McDonald's in Wrexham

Food hasn’t came after it said it was delivered, please deliver my food

Drink was poorly packed, exploded in delivery. Fries were bland and tasted like they were left for hours, burger was good.

my order didn’t arrive they said it arrived at 01.50am and it’s only 01.25am and still no food!!! nearly 3 hours iv been waiting joke!!!!

Food is great, but considering the delievery time from the place? It was really cold, i ate everything, i finished really late from work, and couldn't be bothered cooking... but never got my rasp-pastry-dessert-thing. Can i get that refunded please??

Things was missing 2 Big Mac 1 chips 2 drink of coke 2 muc flurrys Oreo iv got the reseat it was not even my order it was a different order to what I ordered on the app so I can show u the reseat or have u got a number to speak to someone about it

Overpriced, the service was not good, there are always a load of lads upstairs making noise everywhere, the normal ice cream is the same size as a mini and it only vanilla ice cream with almost no toppings. My large bigmac was smaller than a regular bigmac, how??? Just don't come in here, the service is medium, the food shrunk even if I bought the large. Don't come

Driver was rude on the phone and also rude when went to collect the food, I also think he was on drugs him and his mate

You always know what to expect at Maccies. This restaurant in Wrexham is always busy which is a good sign. It's usually quieter upstairs.

Very busy most of the tables had trays of food on them that staff should be clearing it took 30 minutes waiting for our order not what I would call fast food

Burgers and chips was stone cold, and the drinks had been spilled all over the bags and straws

They forgot my ice cream and one of my drinks was delivered to me on its side so it spilled everywhere.

seen them touching my food with their bare hands twice now it’s outrageous and unhygienic like can you not afford gloves, i also found hairs in my food this is unacceptable

ordered and delivery kept changing to later time and then got a phonecall saying outside bur wasn't had to walk the street at 1.30ish am looking for delivery driver then went to eat and was stone cold and not eatable, so straight into bin what w waste of my money will not be ordering in the future as appalling delivery service. thanks.

Prices are quite high, but not too bad if you have vouchers. Service is ok. I’ve gotten a wrong order several times, I once got pickles on a burger even tho I ordered sans pickles so I had to take them off. I know it’s only a minor inconvenience, but still.

I waited about three hours for it about 11 o’clock and it came at 20 past one in the morning. Food was freezing had to microwave it. They should’ve stopped deliveries at 10 o’clock if they can’t handle it.

The cleanliness of the toilet needs to improve, not my favourite place to go as young people make it a bit unpleasant as often they make trouble or noisy outside

Not too bad. But we had a cold burger today, both of us. Surprising considering how busy it was in the shop today. I would expect the burger to be freshly cooked.

I have ordered food by delivery, it took ages to arrive and it arrived cold, and the nuggets were missing from the happy meal set.

Wasn’t a strawberry milkshake, instead was some sort of smelly red Liquid. The delivery time was the worst I waited over 2 hours !!!

Really terrible experience, ordered at 6:25pm , it’s just turned 8:05pm and we’ve only just been informed our £60 order has been “stollen” and McDonald’s do not want to prepare our order again. The app was telling us different drivers were on their way then it was delayed. Really unpleased with this. Horrible experience. Lack of communication.

Been here plenty of times and i can honestly say if there was anywhere closer i would go there. The place is an absolute dump, staff are brain dead and cant make an order to save their lives. Seen people get beaten up in there, seen staff drop tongs on the floor and pick them up and use them, been harassed by staff manager off duty. Thank god theres a new one down the road that seems a bit more competent but i guess time will tell. Wouldnt force my dog to eat the stuff thats served there and i hope that they close the place down because the food makes me want to kill myself

Didn’t receive order!!! Ordered food at 11:43 still haven’t received by 2:49am I have screen shots of the time changing and waiting then it says at 2:40 it was delivered at 1:10 when it wasn’t. Disappointed as always from McDonald’s!

Order was called out, but had to assume it was mine as the staff member's speech was more like a zombies moan than actual words. Once I opened the bag up, I realised there was no drink, the chips were half filled and the nuggets were all loose out of their box. Don't get me wrong, I love zombies. They do great work in the movies. But if you're going to hire the supernatural, maybe it's worth picking the competent ones

USUALLY no problems when ordering from here, sometimes when there’s a ton of orders yours might be forgotten but if you ask the staff about it they’ll prepare it for you. DO NOT, i repeat, DO. NOT. order delivery, uber eats often seems to have a knack for NOT ONLY delivering food COLD, but also with some items MISSING. had a 20 piece chicken nugget box and large banana milkshake not delivered, and when I called the driver she told me that’s all there was. there’s no way on the mcdonald’s app to address this, and calling uber eats has an employee tell you you’ll get a refund for the missing items which you DONT get :-) the staff in mcdonald’s are clearly hard working and respectful, i hope they know they’re appreciated greatly by certain people <3

Most unreliable McDonald's in the county. You go in on a quiet morning. They take 10 minutes to make a black coffee and jam mcmuffin then don't even give you the jam. Every order I've ever placed has always had something missing from it.

No lock on the only toilets after 8pm how can you eat here without the knowledge that the toilets are safe to use? Would not eat here again, really bad maccies

This particular McDonald's in Wrexham has really good standards in terms of food. So 5 star for the food. The service and atmosphere I've put a 4 just for a couple of reasons. Usually when I order via the touch screen where you do it all yourself, sometimes the tickets fail to print and you have to remember your number and can't provide a ticket. Secondly, like most McDonald's it can get really busy and due to its particular location you can find that there's usually a lot of trouble outside the area. But apart from that, overall a really good place!

Missing items, how such a small order is picked wrong.

Drink was wrong and the one sent was spilt all inside the bag, about 79% in the bag, 30% in the cup. Last time I order McDonald’s for delivery.

By far the worse Mac Donald’s branch I’ve ever been too, I generally felt discriminated, several times I tried asking the till person a general question and she was extremely rude and avoided me , unacceptable really disappointed

1.5hour late and the order was small and simple but still wrong! Missing items

2 hours to deliver food freezing and missing half the items

Only thing was half our drinks were gone due to them falling over

Fairly quick service at lunch time, friendly and helpful staff :)

How do you forget a whole meal?? Every time we order from here is WRONG!!
