Thought I’d give this place another go after it’s very expensive refit, to see if they’ve managed to address the quality of their chips, which have been reliably appalling for years……. nope, absolutely dreadful as usual… totally limp, cold & inedible…. how can you get something this simple this badly wrong? It’s not just once or twice, which would be forgivable…... it’s EVERY single time!!!!

Just been to mcdonalds drive thru. The guy on the speaker was lovely and tried to up sell just as he's meant to, was lovely on the first window but that's where the good customer service stopped. Got to the second window of the drive thru only to be ignored straight off. Then when the guy brought the food over, I had to ask for the drinks as they were missing. Got the food home only to find the chips were cold, unsalted and looked like scrappy end not proper fries. Drinks also had way too much ice in it too. This place is going down hill rapidly.

Stopped at this McDonald’s for the new breakfast wrap and a tea. It tasted good going down. Seconds after I immediately felt that I wanted to vomit. I made to the toilets inside the restaurant and immediately started to throw up. Five minutes after throwing my guts up I thought I would speak to the manager to inform them of what had happened. To say the wasn’t concerned would be an understatement. I got the usual plateau ‘sorry to hear’ and ‘our food is temperature tested’. She wasn’t overly concerned for my wellbeing or that fact the food they had sold caused someone sick. The lack of concern for a patron was astounding. And the fact they sold food which made some one vomit thier guts up again not a concern shown.

I have visited this Burger King on a few occasions and the customer service doesn’t seem improve. The shift leader that served me didn’t greet me at the till or really acknowledge me. Another colleague was just sat on the counter. Very unprofessional. Won’t be going here again.

Had a cooked breakfast in the restaurant. How can people get this so wrong. Uncooked sausage, Uncooked bacon, luke warm beans, inedible fried egg (like it was made of rubber) when the best part is the toast and butter you know it's awful. Do yourself a favour, do not order a breakfast.

Ordered a 10 piece family feast. Once home we wanted to eat our frys 1st and left chicken till afterwards. The chicken tasted awful and was literally dripping in oil. I feel the oil was way too old hence it tasted vile and was totally inedible. Will never go to this kfc again. When i returned to shop less than an hour later they refused to refund my money and their attitude stunk as bad as their chicken....

I have tried to give this place another chance because back in the day it was great. However, over time it's gradually become absolutely terrible, to the point I'd say the worst I've ever had - I'm not exaggerating. The chips I just got were wet with oil and tasted of burnt oil. I'm guessing they are re-using the oil. I tried a few different looking chips and threw the rest away. awful and feel a little sick tbh. Bar the bad food, it's wildly expensive. Sad to say you have lost my custom after nearly 20 years or so. Sad to see.

Sat with a friend about to get some lunch . Member of staff sat picking scabs off his arms onto the table 🤮 then left the table . By the looks of his arms according to health and safety they most definitely should have been covered up . After attempting to eat after 10mins left feeling rather unwell . Absolutely disgusting.

My daughter and her friend (aged 10 & 11) prank called your store and I understand this is unacceptable but I did not know this was happening until after it happened. Your staff member rang the children back, making very rude comments. I can imagine your calls are recorded so feel free to check this. I believe this staff member was called Mike (which is probably a fake name) as I rang back to discuss this with him. But as described to the children his name was ‘Mike cock’ which is absolutely disgusting. The children were asked ‘Do you prefer an open curtain or a lamb shank’ again not acceptable. These children sound their age and again, are 10 and 11. He also asked the children ‘if they wanted their medium coke up their mums vagina?’. I would like to take this higher, as I am utterly disgusted with you staff members!

Was the only car at the drive through order point…sat and waited and waited 10 minutes. Another vehicle arrived and our order was finally taken. Drove to the pay point, waited again…paid and moved to the collection window….waited another 10 mins (although we eventually got our drink - after we had been asked what we ordered) then we were told to go and park up as the food wasn’t ready. Another 10 minutes at least and our order was finally delivered (6 nugget meal, chicken mayo burger, one drink). Nearly half an hour - you could cook a meal from scratch for a family of four in that time…! Anyway gave it the benefit of the doubt and just went in for a couple of cups of tea a week later (eat in) not too long a wait but saw outside the same problem with people waiting long times in a really short drive through queue and having to park up to wait overly long for their food. However, on both occasions it’s been at the same time - the change over from breakfast to main menu…but they know it’s coming and there’s plenty of staff to prepare for the change… I.e put you fries in before 11am so they’re ready to go - not at 11am so everyone is waiting for them to cook. On a positive front, the separate online food order collection area is a good idea. Hopefully it’s manned by a dedicated staff so the walk ins and drive through aren’t pushed to the bottom of the queue.

Turned up with a customer. Ended up walking out after waiting nearly 10 minutes to be served. Absolutely poor show, never again.
