One of the nicest McDonald's I've been to. Really clean and everything in order. There was a lady on the floor making sure everything was in place. Hand gels full, services and other items full. Downside is that it's was in a location that used to be a retail park which was now closed. An oasis of good practice.

Why can’t McDonald’s EVER get the order right? I am missing my big tasty and fries meal whilst everyone else eats their take-away. So I’m spending my time trying to find out how to complain which is an arduous process in itself. If I get a refund and I reorder my meal I will have to pay the delivery fee twice. To be honest I’m sick of the whole rip off of a process!! On top of this the fries we did get were cold and rubbery….Arghhh!

Awful, asked for a big mac extra pickles, came cold no lettuce and not even 1 pickle when on the box it says extra pickles, I only had it as son offered as I.missdd lunch...wish I'd not bothered at all what an utter sham.and waste of money...sort the staff out

Just awful. Ignorant management, undertrained staff and the food tastes like it been in a microwave twice. If you’re reading this, you’re better off looking elsewhere, to be honest. How tf can a business keep declining more and more every year? You might as well hire my niece, she’s 10 and can probably do a better job than some of you airheads in there

I enjoyed my visit and was made to feel very welcome by the lobby staff. The service was unbelievably quick and the food was delicious. I am very sad to learn the mozzarella dippers are off the menu as I could eat them by the dozen! My recommendations to the team would be to put these back on the menu. My friends and I all agreed this was a positive experience and really made our days.

Every time forget my burger or fries. When I call, it doesn't even ask which adress.good luck next year

Definitely the place to avoid in Basingstoke. They can’t get your order right (an order just for a family of 4!), half of the items were missing. We called them to say we were missing some items, customer service was non existent. They nearly said we were wrong! And we had to drive there again to have the right order. We don’t eat McDonalds very often, however we won’t order from there again, that’s for sure!

The meal was good and the breakfast drive thru queue was managed well. We ordered porridge and jam which was accepted. When about to pay, we noticed that it had a value of zero. Being honest, we pointed this out and we’re told they do not sell it. We have had porridge at other McDonalds in recent weeks so questioned it but apparently Basingstoke haven’t bothered to put it back on the menu and the guy taking orders hadn’t been informed. Anyway, changed the order and parked up to eat. No serviettes. Only a minor irritant but disappointing. Could do better!

So we ordered a large order in the drive thru, paid contactless and waved on to the collection window. When we got to the second window they said contactless wouldn’t work and we had to insert our card. But they couldn’t take payment so told us to drive out, down the dual carriageway to the roundabout, return and queue up at the payment window. Before we could speak they slammed the window shut. So that’s what we did, only to find our food had been stuck on the side going cold. I wanted to not go back so that they were stuck with a large order but we had promised everyone their food. Disgraceful service. They could have brought us a card payment machine but could be bothered!

Wrong order with correct wrapper but wrong roll inside, missing sausage from Breakfast Roll and hash browns were cold. Very disappointed. They frequently serve the wrong orders at this branch so luckily we checked!

Just visited Brighton hill drive through! 10pm, ordered a milkshake to the witness 2 workers one in a white shirt wipe my milkshake over with a dirty cloth then when I just told the guy in the grey top when he went to hand me the milkshake and I said no chance What I just witnessed I got the most dirtiest look from the both of them absolutely disgusted!

A cheap and cheerful burger. The service was EXCELLENT and the server was so helpful with us using the electronic menu. It's typical fast food and if you are in a hurry its an excellent venu. I do not recomend the drive through as its high pressure. We used the Toys R Us parking and walked 5 mins to McDonalds.

always getting orders wrong just go to the other one and save the hassle from this place. lost count how many times the order was wrong

Una experencìa para olvidar. Primero el servicio estaba muy mal, lento y no es amablè. Nuestros cafès fue frio y sobre todo las oapas fritas frio y tienen demasiado sal. Estamos triste y no volvemos.

Unwelcoming unknowledgeable staff serving like warm burgers with hot fries. Gents toilets overflowing with urine. Nice.

Picked up at the drive through only to find it stone cold when I got home. phoned and complained and was told I would get a refund but it would take two weeks. if Ididn't receive a refund by then could I send them a reminder. They wern't particulaly busy that evening.

Worst burger iv ever eaten, really don't like leaving bad reviews but it was awful, enough said! Will never use again, was supposed to be a quarter pounder, my wife's one looked even worse!!!! Staff friendly food terrible

They regularly get the orders wrong and take a very long time to do it waited 15 minutes to get a wrong order today then had to wait another 10 for them to fix it. Soo much for fast food...

If you go through the drive threw and they ask you to park up and wait for your order there is no where to go. Only two badly placed spaces that were taken. By time I had tried to reverse into a space and I was blocking other people coming out the drive threw I have a large car just as I got into the space the food came out. Found the whole thing very stressful. Needs re designing.

A word of warning for you if you visit this drive through resturant check you've got what you've paid for. My wife and I got a couple of Mcflurry ice creams but as it was a busy drive through we didn't check them until we found somewhere to pull in to eat them.As you can see from the pictures the cups were only half full. I complained to McDonald's UK and got what looks like an automated reply telling me how they would let the manager know. I won't be using them again for a mighty long time. Someone else can take my money. Not the first time I've had crap service from this resturant.

McDonalds Drive Thru located on retail park, the restaurant has no immediate parking and you have to park in the retail park and walk back if you're going in to sit down. All ordering is by digital screen, there is a small amount of seating but not loads, this is geared towards takeaway / drive thru. Food was reasonable, standard McDonalds fayre really. Toilets clean. Handy for the M3.

Fairly quiet when visited at 3.30pm but had to send back a Luke warm millionaires latter TWICE and staff really not that bothered or interested!!!

Visited here yesterday for lunch . Bit strange that there is no parking next to the restaurant and they expect you to walk from the retail car park and across a busy road ! Normal fayre but used the drive through instead . Maybe that’s their plan

Not impressed. Everything appeared fine until you get to the end window to pick up your order. Two ladies serving, one appeared to be the manager as she was clearly getting flustered with telling everyone what to do and obviously already had an attitude; it was not even busy yet!. I asked her if she could help me by just putting the sugar in the cup and pass me the cup only (not the cardboard holder) as i am driving this would be very helpful. Well the response was to push to whole carton over to me with a totally unnecessary reply and attitude in which I, admittedly and wrongly, reacted saying for christ sake and i handed the carton holder back just keeping the cup to then be told with a very raised voice "its not part of the service". I just could not believe it. Anyways drove away totally dumbfounded and ended up with a wrong order packed!! Unacceptable lack of customer service skills.a few seconds of help would have made a customer very grateful; now i would not even consider going here again. If she had just said in a reasonable manner and managed this situation like any other professional manger would have done things would have been totally different. .

McDonald’s Brighton Hill retail park it is always busy there but they try to serve you as quick as possible no biggest problem is if you want to go in and eat you have to park in the main retail carpark and walk along the road back to McDonald’s which can be quite dangerous so it’s more of a drive-through then somewhere you would go into but having said that if you use the drive through there is no way back to the car park from the McDonald’s X it all in all a very very poorly designed out that I wouldn’t use it again Not because it anything wrong with the food it’s just the inconvenience of having to park in the main car park and also once you’ve gone through the drive-through you then have to find somewhere to park to eat your meal or drive home by which time it’s cold I gave it three stars because the food is well prepared if I was the judge it on location and access I would give it one star

Needs to up its game here , with the new business park nearby this area will attract more customers to it .

I don't go there often, but when ever I do, without fail......The Milkshake machine is broken......leaving my Daughter very disappointed!

We had a couple of take-away's from McD's at Bright Hill, good location and quick service, cheap and cheerful - simply you get what you pay for, no more no less. We had 1 HS-MAC+M FRY and 1 BAC+BBQ CRSP(WOD) plus drinks and fries. Don't expect too much!

Ordered 4 meals received 4 chips 2 burgers and were missing the other 2 burgers...only realised once got home

A worker there called Molly Ross was not only rude when I asked for a plain cheeseburger she also picked her nose before giving me my meal and sneezed on my chips! Poor staff and overall a poor experience.

We had a breakfast at McDonald's, fast food, cost effective and no frills. No complaints, did what it said on the tin. Beware you cannot park at McD's and have to park near Toy's R Us (which is closing sadly).

A few years back, I slammed this franchise. Glad to say that it is now much improved with decent versions of the McDonalds menu. If you like the food then it is a safe bet.

Popped in for FAST FOOD on a Friday 2.14pm. over 10 people waiting in the till area due to the knew system, and 4-5 in the till ordering. Then the wait begins... 5 mins gone.. 10 mins gone... 15 mins gone.. now approx. 15-20 people at the front, getting in the way of people trying to get sauces/straws. NO serviettes as usual. Litter on all the tables, and the staff looked clueless as to what the new system was all about.

Though this was fast food Place Chips come out cold and the time took forever to drive through and wasn't even busy. I had one car ahead

This mcD’s used to be great. They had balloons and a guy call John who kept everything tidy and clean with a smile.

I came here after my 12 hour nursing shift, the fry machine was off which was very disappointing and my cheeseburger was cold.

McDonald's básicamente sabe igual en todo el mundo. El problema con esto es que son escasas en el tamaño de las porciones, chips grandes sólo está medio lleno, y el Mcflurys son los mismos. Son bien conocidos por este, dada la opción de ir al parque de ocio. Además, el aparcamiento es un chiste, nunca ha sido claro por qué este McDonald's es embestido en dado el enorme parque de coches de 5 m sin sentido por la carretera.

Pero alimentar im con comida fría. . . 99% del tiempo con un viaje. ¿Es difícil. También sirven comida caliente. . . . . .

El único problema era aparcamiento era muy pequeño y muy concurrido, así que algunos parking dificultad pero aparte de eso no tenemos ninguna queja, la comida estaba bien y hasta buen nivel usual de Mcdonald's.

Hemos usado el coche por en 3 ocasiones distintas y en cada ocasión, hemos encontrado nuestra orden para ser breve. . .

El servicio es lento, la comida regular, empleados parecía servicial cuando los pedidos. Típico outlet franquiciados. Unidos McDonalds muy superior y merece la pena una visita para comida rápida cuando allí. Entonces verás lo diferentes que realmente son.

This McDonald's is typical of others that have been refurbished which is great but for a quiet Sunday morning I'm disappointing that someone can't be bothered to pick up the rubbish from the floor, especially as there are 3 staff behind the counter having a chat. Not great

Every time I come to this McDonalds, they give the worst customer service, always mess up my family's order. You asked for ONLY CHEESE and get everything and extra cheese in it. I am not happy with the way the staff speak to people either.

Had the misfortune of taking my family here this evening for tea. Unbelievably bad. When we arrived the place was pretty much empty and we were the only people getting served - there were at least 6 members of staff. From placing the order to getting our food took just over 15mins, and then when we released they'd missed one of our drinks it took more than 5mins for it to be handed over. My partner and I both ordered the big tasty with bacon, which arrived cold and with pepperoni instead of bacon???I can't believe how difficult it seemed to get service in here, not helped by the fact that every member of staff looked pained at being there and had that far off look of wishing they were anywhere but there. Having been to McDonald's all over the country, and over the world I can honestly say this was the most pathetic effort under the guise of the Golden Arches.

Sausage and egg Mcmuffin meal, pancake with sausage meal, porridge and a bottle of water all for less than £8. You can't really argue with that.To be fair the price is fairly standardized, but the food in Mcdonalds can vary from joint to joint, but credit where it is due- I couldn't fault it.One of the good things about this particular Mcdonalds is the availability of parking. Whilst there are limited spaces directly outside the restaurant, there are hundreds available just yards away in the main body of the retail park.The restaurant was very clean, even though it was fairly busy as it was getting towards the end of the morning rush.The staff were very friendly, although it does help having a baby as part of your dining party.I was particularly impressed by the disposable bibs which were attached to each of the highchairs, a nice touch and not something I have seen in any other restaurant- Mcdonalds or otherwise.A fantastic dining experience.

The restaurant is very clean. The food is very tasty as expected from McDonald's international brand. It is situated in the Festival Place Mall.

This young lady gave me such cheerful and efficient service this morning  the breakfast she brought to my table, was beautifully cooked, so I asked to speak to the duty chef too … Having eaten at many McDonalds one knows, what to expect from the food. But the level of service was utterly outstanding this morning, and I cannot commend this lady high enough for the way that she executes her duties, The young lass is called Soumi ChatterjeeAnd the duty cook is called Baskaran Kalaivan

Normally I quite enjoy going here as they deliver tasty food at very respectible prices however I remember once their milkshake made me sick.

Took Grandchildren for something to eat after the cinema. Have not been in a McDonald's for years. Kids more interested in Penquin toy than the food. Cheap and cheerful if a bit hectic. It is what it is and that is not fine dining.

Usual McDonald's venue, clean environment, pleasant staff and well populated. Nice cup of coffee. Good place to meet friends.

Do you really need to read a review on MacDonalds? Do I need to write one either?Everybody on the plant knows the menu and knows what to expect - it's fast good that's cheap and fills a gap while making kids happy. Michelin star it ain't but where else can you get a creme egg mcflurry?

Really unpleasant surly older female staff member who gives the place a really bad aura, but none of the management seem to challenge her. It's standard McDonalds fare and I can't quibble about the food. I'll vote with my feet and give this outlet a miss.

The perfect venue for a 7.30 breakfast meeting. Friendly and alive and alert. Can the £3.59 breakfast wrap with a choice of sauce, and coffee be beaten? Instant service (obviously) - choice of tables within a varied space - all them very clean. The cheese is in the wrap - rather than in the music, which is surprisingly good!

On the odd occassion when I have visited, the service has been slow, the food luke warm, and the staff miserable. But then again it is just a fast food outlet and not a 5* restaurant so not expecting much more

Hand on heart I can say that I just enjoyed the best meal of my life.I started with a succulent box of 6x chicken nuggets, before returning back to the counter for the obligatory big mac with fries & chocolate milkshake.The big mac came exactly as the picture above the counter showed and definitely did not look like the chef had thrown it at the wall.Ive read somewhere that the milkshakes contain a small amount of ground up chicken matter - But I honestly couldnt taste anything other than chocolately goodness. I was going to finish up with a mcflurry on my 3rd visit to the counter, but the nice lady told me that there ice cream dispensing machine was broken, so I just sat back down, poured a few of the sugar sachets onto a napkin and buried my face.Afterwards, I sat back, closed my eyes and took in the atmosphere. A man even came and cleared my table for me, whilst politely reminding me that my 3 hour parking limit was up and if I didnt move then id get clamped - Would highly recommend.

Writing a review for MacDonalds is like writing a review for two same spec'd cars; pretty pointless. However, there is one thing that this MacDonalds lacks from others, and that is adequate parking facilities. If you are going into the restaurant to sit down then you will have BIG problems parking in their car park (about 6 or 7 spaces). The plot is TINY! The drive through is the best option, but due to the one way system as you leave the car park, you have no choice but to head out onto a main road, so you can't drive into the much larger car park nearby.

good for value, there meal deals are good for value also they have milkshake and cheese dip plus ice cream

We've given up on our Saturday morning drive-through breakfasts from here as nine times out of ten there would be items missing and as it's from the drive-through you don't discover this until you get home.I begin to wonder if they do it on purpose knowing most people won't drive back for the missing items?Happens far to regularly for it to be incompetence!!!

Mcdonalds is always busy, atmosphere is good. The tables and store is always clean and tidy, staff are friendly and welcoming. If there is a problem, staff will deal with it.

You always know exactly what you are going to get when you go to a Mcdonalds restaurant. It is food in a hurry - and it is cheap and convenient. Since the film which showed the adverse effects of eating super size McDonalds meals, it is good to see that there are more healthier options available. The staff are cheerful and friendly.

Junk food with junk service. Go to other nice chicken type places and get food that your stomach won't hate!
