never got my order. send me a refund please.

The food was stone cold burgers buns hard very disappointed

All items tipped upside down could provide you pictures. Juice mixed with mcflurry. also food bag was ripped

the offer thing doesn't work. I was charged for 3 chicken selects and got 3 free mcflurrys. no dips or straws as per and idk who filled the milkshake machine but the banana one was pure liquid sugar. I'm not asking much ordering from here but come on!

Order showing as delivered on the app. It’s not been delivered to me, so given to someone else without the code or has been taken away by driver. No bell rang or door chapped. If it’s the latter I would prefer a fresh order please.

Delivery driver was on point. The food though, I ordered 2 cheese burgers and got 1. The one that arrived was incorrectly prepared. The milkshake is half full. The nuggets arrived without any sauce. This was a two person meal. Was ment to be

your drivers are always very friendly unfortunately McDonald's staff are hopeless, a foo freezing and big mac's no onion and no extra cheese never fails they always get something wrong

The food I received was cold and I had to put in the microwave. My Diet Coke was split all over the bag which left me with no juice. I think this could have been avoided if the courier wasn’t on an electric bike.

Take ages to deliver the food. You cant even ask as they dont care to respond. Hardly found a staff to ask about delay, reponse was sarcastic laugh and mocking at customer. Very bad atmosphere.

ordered double cheeseburger & 6 nugget meal, got no nuggets, place is a joke.

This is the only McDonalds in the area that I will go to now. My little boy loves here. Working IPads, always have colouring sheets and crayons. The staff are friendly and any issues are resolved quickly.

No dips in the bag again. Literally everytime I've ordered a delivery. Charging for the BBQ dip these days and still dont get it. Also the tomato dip to go with the cheese melts. Shocking.

This is multiple times I've ordered now and I'm missing items. This was an order with 2 burgers and one burger was missing. No dips with nuggets or selects. Very disappointing when you're hungry and waiting and now one person can't eat. Need better oversight.
