My wife just bought home 3 chicken donor meat and chips. Absolutely disgusting, the chicken was undercooked and pink. £9 per serving and it all went in the bin!! Will not be buying anything from here again!!

waited an hour then called The Fat Pizza. They said due to using a new system the order went through but didn't go to the restaurant (the number must go to a call centre) they said that they've processed the order and added it as a priority. I've just called them after another hour and it was only just being picked up. it's now been 2 hours and still waiting for the food. awful service. I used to use The Fat Pizza all of the time but I won't be ordering again.

I have just waited outside for 15 minutes after going around the drive thru with no queue. I had to ring up to tell them I hadn’t been brought my food after being parked up. They then got the order wrong and when questioned they just looked at me like I had arrived from mars. Hands down, the worst McDonald’s I have ever had the mis pleasure of visiting. No apology, no anything.

Slow service, unhelpful staff and cold food. Avoid.

Ordered via the App, no problems at all. Food was brought to my car within minutes, despite a huge queue for the drive-thru.

The worst McDonald’s I have been to. 1 cheeseburger happy meal, when opening there was no cheeseburger just a small fries how exciting. Chicken in wrap was over cooked, so dry I decided to have a sip of my sprite, which was flat! Also, to top it off it was only half full. Staff clearly don’t have a clue. Wouldn’t recommend. Would’ve gone back and got a refund but as the restaurant had a suspicious smell I ate it in my car.
