Dry chicken mayo and kicked out for eating my food shocking. Lack of respect from staff and poor service. Dry and aggressive atmosphere

Called for lunch today. It was mayhem. No seats, but the upstairs and downstairs both closed! It was absolutely ridiculous on a busy day! Had to stand to eat with a Disabled child. Not good.

One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. Clean, happy staff, male toilets were spacious and inviting and the seating area was moden and clean

If I could put 0 stars for that poor excuse of “service” I would, And the portions were what you’d feed a 6 month old baby. The service was bad to the extent that I ordered my McDonald’s meal 15 minutes before the train and nearly missed it. I think if you dragged someone’s corpse from the morgue into the kitchen, they will have taken better steps towards fulfilling what is supposed to be “fast” food. Absolutely terrible. 75 minute wait for a cheeseburger meal. If you want to go to a McDonalds that knows how fast food actually works, please do not go to this one

I’d rate zero stars if I could. Waiting 2 hours for food from this restaurant on justEat and when ringing the restaurant there’s either no answer or they answer and just simply don’t say anything.

Busy Saturday evening. Food piping hot... Until I had to go back and ask for missing items. Seems to be happening all the time 🙄

It’s McDonald’s, so you get what you pay for.

Left cheek can't tell the difference from the right cheek. Staff got the two drinks wrong and forgot about the burger. God forbid someone has an allergy! Kids misbehaving who obviously needs help but not getting it and no management not taking any notice. Embarrassing GO TO GREGGS, KFC, THE BINS OUTSIDE for better service.
