What can you say, one is as good as another

Way to busy with delivery drivers... struggled to get near the counter as all the self service machine were being used. Ever since the uptake in deliveries McDonald's eateries have went down hill. The volume of orders obviously takes it toll on the staff as my last 3 visits they got my order wrong.

Food tasted normal as expected though the service was a bit rubbish, we had to keep going back as some of our order was missing

Ordered a delivery after 8 pm never turned up and when you call the staff don't have a clue and say we don't have drivers, on the plus side I don't need to eat cold food and soggy chips

I have NEVER experienced a more aggressive, rude & hostile delivery person when I told him I didn't understand what code was needed. Frankly, it was disgraceful behaviour on his part and I shall be using a different service provider from now on. Just Eat needs to follow this up with McDonalds as my wife & I are furious.

Order missing half the items. Every. Single. Time. Meaning for a family meal someone misses out. Every. Single. Time. I should know better but…EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. Surely a broken clock is right at least twice a day.

The food turned up stone cold and part of the order was missing.

Useless again, half an order. At least it was warmer than cold!!! (live next to it) anyway, bring back the clown, at least he was capable!

Chips were cold everything else was fine. Delivery driver was really nice, unfortunately didn’t have a tip for him

How much of a piece of garbage do you need to be to forget a child’s main meal???? Pack the chips but not the meal? Ridiculous

Terrible service have ordered here for delivery on several occasions. Never have I been pleased with the service,almost always received cold but most of all. Always has missing items. This clearly indicates a lack of care or attention and a severe lack of management.Obviously, mistakes can happen from time to time but the frequency dictates there are some major issues with what I understand to be a very straightforward process. Mainly just putting a burger in a bag. Much easier than having to deal with their complaints and refund process. What a joy!

Forget the dips I paid for every single time even when I say to make sure they are in there.

the juice had spilled all over the bag, the straws were unusable for what juice was left in the cups. food was cold and looked like it had been stood on.

I received someone else's order so I paid £18 for nothing and there no way to contact either McDonald's to get it sorted, so a lovely non Saturday night meal was had.

delivery was fast, 10 minutes before predicted, but strangely the food was nearly cold.

Nobody who works here can read a simple order: continually get it wrong. Never provides sauce too. What’s the deal with that? They must be stacking them sauces acting like they Rolex’s

Order missing items and took over 2 hours to come

If you don’t mind waiting almost an hour feel free to order here! The food is stone cold freezing! And also items are missing! Can’t complain to McDonalds nobody listens and just eat give you a refund if you are lucky and don’t need to involve head office! although everything is freezing cold! AVOID!!! The service charge is now ridiculous also! Especially for the quality of food and delivery time you need to wait! AVOID!!!!!!!

55 minutes delivery, select share box freezing cold! Double burger also cold. No large chips! Ice cream completely melted supposed to be terrys chocolate orange and there was hardly any toppings in the paper cup! The wrap had 2 small pieces of grilled chicken and 1 slice of lettuce! Even the delivery driver was not amused he had to wait so long. He said I’ve been waiting ages I’m so sorry! Never again will I order from here! £22 wasted! Refunded £4 odds! Ridiculous!

Walked into this branch on a snowy Saturday. No fillet of fish avaibale, no apple pie available and as usual no reciept dispensed, causing the usual confusion at the collection point. Then nearly slipped in the car park. Thank you guys

Missing items, missing triple cheese burger and cheese bites but have me the sauce for them

what is the point in offering options o pick what sauces you want if you never actually include them in the bag. Also, you know there is a meal ordered but don't think to include the drink chosen. I don't know how so manyistakes in orders can happen so often.

I didn’t receive my quarter pounder with cheese and the chips + share box was cold. Usually receive warm food and my full order but not this time. Also the fact I can’t get in touch with the shop to let them know to send me out my burger is poor.

Delivery and driver not at fault, orders a “cheesy crispy” and received what looks like a mcchicken sandwich with a tiny bit of mayo on it. I don’t understand why McDonald’s is always like this, nothing ever comes as it’s suppose to. Always a disappointment and feel like I always need to request a refund.

the delivery driver made me pick up the mcdonalds bag out of his just eat bag because the drink was already spilled as soon as i picked it up the drink went all over my floor and food and he just jogged away as soon as it happened

Twice in my experience of ordering from here, my food has been cold and they have given me the wrong drink twice. When I try to call the restaurant I get no answer at all. Not happy

Food was quite cold when it arrived which was very disappointing and unusual. I doubt if this would be the driver’s fault as I could see when he left to drive to my house which is no more than five minutes so perhaps the food was in the shop for a while before being given to him

I received my order and unbeknownst to be was eating literal paper with my burger. I didn't realise this as it was still onto the cheese and had clearly been cooked with the burger. This is completely unacceptable and a hazard to people's health.

Happy with the over all delivery time little bit later than expected, all the food was freezing cold. Don’t know if that is due to the where are simply didnt get the order out fast enough
