Food great and fast delivery. However was disappointing that bag was left on top of burgundy bin (food waste) door knocked and when door was opened driver was no where to be seen

Smash burgers were good - wrapped in tin foil and arrived nice and toasty. Onions rings were ok, bit soggy. Delivery person was friendly and order arrived on time as estimated by just wat but still took a long time from ordering

Hi 1 week double nougat £3.50 and xtra raspberry sauce 30pence total is £3.80 each next week £4.50 nougat plus 50pence raspberry sauce now £5.00 each which is £1.20 xtra or 35% rise in cost getting ridiculous not just 10% but taking the mickey now at murry Square cheers

Brilliant as always, this place clearly does all the basics right. Food always hot and tastes fresh/delicious. Delivery drivers friendly too what more can you ask. Highly recommend!

Got the chicken burger with the cheese I should have said without the sauce it it's all good. It got demolished. The beef, be juicy or undercooked I heard.. oh no. But the crinkle chips were perfect straight out of the frier coated with peri peri, can't tell which potato?

Unlike the burger chains around EK, Smash ‘n’ Scoop always get the order right with burgers wrapped in foil and fries double wrapped so that everything is hot when delivered. And most importantly, everything is super tasty. Our new go to for burgers 😊

Delivery took almost two hours but the food was still hot. Very good burgers but me and my partner both noticed they tasted like lamb after our first bites, but luckily we like lamb. Just be aware if you don’t like the taste of lamb. Mozz Sticks and sauces were lovely. Chips were average soggy chips, probably due to long delivery. I’m sure the delivery times improve if they stay busy.

Amazing quality and great taste. Can tell it’s real smash burgers that are homemade and not some pre packaged rubbish. Delivery driver was also very friendly.

Why did I not know about this place? Amazing burger great fries and had buffalo chicken strips. One suggestion would be franks hot sauce as the buffalo sauce to take it to 11. Amazing food will definitely be back.

The burgers were incredible. And we ordered loaded beef fries to share. Soooo good !!! Really great portion sizes. We asked for specific things to be taken out and everything was perfect. Definitely recommend and will be back next time it’s a burger night.

Delivered a few mins earlier than estimated with huge portions of chips and good burgers. This is the burger shop that EK has been sorely missing.

Arrived early. Pleasantly surprised by the quality of the double smash burger. Very decent for the price these days. Came with a good portion of fries. Special house dip was good too. Would order again.

I was extremely impressed with my order. I got the double smash burger and it was the best burger I've had in a while, the meat was well seasoned and cooked to perfection I highly recommend and I'll definitely be back again

Food never got delivered been nearly 2 hours

Food was great and got here nice and quick. Only issue was I ordered a tango ice blast and got one of the milkshakes instead. Still giving it 5 stars as the food was delicious

Delivery is so long, hot creape (not hot) rotten strawberries, prices are ridiculous,

Ordered the “fresh donuts” with chocolate sauce and this is what turned up… definitely not chocolate sauce it was a watery thick syrup which all congealed, they were really soggy and just inedible, baring in mine these were meant to be sugar donuts.. picture doesn’t even do it justice how bad these were.

Avoid this shop. They use child labour (14 year olds), treat them terribly, scream at them in front of customers and what's more steal their wages for errors made during their "training" period. ACAS would have a field day with this mob.

Tried to order thru app it said no drivers so called and placed a order .Got it all confirmed and she read it back to me and order was placed .Order arrived and it was £1 more than I was told order was also incorrect .I called them back to ask what had happened to be told oh we didn't charge you for them .ok bye

Everything was stale. Got kinder Bueno crepes and the kinder bits were stale as was the chopped nuts on top and you could tell the batter had been made in advance and left for a good while. Wouldn't come back if it was free let alone a last resort. Ginger Woman who served us was also very rude!

So so so dissapointed with this establishment. This was the first time i have been in this place . The girl who served me was polite enough to start with but then waited for her and another member of staff to stop talking in the back shop before getting my simple order . Was suppose to be two scoops in each tub hardly !!. Plus the girl touch her hair and face continusly . At over ,£10 for my order not good value or service. She then handed me the tubs but i had to ask her to put it in a holder or something so i could carry them to my car . She squashed them into a papar bag , what a mess when i got them home . Think i will stick to Mc Donalds

I visited big scoops for a dessert and waiting 40 mins before it was ready. During this 40 minute period there was 6 staff members and 4 delivery drivers in and out the store and not one of them had a mask on at any time. I spoke to the manager and he shrugged it off and didn’t bother even putting a mask on! I understand it’s hard during this time to obey all the rules but when it comes to food you should make sure you have a mask on. Absolutely disgusting and won’t be visiting again.

i ordered a sticky toffee pudding pure buzzin and this howfin mess shows up at ma door in a pure jyro tub, sauce is pure solid n actual stinks a ginger🤢 don’t recommend troops

Just ordered 3 waffles and a banana split driver showed up with 2 waffles and banana split . Phone no to contact them is wrong and no way of contacting them very shady business avoid or check your order at the door

They pay workers slave wages. A girl was there for a trial shift and was paid £ 3 an hour, AFTER contesting the owners decision NOT to pay her at all. Avoid, please

Really don’t think much of their shop, it was very quiet when in. Milkshake was just that, not anything to write home about and not overly flavoursome. For £3.90, a 2 scoop shake and milk is too expensive for me.

Love big scoops, great products, great service. My only wish is they did a low calorie option on ice cream, frozen yogurt or sorbet so that you could see the nutritional info and still have a treat even when you're watching your health. Also a better selection of low calorie drinks would be great and would have the Sworld community coming out in droves for treat night. Maybe even a low calorie waffle option?

It's ok, the food is fine. Pricey though considering its a all grown water, sugar and cream. 😂 The service is not very friendly apart from one girl. They don't take card payments either which is ridiculous in 2019. I won't be returning, they have a lot of competition in EK now!

Love it! I buy big scoops way more than I should. Cookie dough and vanilla ice cream i highly recommend. The waffle and the sticky toffee pudding with hot caramel sauce is delicious (mum's past orders). Get a big scoops!

I’ve been here quite a few times with my daughter, she & her friends all love it. The ice cream is delicious. I love the hot chocolate brownie with ice cream! Prices are very reasonable. I only wish they had a better sitting area for customers to dine in.

I Ordered 2 hot cookie dough with ice cream, the cookie dough was horrible. It would normally have a slightly crispy layer followed by nice soft smooth dough , these as more like undercooked cake.. just like pancake mix. Gritty cake mix with chocolate chips. There's no shape to it, kind of just mushy. The ice cream wasn't great either. Very dissapointed , they should visit desserts in town to learn how to make desserts, now that's a cookie dough ! Will not buy from again, this was not a delivery it was a store collection. I have posted a photo of the cookie dough.

Ordered knickerblocker Glory. It came completely melted. Could not tell what flavours of ice cream were in it as it was milk. I don't know if the ice cream is delivered by the same drivers as the food shop next door as I observed ice cream being taken into the other shop. If they use the same drivers, it would explain why it was so melted being beside hot food. Time taken to deliver was also awful. I won't use them again. Lucky I gave one star.

My friend and I ordered a big scoops last night via just eat. The food itself was nice but we asked for 2 red slushies and we got yellow ones that tasted of mango, we also ordered two waffle bowls, no waffles were to be seen and instead they were wafers. We also ordered a large tango ice blast that was all watery at the bottom. On top of that, our order was half an hour late and the delivery person was unapologetic. Although the food was quite nice, we would have expected a higher standard from such a great restaurant.

Service was very bad, ignorant workers that clearly don't know what they are doing, gave us wrong order and still charged me for the stuff they forgot to put in. Would rate 0 stars if I could.
