Eastern Touch in Wrexham

After working late coming home feet up etc, only to get the wrong meal. Very disappointing, and when I've phoned to explain that the meal was wrong they hung up. I don't think I will order again.

the worst. can’t even give it a one star. man on the phone didn’t hear me correctly and kept saying my order wrong. told him no salad and to put ketchup on the burgers but when i went to collect, of course a big dollop of salad when i didn’t ask for it, and then no ketchup either. never had such horrible customer service, completely got my order wrong.

Best chicken steak and beef burgers in Wrexham. Authentic Pakistani Indian food.

Came here after a night out and asked if they were doing any curries. The man said yes and I asked for a chicken madras and rice. After checking out the menu online I realise he over charged me by £5. On top of this, he served me chicken with passata sauce. It was terrible, expensive and we are not happy.

Ordered takeaway after a long time from Eastern Toych Wrexham. I did not think it was possible to get worse but it did. The Lamb Tikka starter had literal shreds of meat instead of regular size lamb pieces. The seekh kebabs were the size you get from those frozen kebabs not made on grill at the site. As for chicken Tikka well at least it was chicken Tikka but only 4 pieces in a large order. Please don't bother. Total rip off.

Thought we would try Eastern Touch. The staff were good at taking the order. A bit of a wait with nowhere to sit. Food was ok but lacked in taste.

2nd time I’ve ordered and it’s been half an hour late .Also had no coleslaw so sent a tiny bit of salad instead !! Should have just refunded .Whole Oder was freezing cold and had to microwave it ,chips we’re definitely cooked more than once disgusting won’t order from there again after this I do not recommend .Said out for delivery for the half hour it was late so suspect it’s been in the car for that long with how cold it was it went in the bin.

I got chicken curry and egg fried rice. it was quite cheap for the portion they give you. Tasted great and filled me up! Took only 20 mins to get food when picking up too. Happy customer :-)

My husband ordered us food from here as we could not get hold of our usual Indian takeaway. I was very worried after reading reviews. Surprisingly, food arrived quickly and was hot (a good start) Rice was delicious, Currys okay, (veg bhuna and lamb bhuna) they were very salty and hardly any meat in the lamb one. Pashwari naan was over-sweet, almost caramelised, and am sure I found grains of sugar inside. Don't think we shall be ordering here again.

Order arrived promptly. Driver was polite and friendly, food was delicious.

I ordered a tikka starter, dansak with rice and a naan, I placed order last minute and the restaurant was good enough to deliver on boxing day! I hadn't eaten a decent meal for days due to developing a property and needed something substantial. Unfortunately the chicken in the starter was tough. I didn't really care as I needed the meal. The dansak was very salty, I suspect MSG overload. The rice was ok but in part overcooked. Naan was ok. I couldn't finish the dansak as it was too salty so I sifted out the meat. Bless them for trying though. 🙏 they must work hard to have such a diverse menu, Unfortunately I ate the meal under survival conditions, so as my nan used to say, beggers can't be choosers.

I have had keebabs from all over wrexham, and I would say this is by far the worse I have ever had .The doner meat was cold everything else was hot but the chicken keebab was like eating rocks .It was tough and Dry.Gutted

I’d never read the reviews before ordering takeaway from here and probably wouldn’t have done after reading them but I have never had a bad meal from here and in fact, they have always been exceptional! I’ve eaten in some amazing places and can’t understand how I rate this place so differently to other reviewers. The chana bhaji and spinach dishes are fabulous; the depth of spices and flavours are tremendous. The prawn dishes are full of flavour, proper traditional curry taste, oh and the garlic rice, full of fresh herbs is out of this world. Nothing greasy or msg like. I can only imagine that the bad reviews are for the uk dishes. All the Indian dishes I’ve tasted have been flawless and I’d never order from anywhere else now!

Amazing!! … me and the wife had a mixed kabab last night on a fresh naan.. omg it was out of this world.. well done eastern touch .. never lets me down .. and the customer service is second to none 👌

Been searching for a new Indian meal for ages now and I think we have found one. Food was fast, hot and tasty. Good size and full of flavour. Well done to everyone at Eastern touch keep up your hard work 🤤🤪

curries are nice here. bhaji's not so. chips are tasteless but hey ho.. single meal for one is not a bad choice eaither. love these people value for money

I can't believe what they served me, Pathia was red I've never seen it that colour before and had a disgusting taste and after taste eww! Onion bajis rock hard, Keema nan had no meat in at all. I will never eat from this place ever again in my life what a complete waste of money!

I ordered £15 worth of food for it to go into the bin after a few bites. Tasted fine but I wasn't too pleased when I found a long black hair in my rice. Safe to say I won't be ordering again and wouldn't recommend this place.

eastern touch are sooo amazing they know when i order how i like my food done and the staff are so sweet and lovely and they are so amazing they rock they do every dish you could want to try i promise you and always order there yummy nan bread with the with the garlic and cheese its sooo yummy i always et them with my meals you rock eastern touch

Best Pakistani take away in Wrexham. Food was very tasty, fresh and hot when delivered. I also got a Free Piece of Chocolate Cake.. 🙂

Restaurant did ring ti double check address and ask if a different drink was ok very politebut the curry was in edible chips just tasted of pure fat, egg fried rice was tasteless

Curry was awful, the most bizarre tasting tikka. Tasted like the nasty tinned steak. Didn’t taste like tikka was granular almost like blended spag Bol, very disappointing. Avoiding in future

The spring rolls were burnt and it is very unusual for the lateness and having burnt stuff

The korma wasn’t up to scratch at all. There was a lack of sauce, the sauce that we did have was tasteless and powdery. The chicken was very dry. Will not be in a hurry to order from here again I’m afraid.

I always order lamb balti. The meat was lovely but it was more madras hot than balti hot and I just couldn’t eat it. Disappointed in the naan bread, not authentic. I’ve ordered from here before and it was lovely so not sure what has happened.

Eastern Touch are the best. The bread they use for kebabs is amazing. And they're friendly, counts for alot.

Food was ok, slightly greasy but overall good. Ordered for collection and was disappointed that when we went to collect at the time stated, the man told us it wouldn’t be ready for another 30 minuets and they had not started our order. Would have been nice if they rang us before hand to tell us it wouldn’t be ready.

Food came, wasn’t very hot, bread was rock hard so unable to eat, chicken and the chips were the same. Normally order from here without any issues unfortunately wasn’t the case this time. Very disappointed

Food was absolutely rancid. Everythjng had a funny smell took one bite and threw everything in the bin. Should have read the reviews first..

We had the set meal for 2 and were really disappointed, if we werent so hungry and hadn't waited an hour and 15 minutes, it would've gone back and we certainly didn't finish it. The Naans were crunchy, everything tasted like it had been cooked in week old oil, the rice wasn't pilau it was grey, the raita was disgusting. So so unhappy for 26quid.

Up there with one of the worst meals ever! Chicken pakora was completely inedible, burnt to a crisp and just crunchy fried flour with no chicken, onion bhajis came without salad or yoghurt, no chutneys for the poppadoms, samoas were just fried pastry with no filling and I really don't know what the curry was, there was no curry, basically just chicken in a tomato paste not even a sauce, truly awful and a complete waste of money

This is the most disgusting food that I've ever had. The korma was, disgusting and curdled, it went in the bin. No response from the restaurant to my complaint. Do yourself a favour and steer clear.

Just had a delicious biriyani at far too late a time, these guys cooked up some lovely fresh food while we were waiting for a taxi. Absolutely fantastic!

1 hour 20 minutes late because not enough drivers. once arrived the driver apologised but it’s not his fault. food was below standard and free bottle of coke because of lateness was an insult. I won’t be ordering from here again.

Food was delivered very hot which is Definately a good thing. I ordered chicken korma and pilau rice. The chicken was cooked very well. However, the Korma sauce tastes like they have ran out of all of the ingredients and just included the cream. The rice is very bland. On the plus side, the poppadoms were very nice

So this is not what I expected. after ordering many times in the past this time eastern touch got it very wrong. not only did they forget my poppadoms but the rice was not to standard and the curry was certainly not to standard. I did tell the chef about this but he disagreed. I'm a happy eater of Indian food and suppose mistakes get made when you order at 12 at night. won't be ordering again.

Ordered Pakoras, basically got southern fried chicken strips. Curry was ok, Naan was very very greasy.

well we’re to start I had a chicken tikka massala which on first appearance look a little odd as it was orange and not red but I didn’t let that put me off nope I was going to brave it (how I wish I hadn’t) the chicken tasted sour and left a terrible taste in my mouth which even an hour later I can still taste it!! it was that bad

Food arrived early, and the starter was nice, but the main, a tikka masala, had split whilst cooking and lacked flavour. The naan bread was unlike any other I've had from any other curry house, but not in a good way! It wasn't bad, and probably would be ok if I'd never had a naan before. Won't be ordering again.

the starters were nice, food was delivered on time but the tikka masala and pathia were bland. only the colour distinguished the two dishes. No spice at all and could only taste chicken stock cubes. A real disappointment as I have had very tasty curries from here in the past. Unfortunately I won’t be ordering from this restaurant again.

The food was horrendous, the donner meat cut far to thick and the chips had obviously been sat there all day soggy and black. Ordered sauce on it came without. Along with salad that was just chucked all over meat and chips.Ordered Fried chicken and that was burnt. How on earth do you burn southern fried chicken?Will not order from you again and will make others aware of the appalling food as well, absolutely shocking.

we had a meal to munch while watching I’m a celeb and we were disappointed with a majority of it. The chicken tikka was average was tasty but chicken was very dry and could see the layer of grease on the surface of the sauce, my partners korma was very milky and didn’t taste anything that resembles a Korma I’ve had nicer out of a jar she had 2-3 bites before feeding it to the dog and the pilau rice she had was completely tasteless. We did enjoy the free bottle of pop because I forgot to order a drink and would have gotten shouted at without it so saved me there and the delivery man was lovely and shut the door for me with my hands full.

the only good thing about this was the nice delivery guy. it was over half an hour late, non of the food was edible, out of the 3 curries we ordered, only one was recognisable as what we ordered, the chicken tikka was really spicy the madras was just pure oil. the naans tasted fermented and had non of the fillings we orderedand the mixed starter was disgusting.everything had to be thrown we were so disappointed

absolutely vile, curdled milky white korma with no taste, burnt and horrible, threw it straight in the bin, completely inedible, naan was very under cooked doughy floury mess, disgusting. the only thing edible was the chips. no refund even after I sent pictures and videos. do not order from here, I spent money for a meal that was vile. so bad I didn’t even give it to my dog

Since the men's have changed over to kebabs and pizzas , the food is horrible .

I ordered king prawn bhuna but received this 10/12 small prawns in it. When I called them up about that the person on the phone told this is what they call king prawn and he gave me 12 king prawns instead of 10 in the small side dish container. They charged me £8 for just that small container of 12 king prawns in their word. Avoid ordering from here!

I ordered a King Prawn Bhuna with plain rice using Just Eat app. just after placing the order the man from the takeaway called me to change the plain rice to pilau rice as they have run out plain rice. okay that’s fine. when l opened my food to eat I found no king prawns but 10/12 small prawns. I called the same person who I spoke to earlier about that he was telling this 10/12 small prawns are actually king prawns. He was also telling me he is working in the curry industry for more than 40 years and this is what he call King prawn. it was also served in a small container which they changed me £8 for. this is cheating. avoid this place

Very disappointed with our chicken korma never have I seen one that looks as pale as this and it tasted watery. I have taken photos would like a refund on this also the onion and chutney were bit on mean side for 2 poppadums

Ordered a prawn byriani and received rice with no prawn no egg or vegetable curry. I also ordered a large chicken jalfrazi which when arrived was small and unlike any jalfrazi I have seen.. I was told this would be rectified and new meal made and delivered . Then half an hour later to be told by driver that this was their standard of a correct meal and no other meal sent I gave the meal and received short of a refund. Will not use again. Not happy and very hungry.

Very nice food. We love the spring rolls. Just the right amount of black pepper and always packed with filling. The chicken kebabs are really nice. Love the cumin seeds in the marinade. Highly recommend.

Found a a lid a cap off a small jar in the curry put me off completely

That was not an Indian. Nothing about it was. The only thing that was authentic about it. Was the peshwari nann and that’s only because I know it’s a Pataks!!

First order, for a try from our usuals. Not again. Curry was tasty and popadoms nice. Pilau rice was like nothing iv seen before - like microwaved, no taste - went in the bin. Chips , dry , cool and tasteless, naan bread was too doghy- also went in the bin. DISSAPOINTED 👎
