Twoooo hours till we got our food,

freezing cold not worth the money ,I waiting for ages just for cold food like actually cold

app says Food arrived at 14:06 , food arrived at 14:27 order was wrong and food Lukewarm

Food said it was ready but then just kept getting delayed and was cold time it got here

Forgot a couple things and tacos broken but all round good.

Taco was soggy and stuck to the wrapper and just fell apart and the waiting time was shocking

It was ordered at 5:50pm, we waited over 2 and a half hours and at 8:30pm it said it was delivered but never arrived.

Complete meal was cold not great and also condition it turned up in was very poor.

The driver I had was so nice, I didn’t get his name but he was very kind. The quality’s low because there was a hole in the lid of my sauce and it spilt everywhere but the food was still good I guess I was gonna put sauce on it anyway

Made an order the order took over an hour to get to us so the order was cold if that wasn’t annoying enough my meal was wrong I requested a quesadilla meal with seasoned beef and they gave me chicken I don’t like the chicken version so haven’t been able to eat my food £30 on two small meals and chicken and all wasted

I was visiting taco bell with my friend. We ordered taco , Topped fries and chicken nachos . Everything was good with fast service .

Ordered a Taco and a savers Burrito and had to wait for what felt like around half an hour, there were only two other customers inside. Otherwise the food is decent but can be stingy with the beef in tacos.

I paid for extra cheese on my tacos and I received them with the smallest amount of cheese. Nothing that would be recognition as extra cheese. I asked for a refund on the extra cheese and they refused. Very rude disgusting attitude. Restaurant was dirty with rubbish everywhere.

I placed order just after 8:30pm, delivery said 15-30 mins. It arrived gone 10pm after delivery timings had changed like 7 times. I could have collected it quicker myself

Ordered through Uber eats, I ordered at 7:52pm, estimated time for delivery was 9:00pm. I was shocked but assumed it would come faster but I was very wrong. The time kept changing later and later until we had waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes!! They then cancelled my order! Child fell asleep after waiting over an hour for the food, no communication from anyone, going into store is slow enough, would not recommend buying or ordering from here.

The slowest service at a takeaway I have ever been to. I have been to quite a few taco bells and here you have to wait at least 25 minutes or more for your food. It is ridiculous. Workers are very moody too & they often get the order wrong too. There is no point buying from here or ordering through deliveroo or uber eats if you want your food within 15-20 minutes or less. No chance will you get it that fast from this place. I am speaking from my experiences of every time I have chosen to come here hoping that it would be a difference experience but it has not been.

Food half cold and missing items.

didn't arrive so called the restaurant they were rude and blamed it on just eat even thought they previously said just eat driver was there. when he finally arrived he messed around with my food in the back of his car as I tracked him here and see him do it, confronted him and just ducked his head said it was taco bells fault

Food wasn’t delivered cos there were no drivers but they said it was delivered which is not true so I lost just over £20!

The delivery guy was pleasant but my food was cold. Initially said it would be delivered around 00.30 and ended up getting to me at 01.00. I wouldn't have minded touch but disappointed at having cold food.

Do not come here if you are hungry as the staff have no concept of time clearly when they are leaving customers waiting 30 mins + for there orders. Prioritising delivery orders coming in then customers in the restaurant, they have all 5 staff working on the same orders for delivery drivers, ignoring customers waiting infront of them. It’s clear that no members of staff have been trained in customer service here, not even as little as an apology for the wait for food! I can understand such a long wait if the food was then amazing and piping hot but when received after 30 minutes of waiting it was like warm and the beef tasted under cooked. We are big fans of Taco Bell and usually live the food but we will 10000% never be ordering or coming to the commercial road restaurant again!!! If they can’t handle the amount of orders they should stop accepting them until they have caught up or maybe re look at there members of staff and see if they suitable for the meant to be fast paced role!!

Order took 2 and a half hours despite the delivery window stating 10-15 minutes. I didn’t even want the food once this time had passed, arrived cold. Won’t be ordering again.

Absolutely outstanding. The delivery driver even took the time to ask my daughter how she was and how her days been which made her day as she has the flu.

Took 3 HOURS to get my food, tasted horrible and like it was reheated. Only good thing was the delivery guy.

Ordered at 18.50 and said arrival time 19.15- 19.25 order arrived at 19.59. Was given wrong order so I had to run back out to find the delivery guy. Was more concerned my order was packed at 19.09 as stated on label and didn't arrive for another 50 mins, arrived at 19.59. So was very, very cold.

Good vegetarian tacos and quesadillas. Dine in tables are managed by customers, how they are left it's up to ourselves. thanks to bottomless drinks Iate a lot for long time.

I live on a main road and the driver still couldn’t find us even tho the pin point takes u exactly to my address embarrassing that just eat accept cold food as their standards

When I was in Taco Bell they forgot about my order I waited 30 minutes and the manager was very rude to his employee shouted at him infront of everyone and said ‘can you shut up and do your work’ which isn’t very professional. Overall he was very rude.

Was waiting well over 3-4 hours

The order was 20 minutes late. There is onely 1 meal in the order and it is stone cold. I am absolutely fuming. One hungry family now needing to rider elsewhere. I suggest this gets sorted out immediately with compensation.

Awful, paid for delivery and driver doesn’t even delivery to door, brought a bottle of drink and didn’t come with it and my food was cold, my refund was also declined

First of all it said eta was 19:15 then kept changing finally arrived at 8:05 it was all cold and did not enjoy it

My wife is currently in a wheelchair because of a fractured knee and dislodged tendon, and the disabled entrance was locked. It took the staff 10 minutes to unlock the door which is terrible.⁸ Food great.

I pre ordered for a specific time, an hour and a half earlier than that given time, it arrived late and my food wasn’t being prepared at the time it was supposed to come. My taco looked rushed and it was tiny, I’ve ordered here before and I saw a dramatic size difference, overall not happy from my experience tonight
