Mcdonald's Restaurants in South Lanarkshire

Not the best McDonalds I been too staff were nice but didn't feel it. Hard to explain but we were fed and didn't wait long

Very lively shop with heavy traffic nearby. The place is not too big, and the outside of the store is often crowded with customers taking away food, but the waiting time is not long, and there are often queues of people waiting to take out food outside the store.

Went into McDonald’s with my friend and the place was mobbed with staff and people but the food took far too long to come out with the amount of staff. Lots of customers were coming in angry about their order being cold or is taking too long as they have been sitting for 20 minutes. Got the food, my friend was 24 and they were saying orders in the 30s skipping 24-25. When a customer came in after waiting a long time in the drive through and their child’s food was stone cold, the staff stopped and just looked at him and did nothing until he came back and someone said “so what happened?”. Not happy as the food I got wasn’t up to standard as it usually is and customer service is shocking.

Worst ever experience in any mcdonalds. Burgers bagged on their side so fell out all over bag. Banana milkshake was not mixed properly and the food was cold. I will not return to this branch.

Wrong chicken burger arrived it had mayo when asked for plain although changed it when asked. Chips were cold, only excuse was it was extremely busy at lunchtime today.

The "hot chocolate" I had was neither 'hot' nor 'chocolatey'.

Driver was caught at 1-8 Albany terrace dropping food then picking it up eating it then driving away with my food I want a full refund as this service is a shambles

The customer always complains to the delivery driver about waiting for ages to get their food. This is because the McDonald's staff takes a very long time to prepare and pack the food. Also, their behavior is not friendly, especially some of the girls. I don't want to write names here, but please look into this matter.

Driver reported that our drinks had leaked in his car and that the restaurant would send out a new order. That did not happen. I tried to contact the restaurant by phone but there was no reply. £35 wasted!!

honestly the food is stone cold and order is completely wrong best bet is that McDonald's says it's not their fault and justeat says it's not theirs so no hope for this place

App said it would be 20-25 minutes later than the time I had specifically asked for but it was on time. Food was hot.

Guy gave me the drink in a wet bag and it ripped and spilled all over carpet - then preceded to keep asking me for the code… some laugh

When you order sauces that are on my receipt and zero sauce arrives don’t print it on my receipt if your not putting it in my bag so many people have had the same problem????

Straws, dips and nothing spilled, broken or cold. Perfect, If the restaurant had remembered everything on my order. Driver was very nice.

Ordered breakfast and the delivery was quick and I saw the driver pull up so I went to the main building door to get my delivery as my flat buzzer doesn't work and the driver was sat in his car on the phone for a good while I was waiting at the main building door opposite his car in full view of him but he was more interested in his phone than actually delivering food.

Order was a shambles large chips nearly empty and chocolate milkshake was all syrup disgusting

Yet again, dips not delivered with order. Always happens from this restaurant. It’s a mandatory item I need to select when ordered chicken nuggets and chicken selects, but is never actually delivered.

I keep saying I won’r order again but sometimes easier with kids…there is always something missing! It’s very frustrating! 8 times out of 10 something is missing or wrong, it’s disgraceful. McDonald’s is a lot of money now and you don’t get much for your it anymore!

Food is amazing no complaints! The milkshake machines either needs cleaned or my milkshake was made wrong which could have been a disasters had someone with alergies had drank it asking for bannana and reveiving a mix of strawberry and chocolate

Food was stone cold, and 2 drinks were missing. Delivery driver initially went to the wrong address. Called me and asked me to come to the door quickly, had to call back to let him know he wasn’t at the correct address. Quite a few make this mistake so not overly bothered by this part. The cold food and missed items is what I’m annoyed about. Will just go to the drive through myself next time so I can check everything first.

Ordered 9 chicken nuggets as well as a vanilla AND banana milkshake - received only 6 chicken nuggets and 2 vanilla milkshakes. Not happy as this is not the first time i’ve had an order wrong from here.

Absolute disgrace, ordered Philly cheese stack didn't receive it, big mac had only had one burger as did the double cheese burger !!! ordered 3 mcflurries and only received 2. Stopped using them as always problems with orders, seems like nothing has changed.
