The best restaurants serving Fast food food in England

Very bad experience. No serviettes or straws given until we asked. No tomato sauce. I was given the wrong order. Staff were friendly but something is wrong management wise.

my family and I was refused entry to this mcdonalds because I have a small emotional support dog that goes everywhere with me to help control anxiety and panic attacks. when we informed them it was against the law to refuse entry. we was told we was causing a disruption and we would not be served. the staff here was rude and ignorant to the disability act and discrimination of people with mental and emotional health issues. I left here very upset and humiliated by the ordeal. after this we went to the mcdonalds on Kew retail park also in Southport and was welcomed and treated with respect and a much better service . Ocean plaza mcdonalds staff should be ashamed of themselves.

Just used this dominos pizza the pizza was perfect and the lady who works there went above and beyond to help me amazing how one interaction with a stranger can change your whole mood thankyou very much

Terrible service, told us to park up while they got our food ready, the lady bringing the food out gave all the wrong orders to the cars, once I went in to find out what’s going on there was no apology we just had to wait. The two young manager seemed more interested in flirting with each other than getting the problem sorted. Won’t be returning it was a shambles. Young love ehhh!!

Service is absolutely terrible. Deliveroo orders are prioritised over those made in store. No organisation. Deliveroo drivers shoving and pushing when you go to get your food. The management don’t give a hoot either.

Shocking service and duty manager is mocking customers. We have been disappointed a few times when using drive thru at this McDonald’s but we have learnt to check everything. Tonight due to feeling unwell we have ordered delivery. We had two items missing and due to no answer, my wife drove down. The service from duty manager Chloe was shocking. The new policy is that all items need to be returned as they are weighed out. Doesn’t say this anywhere but it’s Chloe’s policy. In fact Chloe is the most unhelpful manager I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Constantly saying she can’t hear you or saying she has a problem with the headset. She refused to give us missing items. Refused to give managers details. Refused to help in any way.

Christmas Eve morning/lunch time staff defo in the Christmas spirit! Sweetest people and such good service, helping me with coffee “for the emotional distress”. Merry Christmas to them all 🤍

Cheap and cheerful food, although not as cheap as it used to be. I ordered the Chicken Curry which looked nice. I wasn't offered a choice of side and was given chips without being asked. I'd have actually prefered rice but wasn't given the option and I couldn't be bothered to query it. The chicken in the curry was unfortunately quite dry, however it did taste quite nice. Kids eat free with a paying adult.

Mi amigo Bisley me ha recomendado este restaurante y no me decepcionó. La comida, pues, simplemente increíble y buen relación calidad-precio pero lo que màs me gustò era la ambiente, muy sofisticado con estilo. Pruebè una hamburgesa nueva y guau, mejor que nada. Y el cafè, fuerte y perfecto.

I want to commend the staff at this McDonalds. My car broke down on the M18 and after waiting 2 hours for a pick-up truck, our "safe place" turned out to be very close to this McDonalds (much to my 12 year old son's delight!). Nothing was too much trouble, the staff were kind, understanding and checked in on us frequently, until our AA help arrived. The restaurant was kept extremely clean and my son said it was "the best McDonalds he's ever been to!" (& he's been to a fair few...). Thank you for making us feel welcome and looked after. (unfortunately I didn't get the names of the 2 staff in particular - it was Saturday 19th April late evening, and we were finally on our way south again around 10:30pm

Ate here Saturday night while staying at the Comfort Inn. This is the most filthy and disgusting McDonald's we have ever been in. If we hadn't have been so desperate for something to eat late at night, on entering would have immediately left. Staff just messing around between themselves, whilst every table and every part of the floor was absolutely filthy. Dread to think what the standard of hygiene was behind the counter! Never again!

I Ordered pancakes with sausage and syrup, and get 3 pancakes dry!! I also ordered a galaxy latte and get a cup of pure coffee! Waste of £12 I’ve ever spent! Get a grip! How hard can it be it’s in the screen!

Best maccies breakfast I’ve ever had and I’ve had a fair few!! Everything was hot and fresh, the egg was cooked absolutely perfect compared to the usual rubber ones which I often take out because they’re so overdone. The egg drip on my jumper was welcomed ! Spot on breakfast .. cheers guys.

Came here yesterday at rush hour with the family and went in to see that business was definitely booming it did take a while to get our food but I had a lovely fruity grimace shake and we got some overcooked chips and the lad at the till gave us some freshly new cooked ones for free and let us keep the old ones which were actually quite nice happy birthday grimace and I will recommend this to all the alphas around
