Taco Bell in Portsmouth

My wife is currently in a wheelchair because of a fractured knee and dislodged tendon, and the disabled entrance was locked. It took the staff 10 minutes to unlock the door which is terrible.⁸ Food great.

I haven't actually been to Taco Bell or ordered from there and I never would. Overall, the reviews are terrible. Places like this are about making money, not decent food. Fast (!) food like this is extremely over-processed and unhealthy. Why not try cooking at home!

i ticked both the no sauce boxes and they gave me sauce when i first bit into the burrito i had to spit it out. Other than that everything else was ok.

‘Crispy’Tacos were soggy and battered and needed a spoon to eat them with.

The hard shell tacos hit the spot. Plenty of Fire Hot Sauce! Tasty 😋

Went into taco Bell last night with my boys used my card they said coz it's pending they haven't received the money and wouldn't give my boys food I've rang my bank up and they have said its going to go out and this is the first time they have heard something like this happening, the manager in there was not helpful at all and to scam people out of money is wrong wont be using this place again dont use taco bell in portsmouth commercial road

the food was fine, it was warm and the fries were delicious (though taco bell fries always are). i made a mistake on my order and the employee was helpful and allowed me to rectify it without seeming TOO displeased. one older male employee was very polite to us. however, what did peeve me just slightly was the wait times. it seemed as if they certainly prioritised deliveroo/just eat/uber orders far more than the customers who actually ordered at the restaurant. we ended up waiting around 10 minutes for our meals, which really should’ve taken around 5 at the most. as well as this, the seating area didn’t seem to be overly clean, with lettuce on the seats and food on the floor beneath our table. but despite this, i would return. the food is relatively affordable, coming up to around £15 for 2 combos (including extra black beans and a bottle of mountain dew, which is an additional charge) and tastes good for what it is - cheap mexican food. but if you’re looking for quality over price with more variety and your food made a lot faster, the slightly longer trip to an area with a ‘tortilla’ branch nearby (such as gunwharf) is certainly a better shout.

Have eaten in restaurant several times and thoroughly enjoyed the food. Shocking value for the £40 spent - hardly any fillings and the food was cold. Not impressed.

We did not receive 2 things from your our order ! We had no chips and that absolutely ruined everything and made me cry like never before! You should be ashamed

Ordered at 7:20 and was told 20-25 minutes. Arrived at 8:22, chips and quesadillas were cold and the bag was wet.

Absolutely disgusted in this companies attitude, my daughter visited Portsmouth to compete in The 5k Tough Mudder and afterwords decided to get Taco Bell, she placed her order and paid, upon trying to collect her order she was told it hadn’t gone through, she was assured she would get a refund automatically that was seventeen days ago, Taco Bell only contact complainees through their useless portal that doesn’t work as you cannot view the messages they send, they left a seventeen year old with no food and no money to get anything else and she had to wait until I arrived in Portsmouth to collect her as we live an hour away, all Taco Bell gave advised is to go back to the store to get her money back not even offering that we could go to a local store to us, DISGRACEFUL SHAME ON YOU TACO BELL!!

Do not order food from here if your hungry. The tacos are not crispy atall but soggy you don't need to worry about them breaking because they are nice and soft soaked in grease. Must of been a table spoon of beef in the taco the rest was just lettuce. Won't order from here again.

Food was fine however, put off from going back after the state of the toilets. Men’s toilets were clean with soap and toilet paper available. The womens however. Absolutely vile. Toilet roll dispensers empty with one roll loose. No soap whatsoever. Saw 2 members of staff use these toilets. Bin was overflowing. And there’s a sign to say they are checked regularly. No restaurant goes through countless toilet paper rolls, a whole soap dispenser and a bin filling up between visits. I don’t think these are being looked at. At all! Vile.

Nothing came. spent £27 and not a single thing came. It said delivered but there is nothing at my door at all. i have asked neighbours like a mad woman and they’ve all said the havent got anything either. Food has just been nicked by him! so sad

Staff went above & beyond when our delivery driver picked up the wrong order, phoned us to say they still had it & got a finishing staff member to drop off the food to us. Fantastic staff

I ordered at 6 pm. It’s now 5 to 8. I phoned up two times now and one I was laughed at because I was checking up on my order. My money has been taken. I have had no food over two hours not impressed as in I’m gonna go hungry tonight if it doesn’t turn up, fingers crossed.

Courier didn't even make an effort to find our flat. Made my other half who has sciatica come out to him.

The food was good, but was very confused by what we ordered, there were 4 people who ordered stuff with extras. All the packaging is the same with not much to tell the difference, even the writing people put on it wasn't easy to see as it looked like they used eyeliner to write with. Why can't you use different packaging like McDonald's and Burger King so people can know the difference with what they get?

As a delivery driver staff is really kind and fast with orders.

Well it was delivered very fast and food was warm but the problem is I was missing one whole Burrito with chips And some cinnamon twists but they included my drink I suppose

Took close to an hour to be delivered. Food was completely stone cold and nothing was wrapped properly or bagged correctly. Entire contents of tacos fallen out and all over the bag and same with the fries, they were just thrown in there loose and all came out of their smaller bag. Not one good redeemable thing about this delivery, extremely upset !

Waiting for the food while multiple drops happen is not nice as the food arrives luke warm

I orderd £25 worth of food and they are missing the quesadillas and I rang Taco Bell asked for them to send me another one and she said she packed it and blamed the delivery driver!

Order placed at 17.55 and received at almost 19.55 so two hours.. would like a full refund as no apology from driver and restaurant unreachable as took phone off hook.

He seems to just eat has got way too big for its boots we waited over two hours for our delivery from Taco Bell‘s and just pointed the finger at Taco Bell‘s. The driver clearly explained to me that free drivers refused to take the delivery letting the food get cold and my kids went to bed without their dinner I fallen asleep on the sofa waiting. I ordered my food at 8 o’clock. The delivery said that it would be with me by 835. The time they moved to 920 shortly after the time moved to 957 when I looked again the time moved to 1030 this is an absolute disgrace. Avoid using just eat for your orders and just picked the food up yourself.

Nice delivery driver, very polite but the food wasnt great at all...Barely any fillings in the boritos and the wrap supreme was as cold as our drinks (stone cold)...considering we have been in store and enjoyed the food before this was extremely disappointing we will not be ordering from here again if I was in store I would have sent back immediately.

Reasonable quality Mexican yum yums to be enjoyed by all. It was a tough choice with a Maccie’s and KFC nearby, but I enjoyed the Taco Tuesday deals 🌮 🌯 🥤

Terrible. Cold food. The delivery time time changed 4 times and we'll over an hour late.

First order didn’t even arrive. Second order kept being pushed back then finally arrived after 2 hours, had no rice in my burrito only beef and some sauce when I asked to only remove sour cream

Have been ordering from here for a while. They constantly send the wrong drinks and every 3-4th time they don't even send the side with the meal.

I ordered at 630 ish and was sat at the restaurant for ages until they delivered it which took ages too because I asked them

in my crunch wrap there was no meat it was all cheese sauce and sour cream it was gross

order was never even delivered. its been 3 hours and 5 minutes since order at 5.28pm. called at 7.30pm and the food had been on the hot plate since 40 mins before the call, just no driver. can't cancel via WhatsApp and now at 8.34pm its going to be great fun getting all of my money back with the service and delivery charge. Taco bell don't care and neither do just eat. had enough, rather go pick up my food.

the burrito and the wrap were falling to pieces was only edible with eating it with a knife and fork.

I ordered a crunchwrap supreme with beef and it had hardly any beef in and was instead full of salad. Very annoyed as not what I paid for. Such a shame as I have ordered before and it has been good.

Literally spilt the cheese sauce over everything and ruined the whole thing. Never get refunded for the delivery fee. So just spent a few quid to waste my time👌🏻

My original delivery time was 21.25 on the app and it gradually started to get later and later to the point we were getting very frustrated and hangry!!

Perfection. Even the delivery driver was polite to me and my 7yr old son even gave him a fist bump and told him to enjoy his food.
