Mcdonald's Restaurants in South Lanarkshire

Ordered Mcrib as a meal, staff member put drinks& fries thru separately making lunch £5 more! I also asked for black coffee& I got weak white. Because schools were off it was incredibly busy in Livingston. Normally very enjoyable.

Since the rebuild there is more focus on delivery drivers than customers in the restaurant. The wait times are far too long and the waiting area is tiny. On top of all that I was given a Chicken Mayo instead of a Cheeseburger which wasn't noticed until I got home.

Always getting the order wrong when you order using the app. Shouldn't be the case.

Ordered on JustEat and the delivery time has been changing constantly for nearly 2 hours, basically missed my lunch break at work. No way for me to cancel and try elsewhere. Not great at all.

Hard to park in disabled bays or click and collect because all spots taken up by delivery drivers

Absolutely rubbish, 3 times when I’ve ordered I’ve gotten something completely different, before I ordered a meal, got a fkn McFlurry and a Fanta, had to wait days for a refund didn’t even get it changed, today me and my partner ordered and yet again they mess up I’m absolutely livid, gave us two Big Macs which I dont like, and now again having to wait days for a refund

It's mcdonalds you know what you are going to get.Not alot of seating at this mcdonalds so don't expect to get a table during busy periods

absolute joke 😂the drive thru is backwards.. and you have to wait for 2 hash browns🤣🤣🤣🤣 and double check on pay and collect if it’s the right order which both times was wrong 😂😂😂😂

edit* I have since been back due to other McDonald's being closed, cannot take app orders through drive through & waited an extremely long time for a simple order. Hardly any staff and they all seem very untrained. won't be back ever again. This place gave me food poisoning from just a big Mac and fries. Have went numerous times before no problem other than hairs in my food what do you expect, but learnt my lesson now.

They didn't have any grimace shake left even though I had paid for it already on the app, heard it the full drive home from the kids. Nightmare fuel.

Just wow. Just had a member of staff completely blank me and then when the supervisor 'apologised', he asked if I'd been here before and then said sarcastically, well good luck in finding a better place in the area. Well actually. BELLSHILL IS MUCH BETTER. 10/10 for arrogance though.

App orders can't be taken at this restaurant meaning you can't collect or redeem points here. Lack of parking. Go to the Palace retail park one much better service

my food was cold but I can handle that but I had an ice cream missing and a Coke with no lid on it 😱 as you can imagine it was all over the bag all over the other drinks. No lid I couldn't believe it. every time I order family meals it goes wrong.

Nuggets were cold and half my diet coke was missing also took near to an hour to deliver

How hard is it to read a piece of paper then put dips in a bag?

absolutely ridiculous experience with mcdonalds today, delivery driver wouldn't take back the food because it was soaking and all the juice was everywhere so he started kicking my door and chucked all the juice and food over my door my neighbours had to come out and help me clean it, the food was cold wet and the juices were everywhere I would expect a full refund and compensation for all this hassle my little was in the flat aswell she is petrified because the guy was trying to kick my door in

I asked for 2 rolls and sausage one without egg and one with and didn’t receive them

Ordered from you McDonald’s and got the complete wrong order, I ordered a Fanta got a coke , I ordered a double cheeseburger meal and a cheeseburger and was given chicken nuggets , overall this McDonalds has shown itself too be incompetent in carrying out a simple order. I strongly suggest you think twice before ordering from here

never delivered to the right address

Delivery time was great the food we received was good but my chocolate raspberry pie was missing and my husband ordered a double Big Mac and received a single Big Mac but atleast we got the dips with our cheese bites this time as every other time we order these the dips are nowhere to be seen.

Ordered presented as either had been sitting for ages or re heated . The quality of everything was absolutely dreadful. Called up to complain to store asked to speak to a manager therefore spoke to I think an assistant manager female on 02/08/24 who could only say really sorry I will speak to staff. Then told me there was nothing she could do even although the meal which went straight in the bin was dreadful she was not interested. The person in question said all I can do is tell staff and make just-eat aware food freezing and late. She chose to totally ignore the quality was shocking . Total shambles and unacceptable as a regular customer who will not return and tell everyone how bad my experience was and quality not fit for purpose. Asked who was above her to be told an assistant manager then I asked well what’s your role when I asked to speak to a manager. So eventually once I asked for locations over all manager if they could call me which I suggested. Informed the female staff member if I was the manager I would want to make sure I was aware the quality was rubbish and only fit for the bin. Asked what would be the name of person calling me on Sunday so I new who to expect to be told she could not tell me the name due to data protection however managed to at least hear it was a male staff member at least we narrowed it down to that!!!!. Think all staff need to learn how actually to cook good quality food that you can eat and may be not be ill.1 Customer service provision training in order to meet the needs of customers and higher standards. Would never recommend this location to anyone not the first time but decided to return give them the benefit that they mucked up my order twice due to lack of staffing and wait for this we are so busy well that is not what a customer should be told or hear . Get more staff and make sure they get excellent training on how to prepare/ cook the high standard expected. Going to also make environmental health within South Lanarkshire Council aware of dreadful quality especially the ice cream which had melted and could not be re frozen due to contents which could really make a person ill if not aware not to freeze melted ice cream which was more like water. At least Just -Eat are also looking into my complaint with the order placed by my partner at least that’s a better service I received from McDonald’s Hamilton Retail park.

Arrived cold after going to incorrect address. So late the ice had melted in the drinks.

i’m really happy with this!!, we ordered quite a lot and most of our orders had tweeks to them for example things added onto of off a burger. we got everything we wanted and for the amount it was a quick delivery. thank you 💪😎

first of all food was freezing ice creams were like water. Food went into bin. time stated arrive was actually 10 minutes longer got lost as confirmed and agreed by driver. Dreadful company to order anything from and would not recomend abyine to use £28 approx including £3 tip

Pretty much all the order was missing, no burgers, no fries. Got someone elses diet coke and plain mcflurry instead. Shocking service

All sauces asked for and ones paid extra for missing and yet again no straws how hard is it to put sauces in the bag when they come up with the order especially when you get asked when you buy selects meal

Ordered and only my drink from my order was delivered. Told the driver and he said he’d go and come back. He never did. We still needed to eat so I ordered again after requesting a refund for the first lot of food I ordered. Second order was still missing items. Tried about 40 times to get through to McDonald’s and no one answered. Absolute joke. It’s not that hard to read an order sheet and make sure everything’s there.

My food was soaked in the Fanta drink that came with the other not seeing the bags were damaged I’ve took the bags in and my new stairway carpet is now soaked in orange Fanta it has damaged my new carpet I need a direct manager to contact me please the driver must have seen this

This particular restaurant is bringing your reputation down. It is a well known fact now that when you order from Mcdoanlds, there is bound to be items missing. This is the 3rd time this has happened in the last few weeks. It is extremely unfair as I am paying for a service that is not being delivered. When I order things and pay for them I expect them to be here, and not forgotten about. Complete waste of money and a FRUD since I have had this issue before and no one from JUST EAT responds!!!!!

The food was ready at the restaurant for and apparently the courier was there , with me only ordering 3 items I found this strange , I called McDonald’s and apparently according to the McDonald’s staff the courier was given the food to deliver at 1.22 , I live 5 minutes car journey away from the store and it arrived at 1.38 cold but just eat were very helpful and gave me credit for the inconvenience

Genuinely, I don't think I have ever received the correct order. Every time I go to the drive-in, I could only get one item and am told to take a parking space. The last time I went, a poor young boy stood for 28 minutes waiting for a cheeseburger and a McFlurry.

It’s somewhat miraculous that an order delivery time gets pushed back and pushed back till it’s 30 mins past the original delivery time, and yet every bit of hot food is frozen. And the cold drinks are warm.
