They dilivery incorrect order they not answer whan I call 7 times We went ther and nobody inside

Dreadful takeaway sends you the wrong order and an hour before you said you wanted it

If this place could have a negative rating I sure would give one. Ordered food last night as flame was one of the only places open to eat from. Kebab meat was hard and dark. Had no more than a few mouthfuls and now I’ve been struck with the worst food poisoning to man! Poor food and very unhygienic. All day spent by the toilet. Would highly highly highly recommend to avoid this place at all costs!!

Hour and a half to get a pizza delivered and arrives cold!

Food is nice when u get it or if they actually get your order right give them a couple chances now an always item missing or 90+mins delivery when it says 35

Always comes wrong. Gave me chicken when I ordered lamb, spicy sauce instead of Garlic Mayo, Ordered pitta bread - came with none, cheese on my food when never asked for it and there was more stuff like that. They Asked me for £4.5 to add some cheese to the garlic bread LOL. Never gonna order again.

Was waiting in the shop for food to be cooked but then a man walked in with my food as they are made in another shop which is very wrong as I don’t know the food rating or how clean it is will not be going back flame Wrexham

I was very reluctant to order from here because of all the negative reviews however I gave them a go tonight when nowhere else was open. The food was amazing, everything was cooked to perfection and arrived earlier than expected. Makes me question if I ordered from the same place as these reviews, they have seriously stepped up their game and I can't recommend them more!

I promised myself that I would not order from here before, but since there is no other restaurant open at night, I gave it here and they really developed themselves very well, you won me again, now I will always continue to order from you, thank you guys.

I order 2 pizza and I ask for garlic base because I'm allergic to tomato. I collect it but when I reach home I realise my pizzas have tomato base. Had to throw it out would be nice if I get some refund or pizza but garlic base this time;(

Had two pizzas that were tasty.also had chips and curry ( not worth putting the curry on ) what bit was on was nice.would of got 5 star if more curry was on chips...

I have never eaten from this place before and never again. Absaloutly disgusting. 1st order come pizza Black and donner Keebab overdone and looked like it had been cooked over and over. So rang very rude in the phone. Kept putting the phone down. In the end they sent another pizza that was exactly the same sent some donner meat in box when we ordered a Keebab. Didn't bother ringing them back as they were so unhelpful and rude put it all in the bin. If you do decide to order don't say I didn't warn you

when trying to call to have an update on my take away was horrendous, 40 minutes on the phone with no answer doesnt take 40 mins to take your money 😒

The food was hot and looked nice but the chicken burger was not cooked properly and their doner meat tastes awful! Along with really greasy chips, that all went in the bin. This place seems ok if just ordering pizza otherwise a complete waste of money.

Tried for the first time tonight never again. Food arrived kebab stone was cold, chicken burger soggy considering it said crispy chicken burger & the garlic bread had hardly any mushrooms and I could have bought nicer from Iceland for £1.

I’d rather have crapped in my £20 note and ate it as a wrap whilst catching the corona virus than order from this disgusting vile trampy fast food again

Little bit more care needed about the sending orders as curly fries didn’t turn up and dessert came absolutely different .

Ordered a delivery, was meant to come 45 mins before they closed, took my money and didn’t deliver my food. They’re always extremely late compared to when they say they’ll deliver your order. I’d rather have my money back or a realistic delivery time... like the next day

I ordered through just eat on NYE. Food delivered 1 hour 40 minutes later than it was due, so 12.20am rather than 10.40pm. so refused it as we had already eaten due to the fact that the just eat app said it had been delivered at 10.40 and it hadn't, so I called the restaurant over 25 times and they didn't answer. I only had an email to say the food would be late at 12.20 when the woman turned up with the food. Emailed restaurant asking for a refund and had no reply.

This food is worse than aldi's sale section. The Microwave i ordered was out of date. Wrexhams also a shi#t hole which contributes to my rating. Therefore i highly recommend going to this restaurant

ordered from just eat, they CONFIRMED the order! then called up to say they had no ice cream. Offered nothing in return. Cant get refund due to just eat being down and rang up the restaurant to then be told rudely that it's my responsibility and to wait till the morning...

Had a few ok meals from there but the standard has dropped quite a bit over the last few months.

Let me just say the Pizza is delicious. However, today I accidentally gave the lady behind the desk £25 instead of the required £15 (bought a 12” meat feast and small portion of donner meat). I had been drinking a little so I didn’t notice that I gave her two ten pound notes instead of one, along with a five pound note. Did she correct me on my mistake? NO! She simply pocketed the extra tenner I gave her and didn’t say a word. It was only an hour later (when the shop had closed) that I understood my mistake. Won’t be going there again, I don’t respect thieves.

I guess you get what you pay for, the food is f******g awful, I don't know who employed these guys to cook but they certainly cant, pizza was raw, chips raw. Who the f**k cant cook a pizza. Also the place is a dump, I'd love to see the FSA take a look. Complete waste of money. Don't bother, I'd give it 0 stars if I could.

Stone cold kebab meat, tasted like it was out of the fridge, hard under cooked chips, curry was fine, why can’t anyone just make a nice kebab meat and chips ? I just want a hot, fresh order, I know it was a late delivery but you failed

Whilst the food was delivered on the exact time it was ment to be delivered it arrived stone cold. When trying to make contact with the shop the lady who answered the phone cancelled the call several times, so after a 20minute wait for some when to answer the phone again a man answered and was extremely rude saying it wasn’t his fault there busy with no drivers etc etc. When asked for the food to be changed his reply was you bring me the food here ( after we’ve paid for delivery) if you don’t then I won’t do anything about it so it’s up to you. I’d strongly recommend anyone wanting to order to choose a different shop save wasting your money on poor quality cold food and very rude management.

Missing part of order and delivery driver wasn’t really bothered as if already given all money. He agreed to bring me the rest and said to ring shop. They said yes we have the rest of the order here. By this point the rest of our food had been with us half an hour and when the missing food cake it was stone cold and had clearly been sat instead of a new one being made. Delivered my food stone cold and gave the excuse that because my house is 6 miles away then I can’t expect it hot. 6 miles. 6 M I L E S. You weren’t travelling from Land’s End to John O Groats with my pizza and chips, you were driving 10 minutes up to Caergwrle and couldn’t even provide me with warm food. Perhaps you shouldn’t offer a delivery service if you can’t provide food above freezing point, which I know you can as I’ve ordered from you before and it’s been hot. This could’ve been avoided if you’d just given me a refund or replaced my meal instead of palming me off with rubbish excuses. Sort it out guys. Spicy beef wasn’t even spicy either. Change your name to Ice if you’re gonna deliver cold food. Or how about “Blame”? As in “we Blame our customers location for our own shortfalls.” Ruined my night.

Food arrived cold, and the quality was shameful as if it has been refrigerated over the weekend and taken out of the fridge and delivered. Didn't bother calling the restraint as I have had an issue in the past and I got told by a gentleman on the phone "We are too busy to sort it out". I thought over the course of 2 years they would have improved but clearly not.

Large chips cheese and curry all pushed up to one side so was small portion, phoned to complain was told manager would phone back after 15mins and severely calls later nothing had to go in person to complain definetly won't be ordering again

the wrong pizza was delivered. the delivery driver returned to check but refused to give me a refund or take the pizza back. I would not recommend this firm to anyone nor would i use them again. The food is fine but the service is dreadful if there is ever a problem. just eat were brilliant in finding a resolution however.

Garlic mayo tasted like mint sauce, chicken wrap stone cold and soggy, kebab was greasy. we’ve ordered from here in the past and had lovely food, somethings changed as last night was inedible. Phoned the store to try and complain but couldn’t get through.

Here is the email I sent to Flame after receive a substandard chicken burger. We'd used them lots of times in the past, so weren't expecting to be dismissed and ignored as customers. We asked for a refund from Flame of just the £3.30 burger, having been told by Just EAT to contact them. We found out from Just Eat that Flame refused the refund. So much for customer service, and return customer loyalty. Awful service. Message:We have just received a Pizza and chicken burger, having ordered through just eat. We have done this many times without an issue, until tonight. The chicken burger delivered was not the stated fillet burger, and the source on it was more mint, than garlic. This was very disappointing, as stated above, we've used your service many times, but this experience has really put us off. Please refund the price of the chicken fillet burger in a show of good faith to a family of regular customers. This will put this situation right, and make us think you value our return custom.

Ordered food was delivered an hour early, one order was completely wrong asked for pepperoni and jalapeños on a 9” pizza sent me 7” pizza with peppers and jalapeños. Rang flame and they said it would be 5 minutes that was over 45 minutes ago rang them again and they said it was on it’s way and that was 15 minutes ago

Southern fried chicken was awful . Coating greasy and the chicken was Grey Looked awfull. Tasted awfull .will not be using flame again any time time soon .
