Absolutely disgraceful service. Food arrived stone cold and missing two portions of fries. No excuse. I used to work at McDonald’s, and we actually cared about quality—especially with deliveries. Clearly, that standard is long gone. What made it worse? We tried calling the store eight times and got no answer. Staff clearly couldn’t care less. Completely unprofessional. Spent over £30 on this order, and it was a total waste. My old branch would never let this happen. Clearly, staff need proper training. This franchise seriously needs to get its act together—this is beyond a basic management issue at this point. Happened multiple times, not just with myself… many other people.

Never order online always collect. Useless staff and everytime you will have missing items without fail. On our doorstep and they been shafting the community for years

Overtime i order from here there is always something missing ever time, the amount of times iv ordered off just eat and had to refund items is unreal, same when going through the drive through I'm always having to go in because theve forgot items kinda defeats going through the drive through, quality of the food is fine the staff just don't take care when packing order and making sure everything is there, also you'll never get any sauces from here ever you ask for ketchup you dont get you order pancakes you never get surup

Usually pretty good but delivered the wrong pizza, ordered Hawaiian got some sort of pepperoni meat mix, too salty for me, to late to reorder

Was in the drive through and waited 45 minutes nearly got to the order speaker and a worker came out and put a cone in front of my car at 12:30 when they closed at 1am it was a absolute joke and the manager was really rude

I wish I could give 0 stars as wasn't able to get my order as the POS app glitches out AGAIN when about going to collect. Amazing that a company the size of McDonald's can't sort their app out as the errors lately are getting worse and when you complain they'll claim there's nothing wrong with the app. Strange that I'm seeing plenty with the same issues on Google play store. Stick to your local chippy!! Better quality food and you don't gamble that your food will be actually warm!

They accept my order and it is locked. Who makes the customer wait for the order until the morning?

Vile. Order was delivered within 25 minutes of booking when we were informed it would be between 1 hour and 1 hour and 20 minutes for delivery. Food was stone cold & had quite clearly been lying about the shop for some time. Chips had certainly been reheated, chicken shish kebab was burnt and cold. Donner kebab was cold, over-cooked and everything had obviously been reheated/zapped. Will be taking this further with trading standards and food hygiene guys.

Just got a take away from Motherwell and it is stone cold ,called them to complain and was advised there is nothing they can do about it ,awful customer service ,they definitely need to improve their services

Both hot and cold taps continuously running in toilets with no sign of repairs

Wasn't the best place, food is substandard, the place was a mess, messy floors, uncleaned tables and service was okay but needs a major improvement but probably the only decent thing in this place. The menu is vast but I went for something quick so this review is based on the meal I had. Who cuts a burger in half? Id understand if it was a gourmet burger but no it wasn't anything of the sort.
