Central Kebab And Burger House in Wrexham

Asked for chicken to be very very very well done as that's how I prefer my chicken and once again after giving central a chance was disgusting , called and complained and too be told well chicken was cooked, yes I know that but not how I asked and if I was In the shop in person it would have been cooked the way asked, customer service shocking bring back the old staff

Asked for chicken kebab well done very well done, wasn't at all and everything I ordered was cold, won't bother again for sure,

Ordered online time confirmed then waited 1 hour and 15 mins after the time and 2 phone calls it finally turns up. Never ordering from them again

We tried this kebab house for the first time on Friday 15th June after it being recommend by our colleges. We have tried other places but this one is by far the best :) :) It's truly the nicest kebab we have ever had!! Presentation was lovely, great size on the chicken pieces and plenty of it.. If you need a tasty kebab then look no further than Central Kebab House!! Highly recommended **********

Absolutely terrible customer service from the manager or owner. We ordered the mix chicken and donet kebab but on delivery no doner meat was on our order. We rang to inform them of the mid product to receive a barrage of abuse from the manager accusing us of lying about the order, I kindly asked for her to stop being rude to which she continued to raise her voice and screaming down the phone, we asked for the food to be sent and pay the difference, was told that hey would not deliver the food and hung up. I am absolutely disgusted and annoyed at the way we as paying customers have been treated. Will definitely be boycotting this outlet.

Terrible terrible Customer service!!! I order from here regularly and have done for years. Order a kebab and it comes with Mayo and no chilli, my other one which should have chilli and no Mayo again comes no chilli but covered in Mayo. They admit order wrong but won’t replace it all. They then turn up at door with replacement (just one not full order) and still arguing the toss on the doorstep. Will not order from here ever again or recommend!! Customer loyalty and good customer service clearly not high up on their agenda.

ordered food from here and when it came the owner was very rude!!!! the chips were soggy and the Donner was cold and made me sick! i didn't even want to go back because i was so disgusted with the place

Shame on Central kebab, £2 extra charge to put Salad separate, used to be the best in Wrexham, but greed seems to be taking over. Food usually good, but extra charge for salad that is included (even took container!) is tbh a disgrace …. Close competition of same if not better quality will be getting our orders & recommendations from now on !

Ordered food from here for years and very sad to say it has gone very very down hill. Food came tonight and order was wrong. Phoned them to let them know and they delivered wrong items again! Phoned them back and the rude disgusting Ill mannered horrible thing that answered the phone was extremely rude and just argued that she sent it right. Won’t be ordering from this vile place and people ever again. Your service is rubbish and the women on the phone needs to learn manners just rude! ONE JOB!

I'm ashamed to say that we have been having our kebabs from here for years and iv never wrote a review on how excellent they are, we have very rarely tried other kebab shops and nothing comes as close to the quality of the meat and the freshness of the salads cant fault them at all never had a bad meal or service and always arrives before the time stated well done central kebab looking forward to our next one

We ordered our second meal this week, our first one was spot on Tuesday, really enjoyed it, we ordered tonight the same meal, , asked for chicken in a wrap, like Tuesday, and ended up with a pitta bread, I don’t like pitta bread, phoned up to complain, a misunderstanding from both parties, they where here within 10 mins with the 2 wraps, would I order off these again 100% yes, the way they handled the situation was brill.

Very sad to have to write this, but it appears Central kebabs has decided it doesn’t need loyal customers. Even ones that have religiously promoted them by word of mouth as the best kebab shop in Wrexham. In my younger days I used to be in here all the time so much so that they knew me by name, and they used to wave whenever I walked past, even if I wasn’t going in! It appears the approach to customers has changed. Am a key worker working for a charity and frankly was too tired to cook tonight so ordered from them the same as I have the last couple of weeks, on the 11th of May and the 23rd of May, (naughty of me, don’t tell the missus!) Today when I picked up my kebab bag from the doorstep, it seemed light. But as I hadn’t also ordered my usual side order of cheesy chips I assumed it was that. Hungry as I was I opened it, and tore off a bit of pitta only to look again at the contents of the box and realised that i hadn’t been sent a large mixed Kebab, but instead a shish. The accompaniments and the coke I ordered were correct. But there was no donner meat and no kofte meat. I phoned not to complain but just to ask for the rest of what I’d paid for. I spoke to a lady who identified herself as the manager who assured me that what I was looking at was the correct order. And that I must be mistaken. To anyone who knows me you will know, I don’t mistake ma kebabs. The manager then told me as far as she was concerned the right order had gone out. I then told her that in that case I wanted a refund of the difference as am not paying for something I didn’t get. After further chit chat in the background, and she then said she would send the correct order up and I was to give the driver the shish I had back. I agreed and thanked her. 2 mins later she phoned me back. I genuinely thought she was gonna say sorry there has been a cock up this end and they misread the order or similar. What she actually said was that she would send the driver up with a cash refund and I was to give the kebab back they would not be sending me what I ordered and was that okay. I said it wasn’t okay as I had no dinner, and tbh her customer service was appalling and that I am really shocked as I have been using their shop and telling everyone that they were a great business for actually nearly 2 decades. She pretty much hung up on me at that point. I guess things or the people have changed there. So in conclusion up until tonight I would have said I have never had any cause for any complaint. And when I have seen people on there complaining about wrong orders, I have always thought it’s because they were drunk or chancing their arm. Now I have experienced their ‘customer service’ for myself I’m thinking maybe I was too quick to give them the benefit of the doubt, because the friendly mask quickly slipped tonight : So if you do use them, be prepared, when they get it wrong, they have no interest in doing the decent thing.

Ordered a chicken wrap to be delivered to a friends house and was asked more than once if I wanted a chicken and doner wrap, I confirmed several times JUST CHICKEN and received a response ‘ no doner ‘ to which I AGREED NO DONER and then later in the evening received a chicken and doner wrap.. phoned up to complain and was told I hadn’t ordered the right thing, poor customer service & waste of money. If I’m honest it doesn't even look like chicken or doner, pictures don’t really do it justice but please see attached.

Got to say that from ringing my order through to eating my takeaway the service and quality of food was excellent!!! So friendly in the phone and efficient! Food was plenty and fresh.... couldn’t finish it. Loved it... definitely returning!!! Recommend to all

Had a pizza and chicken kebab from here last week and it was amazing from taking the order over the phone to the delivery and the taste. Recommend to all!!!!

I never even got to place my order over the phone.how rude.really annoying when you try to place an order only to be put on hold but are able to listen to them laughing and joking.never again

Ordered a pizza from here. To say i was underwhelmed is an understatement. It was merely a hot round greasy thing which i was charged £15 for. A massive flavourless swizz. Done?? I have been!! Wouldn't touch it with the proverbial stick next time!!!

Have the chicken kebab every Friday, the service, delivery and food are amazing and I would not go anywhere else x

We order Pizza and Kabab from Central Kabab.The pizza was rubbish and the Kabab was burned, and the pitta brade was muldy and burned. Please see the picture below and judge your self. Please think towice befor making order from this shop

Best ever take away, reliability 100%.. polite and well mannered... Plus chicken kebab is amazing after couple of times the lad on phone knows who you are, your address and the order is always perfect... Only place I will have kebab from 👍👍👍👍

This is a quick food takeaway, lets face it. Went here for a quick takeaway before a concert, can't complain about anything, plenty of meat in the kebab, decent stuff.

Asqueroso!!!!! Donde la base pizza ido? Se utiliza para hacer pizzas gruesas sino que ahora sabor rancio finas y ni siquiera sabía que era posible cuando ha sido cocinado!!! El kebab es la carne y la pizza topping insípida principalmente margarita! Un escaso puñado de carne. Sus esquinas de cortar y se nota!! Nunca va aquí

ordered a kebab got home no pitta bread just doner meat. I couldn't see the bread whilst the kebab was being wrapped so actually asked if it was in and was told it was. Rather disappointing to say the least.

Normalmente no suelo escribir comentarios sobre cosas pero Dang esta casa es el lugar que recomendaría a todos mis colegas! En general el kebab estaba llena de especias y sabores de lujo, brillante textura! Además, el servicio era perfecto, entregado a mi casa en menos de 30 minutos. Excepcional
