My visit to Meadowhall today. I waited in line after ordering, waited, waited and waited. My order number finally came up on the screen as prepairing. Waited, waited and waited then got in line to speak to the supervisor. I explained I had been waiting over 20 mins and could I have a refund. No issues with refund and apology was given adding that someone else may have collected it off the counter. I explained my order number was still being prepared according to the screen and no one had called my order number. Shrug of the supervisers shoulders and refund was sorted. Fast food chain?

Called in at 1.45 pm shop was due to stop serving at 2pm . Met with glares from the young woman behind the counter who promptly turned her back and started to serve herself sausage and chips. Now 1.50 pm . I politely asked if I was going to be served. She said âcanât you see Iâm busy -Iâll get to you when Iâm readyâ . âOh no I said, I didnât mean it like that I just wondered if I was too late and you had stopped serving â . âWell Iâm not cooking anything elseâ she snapped, â you can have whatâs leftâ . â Do you have any fish left ?â I asked. âNoâ was the curt response. I left. Had she attended to me when I came in there would have been plenty of time to cook 3 large fish -the chips were already done. Presume theyâll reheat those for the first batch of customers on their way home from school.

Absolute sh** show, forgot 2 of the burgers i ordered gave me a wrap when i ordered a chicken burger stone cold steve austin chips. drive thru so slow i lost chromosomes. go to kfc.

Ordered my meals through the McDonald's app at 16.50. Should have known there would be an issue when I then received a message to say my delivery would be delayed due to another order. Food finally arrived at 18.05 and was stone cold and they had put cheese in the burgers which I had asked to be removed. Contacted McDonald's and was given an Uber number to ring. Have spent all evening and this morning trying to get through to be finally told that they will not refund my money as they feel that waiting for over an hour is fine and that it doesn't matter whether the food was edible, and that I had actually received my food. Therefore they will not refund my money. Contacted McDonald's to be told that there is nothing they can do I have to go through Uber. Nobody wants to take responsibility. I will never use this again. No good going to McDonald's either as can't park due to Uber drivers taking up all parking spaces. Furious

The quarter pounder with cheese had zero salad, only a couple of slivers of onion and burnt bits on the burgers. The chips were cold, and the floor was filthy

Ordered a double cheese burger with no pickle onion and mustard and a 6 mcnugget meal all the food came cold and my burger had onions in it and had some green patches on the patty only good thing about my meal is that i got two drinks. Unbelievable this restaurant is a joke

Drive through service here is excellent at late night,staff friendly and helpful a guy who served us our order really nice and helpful asking did we need any sauces or napkins really nice guy unlike some of the daytime staff who you just get a grunt off when they serve you your order and slam the window to i think the daytime drive through staff need to have customer services training from the guy that served us twice this week after 11pm well done to the guy mcdonalds need more people like you!đ

Thought it would be nice to order my partner a big McDonaldâs breakfast for his birthday as heâs been having a really rough time lately and weâre both super unwell. Half the order was missing, the rest was wrong, canât get a refund for delivery as McDonaldâs are partnered with Uber Eats. Ruined the morning really and Iâve now deleted both my Mcdonalds and Uber Eats accounts. Canât be bothered with the lack of resolve on orders that are wrong. McDonaldâs stated that they couldnât do anything unless we wanted to go via head office. Absolute joke and not worth the money you chance losing on delivery fees etc. This also means that if you get your food for a group and anything is missing, you wonât get a replacement for any of the missing items unless you want to re order and pay for another delivery, meaning half the group might go hungry unless you want to waste more money on delivery and receive another order that might also be wrong. This has also happened to us on a few occasions in the past but this time was ridiculous, the order was no where near correct. Itâs like we got someone elseâs order with our receipt on it. Oh, and we have to wait up to 15 days for a refund from Uber Eats.
