Fantástico, soy quisquilloso pero encuentro que McDonald's siempre me satisface. Y es la comida, clase mundial pero barata.

Me desperté con ganas de comer algo especial y, por supuesto, sabía que sólo había un restaurante que pudiera satisfacer mis expectativas. McDonald's, por supuesto. No me decepcionó. El jefe me dio la bienvenida y me recomendó un plato nuevo. Era fantástico y no era caro y, por si fuera poco, hay unas vistas para morirse a través de las ventanas de la primera planta. Pollo, carne de vaca, pescado y postres y no olvides, lo mejor cafè en todos los partes. Un ambiente sofisticado màs comida clase alta y byen relación calidad-precio, simplemente no puedes pedir màs. McDonald's, me has alegrado el dìa.

The staff were not friendly, there were numerous complaints from other customers and when after waiting 12mins I got my sausage and egg muffin, there was no sausage ☹️

I tried premium burger, wow, fantastic and lots of flavour and texture too and wash Ed down with chocolate shake. Sensational

Every time we order from here the order is incorrect (online and drive through) The drive through always takes forever and when you finally get to the collection window the staff are just chatting away to each other and they still get the order wrong. I’ll not be using the Totton one anymore!

I love to go to McDonald's as there is lots to choose from and the food is always tasty with free dips.

It seems that ALL the people who have had a problem here are very quick to moan about it, but only a few of the many people who are delighted bother to say so.I have used the Golden Arches restaurants all over the country at various times and although there have been a few occasions when things haven't exactly gone to plan, I have NEVER had a problem here with getting it put right. I even wrote to them complimenting them on their customer service, the cleanliness of the toilets and the grounds.Overall, comparing to other McD's, 6/5 stars

Always slow and painful! Ring and they don’t answer! Go through drive through and is slow and deal with numptys - order Uber eats it’s taken over an hour and only person with an ounce of common sense is the delivery driver and isn’t even his faultUseless - should do better

I was in much hunger and decided that McDonalds would offer me a chance to eat food but I would have to eat in the street as the diner only vends for take out. Yah, nice. Bit pricey, actually really good value.

There was conflict at a table between a husband and wife and the workers there failed to sort the situation out. On top of that one of the workers came along and said "So ive got a fish pie." How weird...

This is probably the worst ever branch of McDonalds we’ve used. They consistently short change customers with portions of fries and ice cream always very sub-standard - small servings in large packets - really awful. Never provide the sauces requested with nuggets. Just no customer care - they get away with it as it’s the closest outlet in the area.

Drive through, asked specifically for ty beanies, assured they were in bag, got home the children had books in their happy meals. Telephoned and were told no ty beanies in stock - well that’s another lie

The milkshake machine is NEVER working ... have given up visiting now! Worth driving a little further to Milbrook or Ower

I am big fan of mcdonalds and this establishment is my favorite because i can walk here and know it is open. The food is okay and it is cheap and the food fills me up.

I went to mcdonalds for a cup of tea and apple pie and is was okay. Quite good price but there were too many people.

De vez un cuando hay que hacer algo inspirado y inolvidable y no puedo pensar de algo mejor que almozar especial aquì. Este restaurante tiene vistas hermosas hacia el rio test pero vengo aquì por comida clase mundial y un ambiente muy sofisticado. Cuando llegamos eligimos comer al dentro y antes de nada tenìamos eligir dondè send it y cuando comprar. El menù es tan grande y sofisticado es bastante posible pasar màs que treinta minutos para decidir lo que tener. No podrìamos decidir entre pollo y carne de vaca y tambièn entre panecillo frambuesa y panecillo chocolate y ensalada y papas fritas. La situcaìon me valve loco y al final entonces habìa que tener todos. Mi esposa me dijo. "va a ser almozar muy caro" y respondì "sì por supuesto tienes ràzon pero que vale la pena". Entonces disfrutamos comida deliciosa y sabrosa. Pollo devino y papas fritas fabulosa y sobre todo dos panecillos afuera del mundo. Por supuesto tenìamos que dar gracias al chef. Pero a mì sorpresa la cuenta no era caro. Era barata. No pude creer y ahora mismo me siento absolutamente fantastico y por supuesto tambièn estoy lleno. Otra vez este lugar ha entregado. Comida fantastica. Gran servicio. Vistas hermosas y sobre todo con excelente relacìon calidad-precio. Sin dudo en absoluto, tiene que ser cinco estrellas.

We came here for a quick bite to eat and I can honestly say, I remembered very quickly why I haven't had McDonald's food for a very very very long time. The Big Mac was dry and bland (even for a fast food joint) and the chips were cold. Can't even say that they were warm as that would be a lie! The only saving grace was the milkshake which I'm glad to see are still fairly similar to how I remembered them.This was my first time going to this McDonald's and will also be my last.

This McDonalds has staff Including managers who do not understand customer Service , transparency, treating customers fairly, paying attention to detail, accuracy etc . They get orders wrong all the time and they don’t take allergies seriously at all ! Their manner, conduct and lack of efficiency is appalling.

This McDonalds like any other McDonalds serves amazing (slightly unhealthy) food. This McDonalds however has a good atmosphere and a drive thru and is a great place for a group of friends to grab a bite to eat.

El mejor cosa sobre este lugar es las vistas pero por supuesto la comida tambíen es muy bien demasiado. Si estas mirando para en algún lugar para tienen comida fabulosa, vistas hermosas y bien valor por dinero entonces no hace falta buscar en cualquier otro lugar porque McDonalds tiene todos. En esta ocasión pedimos deliciosas hamburguesas de pollo con patatas fritas delicadamente sazonadas y de postre, pasteles de manzana y helado con dos deliciosos latte´s para terminar. Guau. Valor sensacional y muy sabroso y el personal, ¿qué puedo decir.?

Cuando necesitas algo barato pero sabor entonces creo que deberìas considerar visitar aquì. Por supuesto hay McDonalds doquier y necesitas saber cual es el mejor y puedo decirte este restaurante es fantastico y sobre todo tienen vistas hermosas con la prueba del rìo.

Having had yet another poor experience here today we will unfortunately no longer be going to this McDonald’s. The concept of fast food is obviously lost on the management as our food regularly takes anything up to 25 minutes, food is often cold and things are regularly missed off the order. I don’t know whether they need more staff or what the problem is but it’s really not acceptable.

Placed my order and arrived at the window, somewhere between the person repeating my order back, correctly, and the ticket going through for prep, two drinks managed to disappear from the order. At the window, I said I wanted the missing drinks, which resulted in the woman talking to me like I was trying to pull a fast one on her and knick two soft drinks. So I snapped. She went to get the 4 year old manager who told me I couldn’t have the drinks, that I’d have to go to the back of the line and order again if I wanted them because he wasn’t able to take my money at that particular window. The manager. Mind you I have a crying child in the backseat because suddenly she wasn’t getting her lemonade. Great problem solving skills this lot has (extreme sarcasm). Would leave a big fat ZERO if I could.

De verdad tengo que decir es este lugar es no es bueno, sin sofisticacìon y el menu estuvo corto y sobre todo mi cafè no fue calor. Pro supuesto este restaurante tienen vistas hermosas pero un buen Vista es no es bueno si tu comida es mal.

Absolute rubbish waited over 20 minutes in the drive-through got the food when they eventually got the order right and the food was cold totally rubbish no good at fast food

This review is based on my experience on the day and may be different for you. I don’t normally give reviews that criticize, but this time it needed to be done and said. McDonald’s what can you say about a fast food joint that almost everybody loves ? Fast food at its best because of its name and reputation, the kids love these restaurants toys and its convenient. All good reasons to go. I normally only go for breakfast to this restaurant, occasionally for a burger. The problem as I see it is, they have a drive through and this seems to distract and take priority over the person who wants to relax and enjoy their breakfast in the restaurant with all extras to hand. The food that is cooked seems to go straight to the drive through orders, if busy and the person who is waiting in the restaurant has to wait even longer. Even though both have paid their monies. When they do get it right it is the best breakfast outside of a mega greasy spoon fry up. If only they managed to bring together what ever you ordered together, at the same sort of temperature, at the same sort of the time, the food would be even better. Today I had a sausage McMuffin meal. The McMuffin was made first and sat under those bronze hot lights for 5 mins whilst the hash brown was cooked separately for what seemed like ages as they had run out of ready cooked hash browns and no one seemed to be cooking them, and the coffee was lukewarm after being made before any of the others listed. When the hash brown eventually arrived it was way to hot to eat with a lukewarm McMuffin and coffee. This is a normal problem that any famous fast food company chain in the UK seem to have, the inability to to produce a meal as there is always something that ends up being cooked extra as there is insufficient available at order time and is to hot to eat after being brought out later into the meal.Seems to defeat the meaning of fast food. Having been to the states and walked in to a McDonald’s and before I finished asking for what I wanted it was in front of me and I was walking out! We have a lot to learn about fast food in the UK and the true meaning of the wording. Pretty sure the large turnover of staff does not help as there is no continuity of a team working together.Only one bad visit in a number of visits to this food chain but senior management high up who take the bonus, applause for doing nothing really and do nothing to make it a better experience, and not bleed it dry, really need to address this problem of not bringing everything in an order together at the same time. Fish and chip shops can generally do so why can a mega food chain like McD’s not ? How difficult can it really be? Off my soap box now !!! Dot let my one bad experience out you off. ☕️☕️☕️☕️☕️

vaya una montaña rusa de una experiencia de hoy. estaba tan molesto cuando mordí mis papas fritas y tenían demasiada sal. Me sentí consternado y molesto, pero fui a ver al gerente que era profesional y cortés y arregló para que algunas papas frescas se cocinaran para mí sin sal agregada y estos sabía absolutamente delicioso y yo estaba tan encantado que thake el gerente personalmente para tratar con mi queja. Este es, sin duda alguna, el mejor Restaurante de Totton y tiene las más fabulosas vistas del estuario de pruebas del río, donde a menudo se puede ver pastando a las vacas. Un lugar Fabuloso para desayunar, almorzar o cenar.

Food is average. They always seem to run out of milkshakes and the waiting time can be anything up to 25 mins!!!!!! More customer focus is required.

Drive thru is always slow, order often wrong and never have shakes or ice creams, despite saying I wouldn’t come here again I thought I’d try once more and wish I hadn’t ......

As today was a fine sunny day a visit to our local diner was in order and it was a day of decisions. This diner has outdoor seating with fine views of the river test but the decision was to dine inside and take advantage of the air Conditioning. A box of 20 nuggets, a big Mac meal and coffees together with a generous selection of dips made for a perfect meal accompanied by a nice selection of music. It perhaps lacks the ambient sophistication of other diners but nevertheless is fully deserving of 5 stars.

Took my little granddaughter for a treat after horrible hospital tests. First time here for me, but she was keen. Had to clean table and chairs with baby wipes they were so dirty. Bins overflowing. Ordered food, waited 15 minutes then mentioned it to a waitress who went downstairs and returned immediately with our order. It was stone cold. She took it away again then returned 10 minutes later with another set that was just slightly warmer. Poor granddaughter was beside herself with hunger so we just accepted it. Not a great fan of McDonalds but to be fair, I considered them all to be good value and of consistent quality until now. Emailed the company to complain and they sent an email back the gist of which was 'sorry - we'll try better next time' . You must be joking! There is an outside play area that has been closed apparently for some time. No idea why.

Just been through the drive through, food was awful, paid £18 for the new double quarter meals, food was stale, cold, messy. I’ve worked at McDonald’s and I know for a fact it wasn’t fresh, maybe the person on production needs more training as clearly isn’t using the time cards. Fuming

Make you wait in a que only to get told you need to park up, there must be 10 people seen to be standing around doing nothing, absolutely shocking service times, and food is cold!!

I went to McDonald’s with my family. We ordered a big tasty and 2 happy meals and one with a cheeseburger no pickle and onion as my son cannot take onion or pickle and many other foods and fruit.

Very nice outlet but for some reason the food delivery is falling apart. Ordered by machine - nice simple breakfast and coffee for delivery at table. Waited ages - probably 10-15 mins and when it arrived both food orders incorrect. Was very quickly fixed but shouldnt happen. The girl delivered food to table apologised for the wait but seemed to be laughing about it ! not impressed. The food and drink was Ok but it is difficult to mess McFood up. Quite a queue. waiting

Terrible service. Cold food. Arrogant management. Milkshakes, etc. often not available. Have given up. Such a shame.

This McDonald’s is the worst ever! So so slow! They always forget to put everything you ordered in your bag and their cards machines are always down! I just queued in line for 20 minutes to be told that they are taking cash payments! Keep clear!

Shocking place, never again. My son and me arrived at 8am, there was no one else waiting or ordering food yet it still took them 13 minutes to make a sausage mcmuffin and coffee. The coffee was cold, not warm or hot so i returned it. No apology, then waited another 10 mins to receive another cold coffee! Again no apology, explanation. Customer service is non-existent.

Not once have we visited to find the sale of milkshakes or ice cream or even burgers at one stage .

Well it’s been a long summer as every visit to McDonald’s inTotton there milkshake machine is broken. Is this a staff issue or training issue . They say it’s parts . Also it’s the slowest drive through ever. Only use it as convinant.

Great lunch, chicken mayo with cheese and onion and a toffee latte. Hot and delicious and table service too. Great views of the river test from 1st floor. Good staff.

Having picked my wife up from Wantage, i was slightly concerned about traffic delays caused by the closure of the M27, however, my fears were completely unfounded as the delay at the McDonalds Drivethru far exceeded any caused my the closure of a major motorway. Once we'd waited 25 minutes to get to the order point, i was told they had neither a 'Big Tasty' for my wife nor a Mcflurry for my son. Slightly annoyed, we amended our order to suit their limited stock. After a further 10 minutes, we had passed through the pay point and arrived at the collection window to be handed our drinks and were told that we had to wait for our food to be cooked, quite why when it was ordered 10 minutes previously I have no idea. We were kept waiting a further 5 minutes before our order was ready. I have to add that we were not parked up in a waiting bay causing a delay to the whole drivethru system, presumably the reason we'd been waiting so long to begin with. Having got home 3 minutes later, our food was stone cold which was a little surprising having been told we were waiting for it to be cooked and i mean stone cold, not even warm. The whole management of the drivethru is very very poor.

On main road in Totton, easy to park, food good, no hussle. Food hot, view pleasant , price good. Would recommend

I have eaten here many times but never felt I needed to review until today! I have always found the service great as I pop by to grab a quick lunch but yesterday my order wasn’t correct when I got back to work. I was annoyed because I couldn’t get back out to correct my order, so made a phone call! I was greeted by a friendly guy called Adam, he then had a look at my order on his system and today I went by and he had made sure we had a couple meals sorted for the hassle and as an apology. I will continue to use this restaurant with its great service

Positive visit, the bloke taking orders was good and provided excellent customer service he was polite and confirmed order again before payment. His happy upbeat mood and customer service was great and naturally made you feel happy! Top guy

It’s never not a delight to see Greg happily serving at the drive through! If everyone who worked in customer service was like Greg the world would be a better place! Give the lad all his stars ******

I have eaten when I was younger and decided to give it a go after seeing an add for a chicken burger that looked nice, Ican honestly say I will never enter a MC Donald's ever again to purchase food it's discussing ......

Dropped in earlier this evening as had 30 minutes to wait for train from Totton. Placed a straight forward order at 19:14 and watched as other customers orders were taken and served whilst my simple order sat on the screen. Even when mine was the only order I was still not served. Finally after 10 full minutes my order was placed in front of me from items which I could see had been waiting. Not at all sure why? When I queried - no apology. It has been done as fast as possible. Really???

Great mac Donald’s every time and Greg is always happy and helpful serving us in the drive through ! He needs more stars! Go Greg !!

I know it's not their fault, but whilst in drive thru, they were missing one order of French fries in my bag. We only found out when we were home already, just check your bags before you leave.

Visited at midday, staff were nice and friendly & the toilets were clean, what more could you ask for from a McDonald's? Food was also good & on par.

Though you should know what to expect at McDonalds there's always that odd branch that stands out and this is that one. Friendly staff, table service and always clean. I've not been there yet to have to remove someone else's rubbish from a table I wanted to sit at. All the things I would hope for from a fast food establishment.

Went through the drive through. Ordered 3 meals including drinks. When I got to the collection point only 2 drinks handed over. When I asked where the 3rd drink was I was told that I had only paid for 2. I offered to pay for the 3rd drink but ever though the young girl was stood next to a till I was told that I would have to go through the drive through again to pay at the first window. Ludicrous as there was a number of vehicles behind me. Drove away with the food to find 1 of the meals was missing chips. Filled in the on line survey and McD HQ contacted me within 18 hours saying the franchisee, Bryan Rupping would contact me. Guess what, I am still waiting after 2 months and 2 more messages to McD HQ.

Slow service and no quarter pounders. When we did get order had to take fries back as they were cold no good .exchanged for fresh ones. Not good

went there on saturday, no one there took over 12 minutes to get my order. the server asked 3 times for bacon clubhouse & 3 times ignored. when i got order told her if i havent paid would have walked out no apology. very poor customer service

Nice, clean building and friendly staff. Child friendly, food was good and there was ample parking. One of the better McDonalds.

Had a voucher for Big Mac and fries for £1.99. Best value for money ever. Not sure if I would pay full price but at £1.99 well worth it.

Took Grandchildren for lunch and the food was hot which is unusual. The staff were friendly and helpfull especially Wendy. It was very clean and tidy throughout.

Nice restaurant with views of the test estuary from 1st floor. Staff generally very good and food of good standard. Excellent value for money.

This outlet is in a convenient location on the way out of Totton into Southampton and next to the station, plus it was great land re-development from the unused site. But I have really noticed the increased litter in the area especially with the salt marsh just yards away this is asking for trouble. And the exit road is on a rather dangerous bend which now features a much-needed pedestrian crossing island. It would've been much safer with traffic signals but there we go... when do large corporations and/or local councils ever care about pedestrian safety unless someone is seriously hurt or killed?

I am by my own admission a far too regular user of McDonald's at this site I nip in there more than I should but I Just love their breakfast menu - i use drive through for my convenience and live very local

Not been in a McDonalds for years, and I can say I won't be going into one again, ordered Chicken burger and the fish set meal it was not busy but still had to wait, got to the table to find I had been given a beef burger and not chicken, back to the counter to get it changed the guy serving looked at me as if it was my fault, the chicken burger was ok, the fish was a little square thing in the middle of a not so nice bun, on a positive the fries were hot, and it's a lovely new building.

Came in at 11.30 after work for a quick bite to eat but had to wait 20 mins for my food in the drive through, for a fast food outlet it shouldn't take that long

The slowest McDonald's I have ever visited, and it wasn't even busy. Rubbish piled high around the kids computer area. Chips were cold when we eventually did get them. Give it a miss or prepare for a long wait to be served.

Was on way home from taking the dog to the vet so after a long wait at the vet didn't have time to cook so I thought not had a McDonald's for a while I'll nip in to totton.

Standard fast food restaurant. It appears to be run by very young staff, mostly school leavers. The experience whilst waiting for food was a noisy affair with staff calling out to each other, but I guess that is the nature of a fast food restaurant. We sat upstairs and the area we sat in was being closed for cleaning after we had been there about 10 mins. A lovely young girl came up to us and asked how we were enjoying our meal. She said that she was closing the area off but we were welcome to stay at the table until we had finished. She showed really great customer service

Its McDonald's what more can you say without being nasty. Remember no table service, high calories, poor quality and bored staff (not to blame them). If you can't beat em join em.

I visit our local McDonalds at least twice a week with my four grandchildren. The new chicken garlic mayo wrap is delicious and lots more good healthy options on offer.The kids like choices of either chips or fruit, a great mix and match with drinks too!. The service is always good and friendly too.There is a lovely lady who usually clears the tables I don't know her name, short in height. She is always smiling and goes the extra mile to talk me and my grand kids, she certainly needs a mention for her excellent customer care. Finally, I must say the toilets are always spotlessly clean! Well done

This seems to be a new(ish) purpose built 2 floor restaurant, with outdoor seating and a 3 level play gym for little monkeys.

A Standard Mc Donald's, the odd grumpy staff member, sometimes go at the wrong time and get the rubbish fries, but overall a good store, the run the new system 'Made For You' and main menu items tend to be better quality when you get them, less greasy, fluffier bread crispier lettuce.

chips cold dry and really not worth buying, part of mcchicken sandwich meal, sandwich was barely ok, bun dry and chicken mediocre. cant say I enjoy mcdonalds! sauces are ok ie bbq but then I was using it to cover the drab chips
