Sometimes good, sometimes ok but tonight it was absolutely rancid.Not again for s while

Food was delivered super fast but only thing I would say is that it doesn’t look good when your delivery driver is delivering your food with his cigarette in his mouth. Very unprofessional indeed

Food came quick and roasting hot. Very pleased with order.

I came in on Tuesday with a friend the hot chicken burger was delicious, aswell as the peri salted chips, honestly gives Nando’s good competition especially with the price tag, excellent customer service thanks to Ali walking us through the menu

Love the food from here but delivery is always an absolute nightmare, NEVER ever ever on time , last time we waited well over two hours and tonight we’ve waited over an hour again. Still currently waiting now , shame because it’s such nice food but always let down by delivery

Loads of missing items from our order. Rang the store and the guy didn't care. Kept saying it was Ubers fault. Not sure how it's Ubers fault when they only deliver the food and don't prepare it. Also sent wrong item for one that was. Unprofessional and awful customer service. Shame because I really liked these guys until now.

If you ignore this place just because it's a stand alone outlet and you don't see a crowd then you're really missing out on all the deliciousness this place has to offer. It's my second time ordering food from here and I've to admit they never fail to impress. The BBQ Chicken Wings and all natural Chips are divine. I tried stopping myself from not eating all the chips at once but couldn't control my fingers going for one after the other. I will be ordering in the future as well. Hope they don't compromise with their food standards even then 🙂

Just ordered food, it's arrived 30 mins later then the already 1 hour waiting time, and on arrival after paying for a large curry they sent a small curry so called them back to let them know they send us the wrong size curry, they kept insisting they sent a large and then hung up the phone on us. P.s I have photos of the size of the curry when I figure out how to upload them here I will

Always have great service from the team. Food is always hot upon delivery and any issues are quickly rectified. Our youngest's favourite place for popcorn chicken, he will not eat it from anywhere else. Thanks all, keep up the great work.

I spend thousands a Yr there and still on bank Holiday wknds u rip me off knowing full well u cut off all calls for complaints that's 2 bank holidays on the run you will no longer get business off me

I must say although the chips were of a first class quality, perfectly crisp and well seasoned the chicken was abysmal. It was dry and the skin was falling off to reveal a pink inside. When confronting the staff they chucked the chicken back at my face and told me p off. Not great at all. Never returning again for a business meeting.

I can't get enough of their chicken it's absolutely beautiful. Much better than KFC in my opinion 😋😋

I recently visited this chicken shop and I can honestly say it's one of the best places for quality chicken that I've ever come across. The first thing that impressed me was the friendly and welcoming staff who genuinely seemed to care about their customers. They were happy to explain the different options and offer recommendations to ensure that everyone had the best possible meal. Now, onto the chicken. The chicken here is absolutely delicious; juicy and tender with a crispy outer coating that is bursting with flavor. I tried the seasoned fries and was not disappointed, they perfectly complemented the chicken. The shop is also kept clean and tidy at all times, so there's no worry about hygiene standards being compromised. Overall, it was a great experience with tasty food, great service and affordable prices. In summary, this chicken shop in Wrexham is a must-visit for anyone who loves great tasting chicken. I ordered food from here and it didn't arrive at all

order a £15 order & what came was shocking. Definitely not worth the value of money and I’m very disappointed I actually thought it was a joke this is shocking. Wont be coming back here again.

Disgusting. Fried chicken was so dry and my boyfriend couldn’t even bring himself to eat his kebab (he never leaves food, especially after a few beers!!) don’t go here. So not worth it. Never regretted ordered food so much. Waste of money. This place should be shutdown.

It was obvious the fried chicken was old, everyone thought so. Wings were good, fried chicken absolutely terrible. Terrible service when we asked them about this.

After a lovely family evening out we decided to go to fcuk to take some food home. The woman behind the counter was extremely rude and laughing at questions that had simple answers. I asked if they did a similar wrap to another kebab shop as I am extremely fussy with the type of chicken I have due to my eating disorder. She said she was offended that I had asked what type of chicken they put in the wrap, then she laughed at my mother in law for a similar question about the chicken kebab, my mother in law simply asked if it was the chicken breast that was in the kebab, then after my partner saying they were out of order for laughing , the man behind the counter started shouted and getting aggressive in front of my child. All of this was because I asked if they did the same wrap as a shop next door that had closed down that we had seen the same owner in the shop from the previous shop. Very very rude and very aggressive. I would not go ever again. I will be reporting to the council at wrexham.

so tonight i actually had to order 3 takeaways, not from fcuk but from others. first was so bad i drove back to take it back and they refused and even threatened me with a machete. that was flame. second place place a similar thing happened due to the food being under cooked. that was pizzano.. i finally ordered from fcuk which i think is fried chicken wrexham.. the food was not bad at all. chips and gravy was quite nice and the fried chicken was not too crispy and not too under cooked. just right for "ME". all in all at midnight when you make an order and a place delivers a decent meal i have respect. good place and deserve it. thank you

Got food delivered and it was late and sauce had leaked making the wrap for the kebab soggy, chips were also soggy and kebab which was basically a warm chicken salad. Avoid if it is the last place serving food in the whole world!

Food arrived half hour late when it arrived it was cold salad was so small could hold the lot in one hand ( I have small hands ) limp round cheap lettuce not iceberg and onion ( since when did a salad consist of just lettuce and onion only ) In a tray with tortilla wrap draped over the carton I called the takeaway stated I had ordered kebabs but received wraps that I have to fill myself to be told we don’t do pitta bread you need to wrap the food in the wraps asked why advertise kebabs then but got no answer WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN DISGUSTING AND VERY COLD FOOD

Place has gone down hill always order from here always get the box meal chicken chips and wings with donner meat Mrs always get the meat and we both agreed that the donner meat was burnt dry and tiny pieces and the chicken was greasy as anything and had funny taste to it binned the lot waste of money the last few times we ordered it's been the same just lost a good customer

Ordered from them tonight took the order no issues then we were informed our food was currently on its way to us to then get a notification saying our order was cancelled with no explaination as to why very poor communication skills and very poor service (or lack of)

Terrible food, had food poisoning 25th Feb 2019 and now the owner is denying responsibility when confronted, even though they took over in March 2018. Place should be shut down.

Just had a dilvery the food was only warm when it got here it was 20 minutes late an the chicken was dry an seemed like it had been sitting a while, an the driver was very rude when i asked why it was late he said we are busy an this is the best time we could get it here very very abrupt. Wont be ordering from here again.

People dont bother honestly, delivered late and cold with no apology! Tried to contact the shop numerous times to find out where the food was and no one bothers answering the telephone. Also, dont use their own app, it states you can live chat when you actually cant, it's just a chat bot that tells you to ring the shop. Food was of a poor standard. Will take my custom elsewhere in future.

Had a delivery to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday while we are on lockdown and it was terrible. So bad I couldn’t eat mine. Chips - tasted as though they’d been cooked in old dirty oil and they were very pale & soft. Could have done with a couple more minutes in the fryer Fried chicken - barely any coating and coating was tasteless bland. Garlic & cheese pizza - bland Chicken burger - bland. I make tastier fried chicken burgers at home. Calzone - just half a pizza really. Half a pizza with toppings on. No filling and not more than a cm thick. Not a calzone! Delivery time was good considering they are busy during this lockdown as not many fast food places are open. Food was quite cold though. Order was almost £50 and I wish I’d have just cooked instead. What a waste of money. When you pay for a takeaway you expect something nicer than you can cook yourself. This wasn’t. It was very poor. Very disappointed and won’t be ordering from FCUK again. Pizzas were ok, quite bland though. No seasoning, not much flavour on anything Kids meal came with a bag of treats which my little one was very happy with. That was a nice touch. The kids snack bag was the best part. Great for kids

Missed off a kids nugget meal with drink and surprise , phoned up and was rude on the phone , I admit I did swear ounce but I was driven to it , I apologised strate after , I was assured they would send it out with in 20 - 30 minutes which they did but for got the kids drink and surprise guess the surprise was one of the kids not getting a drink or sweets, then delivery driver says we can no longer order from there my fault they can’t get it right ,

Order got mixed up but called the restaurant and the customer service was great, they sent out the rest of my order ASAP with no questions asked, also food is really nice! Would recommend 😀

Food was disgusting chips were like cardboard onion rings and nuggets were very soggy didnt eat them but cheeseburger was nice and food was hot sorry but will not order again

Ordered at 11pm delivery confirmed for 12:05, they marked my delivery delivered at 12:15 but we waited till 1am and it still wasn’t here and they didn’t answer the phone! Really disappointed as we have used them before the order never turned up and we had already paid £30 and they are refusing to pay us back or deliver the next day! Not helpful on the phone quite rude won’t be ordering from here again as now lost £30 for nothing.

They don't label or mark foods so if you order a bit it's guessing game when asked which wrap is peri peri he said open it find out poor service

I've been to a lot of kebabs in my time, and sampled their mysterious foreign quizine. But his one is something of a hidden gem, tucked away in the crowded, winding streets and alleyways of the cultural melting pot that is the drug capital of North Wales: Wrexham. Great food, great service.

Alright, nothing special though

If I could give them a 0 I would, waited 3 hours for my order, turned up cold and only received half of my order. But as it's so late and I'm so tired I'm not going to phone for the 12 th time tonight.
