Staff very friendly, quick service & quality warm food, although items forgotten & this isn't the first time. I had to go without to keep the kids happy once again.

Nice and clean. Food hot and served quickly. Plenty of parking. Easy ordering system and food delivered to the table. Friendly staff.

Appalling, I know I order online but it surely doesn’t give you the right to mix and max with cheaper alternatives for what I’ve paid for, I’m sorry that it is busy but I shouldn’t have to worry that I’m not going to get what I’ve ordered. I would’ve preferred to wait longer just to get the right food that I’ve paid for. I ordered a quarter pounder which got substituted with a regular cheeseburger, and the chicken mayo wasn’t for my order as it had cheese and it was for order 22, my order was 73. Most of the food was also cold and both my burgers had gherkins on which should have been taken off. Also, a vanilla milkshake is not a banana milkshake. This is the first complaint I’ve ever made as a review. I’m just shocked this has happened.

Order wrong again for the umpteebth time Ordered chips no salt, covered in salt! Ordered burger no ketchup, covered in ketchup!! How difficult is it to read the order Last time here

we ordered 2 happy meals and a brownie at the drive through. the guy who took our order sounded very unenthusiastic, he let us order a brownie even though when we payed and collected the order they told us that there were no brownies and offered us a cookie instead. the happy meals we ordered were cold and had to be microwaved when we got home. i don’t recommend this place.

Ordered two Mighty Mac Muffins with Hash brown and coffee via Just Eat. very disappointing the meal was only luke warm and the hash brown cold the coffee not much better

Fajita wrap only a third full, no cheese and hardly any sauce!! No dips sent for chicken selects. I asked for no tomato sauce on a hamburger- it came with tomato sauce! Food barely lukewarm. Absolutely shocking. This isn't an isolated incident either, last time I ordered, half of it was missing. Won't order again.

Once again underwhelming, coffee cold no taste, food was not the warmest, have used this place numerous times ,but the last few months nearly every time have to return order, will go to next nearest instead .

Absolutely shocking customer server from the manager Tara. Called as we have waited 2hrs and still no driver is available. Not one to complain but had to report as two hours is just not acceptable. Tara wasn’t interested in dealing with my call what so ever

Absolutely the worst McDonald's we have ever been to...can't agree more with previous reviewer! We waited in the drive thru for 45 mins for our food. Couldn't even back out and go somewhere else as we were blocked in by other cars. Went in to ask what the delay was and there was only about 10 customers waiting inside for food...wasn't even that busy! The staff weren't even moving with any bit of urgency at all and the manager didn't seems to have a clue that they were way behind when I talked to her. Shocking!

By far the worst mcdonalds I have ever had. I mean, I know its not fine dining but this place is just woeful. The food is always cold, the fizzy drinks are always flat. How this place stays open is beyond me. Oh, and it's never been fast food, you end up waiting between 20 and 30 minutes everytime you go. Embarrassing on so many levels

Came here for my daughters birthday. Unfortunately we sat outside and had members of staff vaping on the next table to us. For a family place to eat you wouldn't expect this to be allowed and I would have thought that staff would be encouraged to smoke/vape away from people eating.

Very rare they get an order right, had many a meal from this McDonald's and can count on one hand how many times an order has been correct, nearly every order has an item missing or wrong items all together. Also very slow receiving food, a couple of time seen lines nearly out of the door and people waiting throughout the restaurant, all while both managers and staff stand in the back chatting and laughing without a care for any customer. If there was any other McDonald's close to home I would 100% go there but as not, I have no option but to go here and constantly have to wait for and then complain over food.

Queues up in drive through on one lane. Kept serving cars in the other lane. Served 3 cars in a row. Drove to window to ask what was happening and that they served 3 cars in the other lane. Sorry one of our headsets is broken. Never dawned on them to close the lane or have someone come out to tell customers it’s broken. I suppose you get the service you pay for. Food was cold as well and they still got the order wrong AT THE WINDOW.

Used drive through and was served my Coffee and then told to Park up whilst they made my Wrap….after 15 Minutes I gave up and left with only my Coffee. The drive through was quiet at the time. This is not the first time I’ve had problems here especially with Cold Food. I’ve learned my lesson now. Avoid !!!!

The ice cream machine was working ,I was told to give the ice cream machine another chance , I expected to be disappointed as the ice cream machine rarely works ,I was happy the ice cream did taste lovely,it was a nightmare getting parked up and the wait time wasn’t the best despite it being busy I wasn’t happy at how long I had to wait for some food

Appalling, been just now 23/03/23 @19:00pm got my order all good to then drive 20 minutes home to soggy, undercooked, greasy, cold 20 chicken Nuggets, the amount of grease was pouring off each nugget. Had to bin the lot!

Fined £50 for staying over 90 mins for a business catch up. It was quiet, and we didn’t see any restriction signs. I am very unhappy as I’ve used previously and never been fined. MAKE YOUR PARKING FINES CLEARER!! You Lost a customer today.

Went to this McD’s first time since refurbed. Was told at midnight that the drive through was closed due to systems down and had to order inside. Inside took a good 10 mins for everything to be up and running. Staff really rude and ignorant...

Shocking service. A drive through is supposed to be quick and convenient but this place is anything but. They spend more time catering for deliveroo drivers than the people actually at the restaurant. We waited 15 mins for our order which is frankly ridiculous.

I visited this branch of McDonald's, and was immediately approached by an employee and asked to sanitise my hands. It's rather rude to ask guests to do this. I was then asked to scan a QR code. I said I can't. They then wanted to write down my private details in order for me to collect some food from there. I asked why they wanted to know my details and they didn't seem to know.I decided to take my custom elsewhere, it's a very hostile environment at this place.

This McDonald’s would be a lot better if MEGAN CRONLY did not work there seem as she almost 100% has tetnus the home ruiner. Ps- this review would be a lot better if swearing was aloud Olivier xxx

Great staff, very helpful. Breakfast is great for a good price. The only complaint I have is that people leave their cars parked all day taking customer parking, and customers drop litter not thinking of the staff having to clean up after them!.

As far as Macdonalds go this one is not too bad, no where near the best though. Service wasn’t bad, food was ok and quite quickly delivered, considering how full it was. Place clean and tidy, Sunday lunch time hard to get parked.

The weather was awful so the journey home took far longer than usual, I decided to call in to McDonalds to save time when I did finally get home. It was just after 10.30 pm and I ordered a Big Mac and wanted a caramel sundae, I was informed that the sundae wasn't available. When I asked was the machine broken I was told they were cleaning it, so I asked for an alternative and even an apple pie. Nothing was available. The restaurant wasn't busy but this is a 24/7 site and I didn't think I was asking for something unusual for this time on a Sunday night. To be honest I wouldn't have bothered reviewing such a seemingly petty issue but it was when i parked up to eat the Big Mac it was apparent it had been hastily thrown together and certainly didn't live up to normal McDonalds standards. TBH thoroughly disappointed.

Ordered a coffee on way to work around 7.20am.....looking forward to a caffeine boost before starting the day. Pulled into drive through. Man in a van in adjacent lane pulled up at same time. I ordered my coffee...he pulled off just ahead of me and was served my coffee. Ok.... easily fixed... just pour me another one.... computer says 'no'.... not unless I drive out and go back round to the drive through intercom...... WHAT???? WHY????.... forget it!

This has to be the worse McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I don’t think there was one member of staff over the age of 21. The whole order received was cold, there wasn’t any Mayo on my chicken sandwich and the cheese burgers had no pickles on ....Never ever again

Popped in for a Big Mac and fries and a wrap. Used the online ordering system, or rather my 9year old godson did-it worked fabulously quickly! We were eating it 5mins later! Clean tables. Pleasant staff. Was quite surprised how busy it was. Car park was virtually full. The drive thru' never stopped.

DISGUSTING FOOD .how does anybody feed their kids this type of food.Just cant say anymore about it really only that looking at some of the kids its all they eat.

Can be very busy. Usually clean and quick. Plenty of parking. No personal touch it's just a fast food place.

Yo uso este Macky - Dees, después de dejar a los niños en la escuela, práctico para un café con leche y huevos McMuffin de salchicha. Obviamente sólo ocasionalmente como yo sería el tamaño de una casa! En la vuelta a veces llamada escuela dirigida me o utilizar los conduzca a través de conseguir los niños tomar comida, de nuevo, sólo es el extraño tratar como me gusta alimentar a las verduras y frutas todos los días. los niños Es genial para mantener a los niños entretenidos mientras tomo un café con leche que pueden jugar en el iPad tech anclada a las mesas para los niños o dibujar usando los lápices mientras jugando con globos. Buena relación calidad-precio en cuanto a los niños, hacen su dinero en las porciones de adultos.

No es la más grande que hemos visto mcD aparcamiento, pero hay un montón de aparcamiento cerca de Morrison, etc. El personal es educado y bastante eficiente, aunque todas son ahora mucho más lenta MCDONALD'S para servir los alimentos y preparar bebidas de lo que solía ser. Debería llamarse 'no tan de comida rápida 'ahora que partimos nos cambiamos a este nuevo sistema de orden de pago, y esperar hasta su cocinado.

Great place to go and get your work done , while having a relaxed coffee or breakfast , the customer service is excellent and the place is clean

The food is shocking always cold chips and they forget to put all your order in bag I have made many complaints about food here in past and it never gets any better. The drinks are always full of ice so when you get large coke only get two mouth fills and you left with a load of ice I hope they sort it one day as the location is good just off main road as you come off m1

Claire was very good! Smiley face and great customer service. I'll be coming here again. Even though it was the night shift she still looked dashing! If only all the staff were like Claire.

Great food and this time I had a ice cream it was lovely. clean toilets. Highly recommended. Well worth a visit.

2nd time we have visited a McDonald's with table service. Found the service excellent and staff extremely friendly, even though the order was slightly wrong, it did not detract from the excellent, speedy service. The food was hot and fresh, in fact the Chicken Select were the best I've tasted. Well done very impressed.

Me and my parents went here for a take away the chips tasted nice , mum had a burger but ended up with upset tummy dad had a burger and also had upset stomach the ice cream was fine according to dad the drinks were good

McDonalds do cheap fast food perfectly edible, there is nothing gourmet about anything they do. It's pretty much consistent wherever you go. The variable is how clean the establishment is and how rowdy the kids are. I have been here a couple of times the cleanliness is acceptable and because it's out of the way there few noisy kids.

Go regular to McDonald's love big Mac Mac chicken burgers frys not struck on new sandwich's but my husband likes them that's just me being picky take grandchildren they love wraps cheese bits any burgers nice if you want a quick sack busy but plenty of staff to get ques down computerized screen you can order your meals and in some McDonald's they will bring it to your table

Always seems to be good parking. It also seems better now with 2 lane drive through and with the new ordering on screen when inside. Food is what you'd expect from any McDonald's. Does seem clean

Staying at Ibis in Bramley, just off the M18. McDonald's is right there beside the hotel. Very handy in am for breakfast, two mornings in a row I walked over, got take out and brought back to room. Did have some trouble with language difference with server, but we made it through. Got the breakfast wraps each morning, one with bacon and the other with sausage. Eggs tender and delicious. Coffee good. Place was super clean and staff all friendly and efficient.

Great location. Good car park. Called in for breakfast when leaving early on holiday. Coffee hot but muffins just warm and French fries short in length. On this visit we were disappointed and we have had better from here. For some reason the French fries were sort which made then difficult to dip in ketchup. please serve hot food and get longer French fries like other McDonald's. !!

This rating is not about the food as it was quite good . I've been to many McDonalds and the food hardly varies from one establishment to the next whether in London , Cornwall and Scotland its always enjoyable for me .

Good location , next to petrol station. Small car park , is the only bad bit. Fast service and friendly staff always happy to give balloons to the children.

This McDs a great place off junction 1 on the M18 On the same site is a Morrison's garage for fuel. Staff here seen more attentive DVD pleasant than most. Great wifi and easy access back on to the motorway

This is to the staff that help clean the restaurant ,very friendly and helpful always a lovely greeting and smile .....perhaps the staff that serve the burgers should take a leaf out there books for these members are always on hand to bring extra napkins etc ...clean up your table and always with a friendly smile .

Called in on a Wed tea time there was a lot of young kids not all eating just hanging out in there. As I arrived a cue of about six before me, looked around to see if there was a spare table there was three or four but only one clean.gave my order for a chicken sandwich meal took it to spare table all well until I sat and rubbed ketchup all across the front of my trousers ,there was sauce smeared under the table edge.The meal was ok but a little cold that went down as I was very hungry as I left I noticed my trousers ,no excuse for the mess won't be back not at this branch .

Ordered quarter pounder meal minus the bread because I am Coeliac and partner ordered Canadian melt meal. My burger was the thinnest burger imaginable, nothing like a quarter pounder. The Canadian melt was missing the bottom half of the sandwich. It wasn't like they'd got the 'no bread' mixed up because the top half of the sandwich was present. The meals were cold too.

Asked them to give me a burger like the one's in the pictures, and they couldn't. Told them I would walk away if they couldn't, so I did.

Good place to call off for a quick snack. Big mac and a milk shake. Shame not much seating outside and the last time I went there was some teenagers outside that could not seem to stop swearing at the top of their voices.....The staff are always polite and the dining area and toilets are always kept clean.

Not the best McDonalds, serving a cool coffee is not acceptable. The food is the standard Mc stuff, but the service is hot and miss, especially early morning.

arrived reasonably quick service, staff rushed of their feet , no smiles anywhere, food was ok, if you like Mcdonalds. Luke warm burgers, loads of ice in coke, can't call it coca cola because it isn't, tastes vile, but Kids loved it, so can't complain

I am not a McDonalds regular (& wouldn't touch one of their burgers or coffees ,with a 10ft bargepole.!) However, I went in early one morning & had a bacon roll & a hash brown & a cup of tea... DELICIOUS! The roll was packed with bacon & freshly cooked. The staff were friendly & polite (not calling customers "guy" or "guys" goes a long way in my book) I wouldn't normally recommend a McDonalds but for the Bacon Rolls & staff I will.

Been here recently. The food is as always with mc Donald's, maybe nicer than usual, especially their breakfast. The staff all seem to have a reel attitude problem. Fed up of the way they speak to customers.

my wife. she thought she would take the daughter in for a meal as she had been good helping out at home.. so she ordered a chicken burger and chips. when they sat down and opened the meal it was the wrong one. it was a beef burger kids meal. well as my wife never likes to cause a fuss. she said ok love go and order a chicken burger and tell them we will keep this one. as my wife was hungery as she was just coming of her diet. so they got a chicken burger as well. so they consumed them and at about 12 midnight my wife was in a terrible mess and after 2 hours and when she started bleeding from her abdomen!! i called an ambulance and she was admitted with campylobacter. she lost neally 2 stone in a 2 weeks and neally died. she still has not got over this after 2 years.so be warned that was a kids meal it would of most likly killed a child as the doctors told us.my wife is a nurse and cant do her job the same after this.

not the best of Mc Donald's I have used I ordered a 3 piece select chicken meal at the drive trough however on opening the bag I found the chips to be not fresh and limp the chicken as if it had been under the hot lamps for ages as seamed not fresh I just wish I had opened it prior to driving of. lesson learned else it would have been returned for change will not be using this one again.

Brilliant service and food! The only thing you have to worry about is them messing up your order, dealing with 100's of customers every day it's bound to happen and they will happily replace it.

Restaurant was clean and well looked after. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good - hot for a change.

Been here a couple of times. Most of the staff are efficient. I was badly after my last visit so i probably wont be eating here again! There are better McDonalds restaraunts around the area than this one...
