Food is very good from here, been several times. Only downside is that last time I ordered over the phone and one of the side dishes of chips was missing. Will order at the counter in future, so I can check the order is correct next time.

Won’t be ordering here again, Ordered before 7:10pm and we are still waiting for our food at 21:40pm Honestly no excuse and has ruined a nice treat we do. They don’t answer the phone also.

The pizzas are superb absolute quality.

I got a text 30 minutes after ordering they rejected my order for no reason and i have to wait up to 5 days to get my money back not tge first time it happens so here goesmy rewiev.

I will begin with the delivery driver, the most enjoyable aspect of the experience. I had the pleasure of ordering Jacket potatoe with tuna and mayo cheese and coleslaw. Unfortunately, I received dry tuna on a hard potatoe, which was not suitable for human or animal consumption. I had the opportunity to order a kebab, which was reminiscent of a wet, dirty dishcloth, and pitta bread dryer than sawdust and fish and chips, which were absolutely repulsive. I found it offensive to throw away such items, and I will never order such again.a waste of £40

Took my money while they were advised as open but were not , and now despite 38 unanswered calls I still don’t have my money w? Hate to think what there food is like!?

We ordered several pizzas and a kebab, the kebab was really dry and really tough to cut, all of the pizzas came and there was literally no tomato sauce base under the toppings, making them dry, the toppings by the way were all bland and virtually tasted the same, my advice is to look elsewhere, really disappointed and what a waste of money.

I did an order via their app… Didn’t receive the discount offered, I call the shop to enquire about this, they told me totally different misleading information! I also waited over an hour for my order, I call them about this, for them to tell me the driver got lost, but will re direct him in another 20mins, 20mins came and went called back, got hung up on, called again they said there was a mix up with my order, so I was lied too… I ended up going down there in person demanding a full refund, they tried to give me a new order instead, but I stood my ground and got a full refund… after 20 odd years of being a customer I was officially done, I will never order from them again, EVER!!!

Ordered a number of items £25 worth the be exact (food was lovely) ordered a wrap and panini (panini didn’t show) tried to call (no anger involved) would have happily waited but after 25 call now I’m annoyed big b AVOID GUYS

This place is a health hazard, we saw droppings and very unhygienic practices which were quite shocking. The food looked somewhat edible although I could not bring myself to eat it.

Went through the drive through to get our app order after parking up and receiving food, drove home to eat only to discover my mayo chicken was missing. Had to drive 20 minutes back to ask for it; brought receipt and the bag of food. To only be treated awfully by manager and the kitchen crew trainer. Even tho I explained my self am a crew trainer at a McDonald’s they continued to call me a liar and refused to give me my food. He wouldn’t give my receipt back to leave a complaint. As a McDonald’s worker I’m disgusted to see how this store treats customers and fellow employees. I never once raised my voice or treated them in a negative way, they just spoke to us like we were stupid right off the bat.

It's a restaurant me and my friends and family make a habit of going to. The burgers are so much value for your money with size and quality. Me and my friends are strongly loyal customers and its truly what we call the "peak" of takeaways in truro

Broken ordering speakers meant incredibly slow. Badly run

order on way @ 1943, delivery made @ 2029. all food was cold, I had to reheat. very disappointed.
