McDonald's in South Lanarkshire

Utterly disgusted with this branch. This is my 2nd time in a row ordering from here and things missing. First time was condiments and this time was also condiments but also my main burger not there. When calling I got hung up on and couldn’t get through afterwards. Terrible service and customer service also.

An ordinary MSD near large shopping centers. There is a Macdrive. Two floors, enough space. There are tablets for children. The staff is friendly, the premises are tidy. We were there on Sunday after 16:00, no ice cream or milkshake. This upset my child, because he really likes such desserts.

They employ peadophiles. Gary Mason look it up on Google !! They knew he was up at court for having images of children on his phone and laptop and yet still employed him until he was jailed for this. Waited over 30 mins for food, even we recieved it most of it was cold, icecream was watery ice frappe was disgusting and watery aswell overall don't come here, plus won't be back

I ordered a big Mac and I pressed the button for extra pickles and it came and it said no pickles And I got a vanilla milkshake my sister got oasis And my mum got a oasis and there was no straws bad service

Very little in terms of availability of soft drinks when picked irn bru it tasted like it was mixed with cyanide though once rectified this item was refunded. other than that the food was standard McDonald's and the environment was nice enough

Not really one for this type of food , but it was alright and the granddaughter enjoyed it which is the main thing.

Too many times now ive ordered from this mcdonalds and half my order has been missing staff are an absaloute joke fine to take peoples money but cant do a simple thing as to make sure peoples orders are right before sending them out

shocking service, food was cold and dry, ordered large and got a regular, wanted to sit in but could not because of all the delivery people sitting at the seating area, all in all I would not recommend. Below it asks if I dined in or take out, I had little choice I had to take out.

Absolutely terrible customer service. There was an issue caused by the McDonald's app which the staff and assistant manager Christine basically said tough and that I wasn't paying for food I paid for despite showing them receipts. They have no clue how to perform the smallest level of customer service.

Food and service great however the toilets were absolutely filthy

Lady manger with glasses and blonde hair was so rude she wouldn’t give me sauce as the sauce in the machine isn’t nice. She needs to sort her attitude out!!! 🤬🤬

Asked for 2 sauces to go with large big mac meal as 2 sauces are barely enough to cover large fries, but lady manager with specs said that only 1 sauce could be given. This is the 1st time ever that something like that happened with me at this store after hundreds if not thousands visits and being such a loyal customer. I felt very deflated after this strict rule that I never know existed. My mood was absolutely destroyed and I just felt very low all day. I hope McDonalds could review their policies and be slightly more generous with giving sauces to their loyal customers, especially since ketchup and barbecue sauces in store could be topped up endlessly, but giving 2 sauces to customers who take away is for some reason forbidden. Very sad and depressing. Thank you.

Came on for food and 40 mins marked as collect then asked why and response got back was they press collect to make it look like they hit there targets now lights no food still pure joke

So many people working here and couldn't get the pre-ordered burger ready.. the screen was showing its ready to collect. I have waited a bit to have my number called out. Nothing. I have ask for it, and been told to wait more... The slowest service in a McDonald ever! It took way too long! Ridiculous service.. Staff was walking around, doing...nothing? The place wasn't busy and there were not many orders on the screen either !!

Emma was really helpful when our Just Eat order wasn't delivered. She went out of her way to make sure we got our food. She is a credit to your store, and made a negative situation from Just Eat into a positive one. She was very smiley, friendly, positive and very easy to deal with. Thankyou very much :)

A member of staff wouldn’t give us ketchup from behind the counter when the other ketchup upstairs taste like barbecue sauce. She was really grumpy when serving us.

This brand is getting worse day by day. As a customer I have been observing rude behaviour of managers on the floor. No complaints for staffs as they are trying their best to provide service. But there was one instance where I was waiting for my food near counter and an old lady (probably manager) was rude and arrogant to one of her employee in front of other customers. What kind of behaviour is this? Probably she needs some training. I could say this was kinda racism the way she was talking and her body language said it all. Just because its "mc Donalds" doesn't mean they are perfect in all the aspects. If a manager is making an atmosphere suffocated how should we expect as a customer to use your service? So pathetic. Not recommended at all 👎

Ordered for the family via Just Eat 17th November. Indicated 'Order Being Processed' then 'With Driver'. Kids were watching at the window then after 30-40 mins I checked on the App again & was absolutely furious to discover the order had been cancelled & refund processed!! No warning or reason given. Disgraceful way to treat a customer. This is not the first time as my daughter has had similar experiences several times in the past. Never Again!!!!

I know it's a mcdonalds. Buy surely the just eats can be accommodated better. You can't move in the place, and the staff are either hopeless and uninterested or worked off their feet. The drinks lie for a while, meaning your coffee is usually metamorphosised from a hot capaccino to an iced version. And let's be frank its ain't as cheap as they'd make you believe

Just went through the drive-through and got home with the food,paid for large meals and the chips were literally 1/4 full and were awful, looked like they'd been reheated 10 times. Burgers were okay but flung together with no thought. £18 is an absolute joke for what we got. Last time I'll be going there.

Brought my grandchildren here after a visit to Cuningar loop. Restaurant was ok however the parking outside was a bit tricky.

-Rude staff with no interest in customer service. -Was overcharged £12.86. - Chicken burger wasn’t wrapped up but was out in the bag with the wrapping whacked over the top leaving the contents to have all fallen out. - Limited Edition biscoff McFlurry had no caramel sauce. -chips had bits of lettuce on them in the box. Lady infront wanted to politely complain she didn’t get the right order and the ‘manager’ apologised only to go to the kitchen and talk about her to multiple staff members! Shambles of a restaurant!

Just received a delivery from here, as usual the BBQ is missing. Galaxy McFlurry is double the price of the smartie one but got half a cup full! Oh and 1 napkin! Seriously wonder are the staff actually trained???

It is what it is. Very quiet when I visited, so good if you need to get work done.

Served by very unenthusiastic girl named Courtney with the brown hair on the drive thru. Food was freezing by the time I got home, in Inverness, had to just bin it.

I was served by this lovely lassie on Saturday name badge said Courtney I think with brown hair she was lovely made my experience 10% better! Came over straight away I wasn’t waiting long

It’s McDonald’s.. you get what you pay for :) Tired looking building and less than attentive staff. McFlurry looked like ice cream soup straight out of the machine but it didn’t stop the server passing it on to me without checking 😬 It did get swapped to be fair!!

Well, This was the worse experience I ever had in a fast food centre. I ordered for a happy meal with a toy but I got a book. I went to check with the manager. The lady manager was visibly so frustrated with me when I asked for a toy that she litrelly grudged infront of all and other staff members where having a smile. I was left speechless. Which made me think why did they treat us customers like that? It's because they are doing great business and they know their business will keep on going even if they don't provide good service. People are going to queue up for their awesome burgers. They don't care if they loose few customers.

I was in macdonald last night around 10’o clock to get a delivery and went out around 11 I promise they were 16 people there because macdonald in parkhead is close and 5 ordered was ready no chips ready for those order is that real they were playing like play ground company give 15 people work on Tuesday night but seriously even manager was not bothering at all telling me we are busy but I can clearly see man a guy in miltery uniform come and ask them he was waiting for 20 minutes for drive through what a joke they need a professional if authority want to check the recording it was 20 sep around 10

Brutal customer service , sat in pick up bay 20minutes , got served meal in big brown bag with chips that must've been made in the morning no heat and crispy with no fluffy potatoe inside , apple pies must've been fae day before again cold . Cant figure out why so cold for little distance traveled from kitchen to car park wtf. Avoid at all costs or if you like cold meals this is the place for you . Big tip avoid when schools are aff the scheme sends there waynes up tae terrorise the security guard lol

Went to the drive through and wished I could have driven out only there were too many cars infront. After a long wait got my order to which was wrong I will not be going back to this one any time soon.

I got a user delivered from the McDonald's in Dalmarnock part if order was 20 chicken nuggets & they tasted awful they were definitely on the turn , I called store & got a very unhelpful young guy who told me I would need 2 bring them back 2 the store for a replacement, I told him I didn't drive & that was reason I git delivered, he then told me that's only way he could help , or call user eat & they mite give me refund for the chicken nuggets , disgusting customer service

Asked if sitting in or takeaway. I said takeaway which obviously asks for a bag specially if it's a big order. Didn't get offered a bag and had to carry all the stuff with bare hands at the car. Please hire people who know what they are doing with common sense McDonalds👎

Everything was quick and easy today. When we visited. Staff even went out thier way to help a customer who spilled coffee. The high stool seats near the window have a fast charging pad also. Place was very clean too.

I was very surprised at how clean and quiet the location is. It has a load of seating options both upstairs and downstairs. The service was fast- I think I was in there a total of 3 minutes before I was walking out with the food. Everything had been accounted for and there was nothing missing. I’m also surprised at the latte, not bad at all. Great location too with a huge Tesco, Home Bargains, Starbucks and Greggs in the same retail park.

Worst ever drive thru.waited in queue for 47 mins.she said they are understaffed. Then they got order wrong 3 times.and burgers were cold.not a great advertisement for McDonald's. Total chaos. But we noticed priority was given to the delivery side of business. Shocking.minius 1 STAR. And then this little boy comes out white shirt on.and on his mobile to gives us our order.not a care in the world.this mcdonalds is very very poorly managed 22.54 pm.and still in carpark waiting till 23.47. The franchise owner needs to sort his lazy rude incompetent staff out.they have not got a clue..will be avoiding this mcdonalds now for good. MINUS ZERO STARS.. never changes. Castlemilk mcdonalds the wait time is terrible I'm always kept waiting at least 15mins and that's when I'm only getting 3hamburgers and fries I have waited 25mins once and there was people before me waiting already it feels they are prioritize drive thru and deliveries then customers in side and I've left with some of my orders not got all I asked for in it a few times so check your orders before you leave

Disgusting. Terrible service. Ordered set of toys which weren't available. Cashier confused as to what to do next (refund, not that hard) so approached teenage manager who stood and kept my partner waiting for 20 minutes for her money back. Food inevitably got cold in this time. Asked for replacement and was told to wait for this at the end of the newly formed queue. Then to make matters worse, partner slipped on the water in the doorway. No wet floor sign. Absolute shambles. Rude, poorly trained staff and health and safety issues too. Frankly amazed that anyone eats here at all. Absolutely do not recommend.

All I can say is an absolutely disgrace.. The disabled toilets were mortifing.. no exageration. The floor had dirty slimey stuff and watermarks all around toilet and sink.. the stench of stale urine was unbelievable.. the sink was dirty and the toilet seat was covered in urine! The toilet door was hanging off, it did lock though! I had to wipe my own table. As I waited for food .. I looked around the table partitions were grimey full of greesy children's finger marks and food residue! Our order was given to some one else. So after 40 minute wait. We got our order.. stone cold? So took it back.. good enough he replaced it.. hash brown was hot but too oily, three napkins to dry it off! Tea was hot and good.. Clean your place up.. toilets should never be in that state ... !!! Health and safety issue!

local mcdonald’s however every time i go there’s always something wrong for example drive through order forgotten about, missing items, cold food, staff that can’t be bothered to work, poor quality of food.

Good coffee n even better egg mcmuffin - delicious. Peaceful and relaxing, very clean.

We visited this McDonalds with 8 kids after a birthday party and seated ourselves upstairs. It was pretty busy at the time and food took a little while to get ready. However when I arrived upstairs expecting the kids to be going crazy they where all seated calmly around the table colouring in and chatting my partner had said the member of staff there had provided them with colouring in options and chatted to them whilst they waited. It was noticeable whilst we were there and she was just as helpful with all of the customers and didn't stop working/cleaning the entire time we where there. She was a credit to the branch and I will try to find a way to notify the management team at Rutherglen. If she ever notices this - well done Lily fantastic job!

Ordered from there on just eat and it never arrived, my friend then ordered the same meal again and this time the delivery driver was at the wrong address then tried to argue he’d came here already which he hadn’t as we were watching for him. Also the order was minus items when it came as well.

This Mc donald store was too much crowded. It takes 15 minutes to get order. This is highest waiting time encountered ever in any McDonald store. They should work on faster delivery of order. Office staff was too slow.
