Absolutely joke of service here, EVERY single time we order from this place we end up with food missing and loosing money…I mean REALLY! What sort of person must you be if you can’t even get a burger order correct, still that’s what happens when you shop at places like this I suppose 😡😡😡

Ordered a delivery from here earlier on, missing 20 chicken nuggets..... upset children .... and restaurant said they would call me back ........ still waiting for that call guys.... or a refund

Poor. Upper floor closed so not enough seating. Kitchen was chaos. Food took a long time. Walking to KFC would have been quicker.

Bad service experience, we bought 2 big Mac and added ketchup and sweet and sour 1 each in the bill and the manager told that he can give sauses only if we add fries. If it's day or night time they will not give access to toilet. Staff used it with the key when guest ask they usually reply as out of order. A toilet is out of order in Ilford MCd since months 😂

Opens after renovations and builders dont even bother cleaning up, popped tyre in drive through...costing me to fork put to pay for a new tyre!

Shocking!!! I placed an order at 9.45pm 14/10/24 through Uber eats only to receive an order made at 7.17 pm the food was ice cold and it wasn't even the food I ordered. I was just going to heat it up because it was late at night when I saw the receipt and the time difference. I rang McDonald's only to be told sorry we mixed the bags up your order is here.....the problem is that food I received had been sat in them bags since 7.17 pm you will kill someone making stupid mistakes like that !!!!
