The best restaurants in United Kingdom serving Fast food food

Absolutely shocking. Had basically no food and the portions were tiny, I’ve been to a few of the other Chopstix however this is the worst experience ever. The employees mumble and are so hard to understand, maintain conversation with one another whilst serving you and swear infront of customers. Think it’s really disgusting to sit and eat your dinner whilst employees trail bags of rubbish past you 🤢🤢🤢would give you the absolute boak. Had none of the drinks they were meant to nor had the new spring rolls. Complete shambles.

Worker here is racist and rude! Really rude over the phone. Disconnects when I ask for his name and to speak to a manager! Says I thought you were black thats why I spoke to you like that.... I called to place an order for collection. The person collecting it was going to collect a family member then head to this HFC on the way home. I communicated this clearly to the person on the phone. The man (with a strong indian accent) was very rude and racist. He called me to inform me that the order is ready...I tell him the person is on their way to collect it and they are just picking a family member up from work before then. He immediately snaps at me and tell me why did I order this early then...pick up the order now! No you come now! He doesn't let me speak at all! he says in 30 mins we throw this away...you're an hour late...blah blah. No we ordered at 9.40...he said it was going to be ready in 30 mins...we were going to be there for 10.30!!! Last time I ordered at 10 they said they ran out of chicken or the pizza machine is closed?! What stupidity! Anyways the whole time I'm communicating this between the person collecting and the guy in the chicken shop. But he was moving like we weren't gonna come and collect it. We are regular customers! Very disappointing and disgusting behaviour from this man. I demand to speak to a manager and he says the manager is busy...and then check and comes back 5 mins later saying he is the manager. Am I stupid? His accent is so thick who is he fooling... I ask for his name and he gets defensive saying why are you asking for my name? What's your name? I'm not giving you my name? And then proceeds to hang up the call without letting me speak a word. He then calls back 5 mins later and says sorry ma'am...we are a business blah blah...u need to understand...understand what? That this is how you speak to regular customers?! He says I thought you were black and so you weren't gonna collect the food. EXCUSE ME? (I'm south asian) but that's racist and doesn't justify nothing I literally am keeping you updated on whos collecting the food and when and this is how you speak to me. How disgusting. And the manager hides away. This guy is the same guy being rude and disrespectful to other customers. Even when I came last time to the shop. You are losing customers keeping him there and you hiding away. I'm never coming here again. And keeping all my family and friends away!!

I've ordered from here several times and food has been great, however received food today chips were clearly refried (old) and pizza was really dry and cold.

Ordered off Just Eat. Bag was sealed, so I know it wasn't the driver, but food has arrived with clearly a bite taken out of it. Disgusting!

Called in for fuel and as we were a bit peckish bought a couple of Subways the staff were friendly ( a little bored possibly ) but the sandwiches were fine

Visited today with my family. I ordered a fish cake and was looking forward to lovely crispy batter with white fish and a Scollop inside but no I was served this frozen disgusting piece of thing!

How can anyone make a crap pizza.. We spent 20 quid on a meat feast 😮😮and a pepperoni..😲😲 The absolute worst.. Minging pizzas we have ever.. Ever had.. DO NOT EAT FROM HERE.. Smelt disgusting and tasted disgusting..

Best pizza I’ve tried by far, everything tastes fresh and is perfectly cooked staff are polite and always happy to help and always up for a laugh even got some free food tonight

This takeaway should be avoided at all costs!!! When the food was delivered the bag was dripping wet with what, we're not sure. It was a combination of grease and maybe water? The bread with the lamb doner kebab was wet and soggy and the meat was cut into small pieces and inedible. The lamb shish kebab was completely cold and the meat was tough and inedible and the bread was hard. The chips had obviously been warmed up as they were hard and also inedible. We called the restaurant to complain and the staff were very unhelpful. The food was totally disgusting and unacceptable and they shouldn't be in business. It cost £26.00 as they charged £5 for delivery - outrageous.

As far as filling station food counters go, this is superb. The buttermilk chicken goujons are amazing and even better inside a footlong roll. They serve great pizza and a large selection of other hot foods and sandwiches to order. If travelling the added bonus of a small seating area inside the shop. Great range of crisps, confectionary and drinks also for sale including giant mini melts! This is not an up market cafe, it is a filling station but a top one at that.

Class food for a decent enough price considering the amount of food you receive. I’ve been in a few times (usually a Saturday night) and the staff are unreal and keep you in craic, especially the two young girls. Food is quick, well cooked and the staff definitely know what they’re doing 👌. Will continue to go back.

I wont EVER come here again after the guy behind the counter commenting about my weight!!! Rude and unacceptable, this left me feeling angry and upset

Ordered using UberEats app. Ordered food at 16.53 and didn’t receive order till 18.19 when we decided to cancel. The restaurants number kept going through to voicemail, left a message as well asking for an update. The restaurant delivery cannot be tracked by app. Decided to cancel. Delivery driver arrived at 18.37. Told him we cancelled and asked why there was no response, updates. Driver went back in the car, no apology or explanation and took the food back with him.

Really good fish and chips that is the closest to our home. Rather pricey, however what isn’t these days?! Good selection of drinks too and the curry sauce really is cracking from here!
