The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

Final nail on the coffin for me here. I’ve never complained about somewhere before, but unfortunately this place has made me feel like I have to to help others. Out of the last 6 deliveries there’s been 5 of them where somethings missing or wrong, most of the time they were the sauces so wasn’t overly bothered, but still shouldn’t happen. This last time though it had 1 wrong side, missed an extra mini chicken fillet (at £2.45 for a single piece), and the wrong drink. I phoned up and explained and they were nice enough and wanted to sort out issue. Fortunately I realised I had missed something off order so the opportunity to add the mistaken items into the new order was there, which they said was fine. Order arrived and nothing… at this point I’ve spent £45 and missing most of the order, which now I think what we’ve ordered is actually a lot for not a lot. Not sure if the issues is staff error, the system they use, or just under a huge workload. Regardless, I would avoid getting a delivery from here and just get in person if you really want something from here. For me I won’t go here again. Although worth noting the delivery drivers were awesome 5/5!

You know what you are getting with McDonalds except when you order on the app for collection at the drive thru, rarely have I got an order without something missing.

Food is a pretty good friendly staff. Service pretty fast. Always use the APP to get the offers of the day. Big Mac and fries are the best thing on the menu with the wrap of the day. Kids love chicken Nuggets and MCFLUFFY to.

Nice Store on two levels that is a lot bigger inside than what you expect and nice bay window area over the high street that gives you an interesting view of what's going on.

Ordered food and after a very 2 hours it still hadn’t been delivered, despite speaking to them 3 times and assured it would be delivered very soon. Shocking service

Disgusting! Saturday evening 10pm, 26th April, 2025. £3.50 for PG tips tea with UHT milk. He refused point blank to let me have the REAL milk. Horrible place. in I asked the guy behind the counter for coffee- he said machine had just broken. Filthy airport and facilities

I have no complaints about the food. But the person who served me the food she has no idea how to serve a customer, i was shocked about her behaviour and attitude as well.

Its been many years since i had food from the China Palace, in those days you would expect to be queing out of the door and waiting 1hr to get the best Chinese around.... So,as we were looking for some additions to the meal we were having, I suggested ordering from the Chinese Palace...delivery arrived in good time...we ordered Salt and Pepper Ribs, Crispy Wantons , Vegatable Spring Rolls and Stir Fry Noodles...all for the grand sum of £24.00...hmm Ok, so lets get the good bits out of the way...Noodles, really nice, Spring roll ok but.... Crispy Wontons overcooked and in broken pieces, and im not sure what was supposed to be inside them! as for the sauce, which i assumed was sweet and sour had an awful aftertaste..however the biggest dissapointment was the Salt and Pepper Ribs...they looked ok ..but omg next doors dog would have had trouble chewing these, we literally could not chew them, rock hard...impossible to eat...so straight to the bin, the worst Spare Ribs I have ever had. I dont know what they are doing nowadays...but a very dissapointing experience. 3717794 is the order from just eat, 25th march..thanks for your reply...i would be prepared to order again providing you reply to me with an explanation of how bad most of the order was, its not about the money, the quality of what you delivered was really dissapounting. Food came very fresh and hot. Just in time for my iftar. Thanks so much

I was served by a sulky surly young woman who, when I greeted her with a hello just looked at me and asked what do you want. She then proceeded to serve everyone before me, even though I had put my order in when no one was in the shop. Food was Luke warm and tasted horrible, service was shocking. With all the competition how is this ‘fast food’ (my order took 15 mins) still around. Do yourself a favour a go elsewhere.

I ordered a smash n scoop special, and I got a double beef burger with jalapenos on it!! Smash n scoop special is firstly a chicken burger! I looked at all your burgers and none have jalapeno on them !!

Unfortunately had a better potato but still lovely the boy didn't have. A clue what a was on about so had to get some one easle thought a go back unfortunately not

Amazing chicken. It's ruined KFC for me. Huge portions, juicy, flavoursome and great value. My per person cost here is high bug I had 8 peices of chicken.
