Mcdonald's Restaurants in South Lanarkshire

Ordered on app and when i got there it said some of my order was not available!!! Yet when i went in to query no staff knew anything about the app so i reordered in store and got the order i had originally requested 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️

Just make sure you don't try to go when the school kids are in at lunch time it's wild I thought they might steal my lunch money 😂 but seriously give it a miss at that time it's nuts but any other time it's fine

Inedible rubbish. Whoever cooked this should sort themselves out, embarrassing.

The one beside Asda Toryglen is awful. They were getting everyones order wrong, the screen couldnt show your number cause they were not clearing them down. I got 2 big macs without chesse, they both had cheese and a no cheese sticker on top. Didnt have time to go back in and wait in a 20 min (could have been more, lost the will to live after 10 mins) que again. Fries were cold. They had no icecream. Seemingly the Grinch was coming in a couple of hours. If they cant cope now. Its going to totally fall apart when he came. Never going back to that one!

Didn't notice the delivery time estimate, so no idea if it was late or not, but it did take a long time. All dips missing. Stone cold. One of the burgers barely in the box. First time getting a McDonald's delivery - never again.

There was no ketchup and BBQ sauce that we ordered. The courier was punctual.

Day or night 24hrs they will start to prepare food after when it's shows "please collect" on the screen.... and the same answer if you ask "wee minute..."

delivery driver was all over area and in housing estates not even near me, was told delivery would take 25- 30 minutes, recived food 1 hrs later, had to microwave food as it was cold when delivered. ended up messaging driver to see what he was doing, not happy with service .

Order always has multiple items. Fries cold and half full. It’s not just eat that pack the items it’s your staff! Should either be delivered or option to pick up instead of waiting days for a refund.

Bag burst all over my carpet while it was being handed to me at the front door. Have just had the carpets professionally cleaned two days ago and now there is coffee and Coca Cola all over the carpet. To say I am fuming is an understatement. A refund for the missing drinks is NOT GOOD ENOUGH!!!!!!!!!! This is not the first time that drinks have spilled .. I had irn bru spilled all over my front doorstep in a previous order

Cold inedible food with missing orders while just eat refunding only part of money i have wasted.

They should be banned from doing deliveries until they start care about quality! I am regularly ordering food from there because i have to but 4 deliveries out of 5 order re messed up. Nasty cold food, missing items is usual experience!

Driver clearly delivering elsewhere and not marking as “out for delivery” until they’ve delivered other order.

Once again we got someone else's order. And they try to only refund the food, or all the fees and delivery. You expect the odd problem but this is becoming a habit.

Waited an hour for stone cold food that looked like it had been thrown together in the dark. Would also like to know how much money this place makes by charging people for dips that they never actually put in the order.

I asked specifically in the notes for straws and as usual the never gave us any. Can’t drink a milkshake without these !

I have not received this order and when I call the restauraunt it rings out .I expect a callback and a refund immediately or I will be taking this further .

Delivery distance was less than 3 mins drive. Whole meal was luke warm and very dry as if it had been sitting for a while. Stale fries. Wont be ordering from here again. :-(

Just got a takeaway from the drive through.. made to park up when there's no spaces, one portion of chips missing and the rest of the food actually freezing. No straws for drinks and no sugar for coffee. The workers there couldn't be any thicker if they tried.

driver can’t find a simple address then tells me to come get it myself. your meant to deliver it to my house, if i wanted to go out and get it myself i wouldn’t of ordered a home delivery. food is cold and ice cream is melted

As with most other people they cannot supply straws and tomato sauce. I’ve probably had about 20 McDonald’s deliveries and 19 of those had no straws or ketchup. Clearly something wrong with the process

I ordered a double bacon Big Mac with bacon and ketchup, I received neither of them.

After waiting a while for my food, I have received a water instead of the milkshake I ordered. having waited as long as I did I would have expected something a bit better than this. no communication from the store or the driver about this mistake or change to my order. Shameful
