McDonald's in Wrexham

delivery was amazing, food was amazing and the driver was very kind and stayed quietc just like I asked 😊

Wasn’t a strawberry milkshake, instead was some sort of smelly red Liquid. The delivery time was the worst I waited over 2 hours !!!

Delivery time was constantly pushed back. When it came the chips tasted like they were made 2 hours before I had even ordered

Food stone cold milkshake was like water it was terrible not happy as only got £1:90 refund on a £8 meal

Didn’t receive order!!! Ordered food at 11:43 still haven’t received by 2:49am I have screen shots of the time changing and waiting then it says at 2:40 it was delivered at 1:10 when it wasn’t. Disappointed as always from McDonald’s!

Order was called out, but had to assume it was mine as the staff member's speech was more like a zombies moan than actual words. Once I opened the bag up, I realised there was no drink, the chips were half filled and the nuggets were all loose out of their box. Don't get me wrong, I love zombies. They do great work in the movies. But if you're going to hire the supernatural, maybe it's worth picking the competent ones

USUALLY no problems when ordering from here, sometimes when there’s a ton of orders yours might be forgotten but if you ask the staff about it they’ll prepare it for you. DO NOT, i repeat, DO. NOT. order delivery, uber eats often seems to have a knack for NOT ONLY delivering food COLD, but also with some items MISSING. had a 20 piece chicken nugget box and large banana milkshake not delivered, and when I called the driver she told me that’s all there was. there’s no way on the mcdonald’s app to address this, and calling uber eats has an employee tell you you’ll get a refund for the missing items which you DONT get :-) the staff in mcdonald’s are clearly hard working and respectful, i hope they know they’re appreciated greatly by certain people <3

Most unreliable McDonald's in the county. You go in on a quiet morning. They take 10 minutes to make a black coffee and jam mcmuffin then don't even give you the jam. Every order I've ever placed has always had something missing from it.

No lock on the only toilets after 8pm how can you eat here without the knowledge that the toilets are safe to use? Would not eat here again, really bad maccies

This particular McDonald's in Wrexham has really good standards in terms of food. So 5 star for the food. The service and atmosphere I've put a 4 just for a couple of reasons. Usually when I order via the touch screen where you do it all yourself, sometimes the tickets fail to print and you have to remember your number and can't provide a ticket. Secondly, like most McDonald's it can get really busy and due to its particular location you can find that there's usually a lot of trouble outside the area. But apart from that, overall a really good place!

Drink was wrong and the one sent was spilt all inside the bag, about 79% in the bag, 30% in the cup. Last time I order McDonald’s for delivery.

By far the worse Mac Donald’s branch I’ve ever been too, I generally felt discriminated, several times I tried asking the till person a general question and she was extremely rude and avoided me , unacceptable really disappointed

1.5hour late and the order was small and simple but still wrong! Missing items

Didn’t receive a food item and when I requested a refund nothing happened. The food item cost nearly £10 as well which is extremely frustrating.

Every time we come here, there is an issue with the food, the waiting time and just generally poor. Waited in drive through qué for over 20 minutes because they don't want to use the pull up bays and just generally slow service.

There was no sweet and sour source like I ordered happened 3 times now I’ve ordered and you charged me 20p for the sauce it is outrageous as one time yes but 3 times is ridiculous

All good, quick maccies breakfast wrap and a coffee for me with a sausage and egg muffin meal and an iced latte for the boss. Quick service, clean tables and reasonable value.

Bought some food for my kids and you weren’t even able to send the right amount of food that was ordered. Had to spend another £13 and re order what was missing, I expect a refund immediately

Absolutely abysmal service here. I'm currently waiting nearly 20 minutes in what is basically an empty restaurant and they've given food to just 2 customers. Ridiculously slow and food has been sat waiting in the production bin for easily over 10 minutes. Somehow it gets worse, after all that they only gave me half my order and I had to go back. Useless staff and terrible management

Grubby.... girl was wearing dirty shirt. Ordered share box picture showed 4 dips refused to give me the other two.said I had to pay more. Couldnt be bothered arguing as she looked like she'd knock you out. Wouldnt go there again dirty dated crowded.if you have a problem they dont want to know. Cant park near either.

The hatrick burger was missing from the meal, and none of the dips for the chicken nuggets where there, absolutely ridiculous had this happen before what a waste of time and money.

Is fine the majority of the time and on a par with most of McDonalds service and food wise, but it's a no go area during school holidays as the layout is really poor so space is at a premium. Extra seating was extended to the 2nd floor a couple of years ago but this is rarely open, and who wants to spend 10 minutes finding a table anyway? Update: even less seating and slower service. Really needs a refurb after it was modified during COVID to cope with McDelivery

Ordered many deliveries from here and have never received a complete order. Mostly a full meal will be missing. Save yourself the bother and collect your meal yourself 😡😡😡

Only had one out of two correct drinks, I ordered a large oasis and received a medium coke. Chips and sauces for both meals were not received either.

The ice cream is very sweet and bad the milkshake is terrible the inside is disgusting I don't recommend..

No coffee shocking. Losing stars rapidly. Getting worse service is dreadful. This really is the second worst McDonald's I've been in and the service gets worse and worse. The system is dreadful and there's all manner of people who just move your stuff from one point to another would it seriously be too difficult to just give it straight to the person? Latest issue is giving you the wrong drink because they can't be bothered to look at what you've ordered and the drink doesn't get the number attached to it. If you don't want to work in fast food just go somewhere else how difficult can it really be to hit a button and hand the correct drink to your customers?

Arrived over an hour late with no sauces at all even tho i selected 8 sauces!!!! 3 chicken selects in a 5 chicken select box! Damaged and cold food and missing a cheese burger, how can people even make these type of mistakes, pure laziness!

When you order food and first you don't get a receipt and then second you go for your big Mac and they haven't given you it then even when you put through for a plain big Mac they give you one with everything on and when you try and complain they don't answer the phone not impressed it's not the first time they've done it before either.

Missed out basically everything we ordered very poor but the delivery was bang on time Missed things as little as straws to sauces and the food was scattered all around the bag including chips not even in the holder itself very poor from McDonald’s personally the drinks had loose lids which resulted in leaking all on out bags which I don’t find very good customer service i personally would like a refund as I find this very poor for the money I have spent.
