McDonald's - Wrexham Bypass in Shropshire

WE were enroute to catch a train,so time was limited . After a 20 minute wait for 3 breakfasts at breakfast time I enquired how long our meal would be . I was met with a gruff reply and the member of staff then disappearing. I once again asked a person , who was in a different uniform how long our meal would be . She was abrupt and rude and then turned around pulling a face to her colleagues about myself. After 23 miutes a simple apology for my question would have been great. But once again in this McDonalds , the food took over 20 minutes and the staff, when asked were rude. A fast food place to avoid.

Like Joe Pecsi says, dont go to the drive through! 3 times in the last couple of weeks I've pulled up in one, of the 2, order points and waited only for someone to pull up to the other one and get served first!! The staff when challenged on this are rude too. Add to this the fact that, even by McDonalds standards, the food is badly thrown together I'd rather drive the 11 miles to Market Drayton. Had enough tonight and just left without ordering, I won't be going back

Crap! The order was wrong, they also missed out food and the food was cold! When i mentioned it i had no apology and they didn't care to fix the issue.

I came in for a meal & NEVER AGAIN, The restaurant was a tip & the toilets were discussing I had to go & use the toilets at the Esso garage opposite, There was a young lad on lobby in a white shirt BUT the state it was left in is beyond anything & the cleaning spray left on a table within reach of young children, The date I visited was Thursday 28/12/23, Time 17-00, I hope these issues are addressed, as I saw other customers were also not at all happy & walked out hearing their comments,

Terrible drive through service, only a couple of cars when I went through but told to wait before ordering (4 minutes) got to payment window and no one there (3.5 minutes) got to service window and another wait (4. 5 minutes) I'm glad it wasn't busy.! Got home, (3 minutes) *All the food was cold! *Large frys half full (non fallen out in bag) *Caramel pie cold, no sell by label on box (usually is) *Hot chocolate like brown water with no taste (it was hot though) How can you get it so wrong?

Restaurant was really clean and staff were excellent. Best McDonald for miles. Food was quick and table service great.

Strict 11 o clock cut off so no breakfast. There is no flexibility even though there is a delay on the by pass.

Food was great tasted like normal mcdonalds food but the service was terrible they slammed my food on the table and when they didnt give me my drink they stared at me then again slammed it on the table. I am disgusted with this service.

We came at 10:30pm on the 9th of July and the male manager that was working was great. Amazing costumer service and really friendly. The food was really fresh and super quick service. Great!

Ive been here a few times and each time it gets worse and worse. Me and my girlfriend went here in separate cars i made my order threw the app she did not. When going to the drive through she went first in her car and requested a iced caramel frappe they then said the excuse that the machine was not working. Didn’t she didn’t think much of it at that time. But when i went to get my pre ordered food that I ordered somehow i got the EXACT same drink that she just tried to get. But the story gets worse after this incident not even one day after they have completed took all the iced frappes off the menu. Not just that these workers are laughing and joking and pretty much pissing about wile people are trying to order. Theres a reason you get brakes use them correctly. This is just complete laziness and disrespect for the customers. I will never be going here again

We used the drive through around 8pm 14.04.23, when we ordered we asked for a plain cheese burger with just cheese, burger and bap ( my husband is allergic to sauces containing egg eg mayonnaise ect) a big mac meal and nuggets . When we got to the window to get our food, it was mainly young adults , and all pissing around not paying much attention to things . We got our food after 5 ish mins. Got home, my big mac was warm and all the salad was outside the bap . I found a long blonde hair half way through eating and my husbands burger which we asked with no sauce came with tomato ketchup... he ate it as glad it wasn't mayo . A couple of hours after we ate, we both felt ill and had S&D for 4 hours straight.. I had it a little longer on and off. We both know it was the macdonalds and the food standards need to be looked into . It's probably the worst macdonalds we've ever been to, not just this occasion but many. We won't be going there again as not worth the small pennies .

Such a slow service here absolutely one of the worst McDonald's, how can ypu even say fast food. The staff seem to do way too much talking and seem very unprofessional!

Wrong food delivered to car after 20 Min wait in drive thru queue and 20 min wait after ordering just ate what was given as took home to eat, phoned to report this there manager response was “so you’ve had food” and put phone down poor customer service in my opinion get a meal deal from the garage next door as that will be warmer than the food served here, and a sandwich at the garage will be cold………..follow my drift

Driving back from Snowdonia with caravan in tow. The Whitchurch site does have a spot to park up and grab a bite to eat. Simple fayre placed the order for 2 quarter pounders meals inc.cappuccino and plain coffee. Quality is a good standard crispy chips tasty fresh quarter pounder with curry sauce both coffees hot and tasty It does what it says on the tin great friendly service Good for all the family Back to complete the journey home
