressed. Cleaning Staff excellent, at least their standards have remained the same.

If you thought McDonalds was a fast food restaurant, try here!Useful in the morning as I pass it on the way to work, but service is SO slow. I've never managed to get through the drive-through in less than 10 minutes, no matter what time in the morning (opposed to a couple of minutes elsewhere).Coulple this with the last two orders being wrong (but at least one was an extra coffee) then they fail to live up to expectations!Poor show.

Drive through took atleast 10 minutes so we decided to come inside Instead, came inside (15 minutes wait) and a gang of very offensive young ladies swearing away and children were present, manager's did nothing to resolve the situation the wait for the food was absolutely disgraceful worst McDonald's iv been too and iv been to atleast 20 branch's. I live close by so have been several times the food is inconsistent sometimes nice and hot others cold and dry. But 9 times out of ten the staff are rude and the waiting time ridiculous. They tend to miss things of our order then refuse to replace. I have now stopped going there.

Foods good, but i feel with the refurb it has slowed the service to a very near stop waited 25 minutes on 3 occasions for a milkshake and a burger, the new order system is terrible i feel like ive brought an item from argos waiting round like a herd of cows for your number to be called out to collect your order

Since the refurb the time it takes to receive your order is longer than ever. The new ordering system via electronic ordering boards takes an age then waiting for my 'argos' number to come up just frustrates me as we all lurk around the counter. I can see my hot drinks just sit there going cold for minutes before the food arrives. Just doesnt work for me.

Usual McDonald's outlet. One of the newer designs and plenty of tables for eating in. Drive through was busy when we visited on Friday morning. The access to the site is difficult if you are heading from Dudley towards the Black Country Museum (or heading from McDonald;s to the museum means going right round a busy roundabout. Service was quick and the food hot. The drinks very hot!!

Pretty good customer service and the food was not too bad. My girlfriend reliably informs me that the free tomato ketchup dispenser is a rarity in itself, as she's had to pay for sachets at other similar establishments. All in all, not to bad, but it's nothing to write home about. Then again, what did I expect? It's only a McDonald's after all!

Ate lunch here using meal vouchers which gives you a burger & fries for only £1.99.Had the filet o fish with fries & paid extra for a drink.Nice & quiet when I went in.....l was promptly served by friendly staff......plenty of places to sit.A great place to come to get a meal for less than £2!

Called in at 1145, Restauraunt was very clean, staff pleasant and attentive and food was just what you expect from McD. A great experience.

Went in on friday night ordered a big mac and a filet o fish. service was rude and a bit too rushed. Food was in line with Mcdonalds standard. Fries were not crunchy.

I've been here many times and never had anything bad to say about the place. Staff always polite to me and work well in busy working conditions. Service is usually quick in my experience of coming here. However, the prices of most of the meals have gone quite expensive now so I'd rather go out for a meal at a pub.

We walked in and the restaurant was busy, a family had finished eating and offered us their table, my granddaughter sat down and my daughter was next in line to be served...I went to sit down and put my grandson in a high chair when a member of the floor staff came over to me and said " you can't sit there, I've gave this table to that family, as the lady is in a wheel chair" she asked us to move. There was no where else to sit and so I asked to speak to the manager. I was told by another lady that the manager wasn't in and it was her instead, she told me that wheelchair users have priority over others, I explained that I understand the lady was in a wheelchair, but there were no signs up saying they were priority or that tables were reserved/kept for them..I asked her name, she wouldn't give it me and both staff removed their name badges. We left and my grandchildren were upset...my son went back in to speak to the lady ( team member again) she was saying I was in the wrong and that I should not of asked for head offices number as wheelchair users are priority, she was slagging me off... My son then explained that although my grandson was in a pushchair he too had a disability and that we were given the table by a family who had eaten and left. She just replied "tough" if McDonald's has a policy for wheelchair users then why aren't these displayed? I won't be eating at this branch of McDonald's again!!

I use this Mc Donalds sometime always through the Mc Drive. Normally i have no problem but in the past 2-3 occasions i was told to wait on the waiting bay. I only eat the small hamburgers so i guess they are the smallest and quickest burgers to make. It's true that i never had to wait too long but when you go there at peak times and the burgers are not ready it does annoy me.

I rarely frequent Mcdonalds as I think they are very pricey compared to other similar establishments. This one was not very clean however and the staff did not seem too bothered with the service they provide.

Came here for a breakfast and was very happy with it. Can't complain and would recommend this fast good restuarant. Can't complain about the service.

Place tends to be clean and not a bad cup,of tea but so called food is the usual fast food cardboard. OK for a rush but if yopu want to put food in your body look elsewhere !

A busy but clean and friendly Macca's . Coffee always good and welcoming. Toilets smaller but clean. cheap & cheerful

As we arrived at our hotel a little late on the Friday night we decided to have a fast food at McDonalds just around he corner. It was just like any other McDonalds busy with queues and having to wait a little while especially if you don't want cheese on your food. Staff as usual rushed off their feet and look totally fed up.

We popped into this restaurant in April this year, before visiting the Showcase cinema in Dudley.The staff were your usual fast food restaurant staff but the food came promptly & efficiently.You can't expect fine dining when you're paying £4.99 for a meal.The food was nothing special but filled us up before the film.Overall, great idea for a quick fix but only worth an average. If i had another option, i would have taken it.

After a trip to the cinema, I took my son for a late lunch. Not at all busy and expected quick service...we were kept stood waiting at the counter for ages for one item. The server actually replaced our cold fries because it took so long! She apologised and I didn't have the heart to complain, however this level of service is becoming very common at these allegedly 'fast' food outlets and I am more likely to go home and order a delivery.

Always chosen McDonald's due to being quick and cheap.But it's not quick now at all , waited ages for food, and didn't taste as good!

Handy for breakfast and free Wi-Fi. Was a staff dressing-up day when we went which made the visit more interesting.

Called in at 8.30am on a Monday morning, despite plenty of staff, it was all very slow, but to be fair freshly cooked. But just about everyone was waiting for their orders.You now have to ask for sauce, so back to the counter.Youngsters needed a leader, so not really their fault.

MacDonalds is always full, especially with families as it's the kids really that enjoy a visit there. However, I have to be honest and say, I do enjoy a Burger/fries/milk when I do take my grandchildren on a visit and you know that they are going to eat all theirs up..which is a good thing...no waste!

If your film at the nearby cinema finishes the same time as other films,then there will be hordes of adults & kids packing out this Mcdonalds.I've been at quiet & busy times & found the staff to be pleasant & efficient,& the food tasty & very reasonably priced.
