took over an hour for order to leave shop, (meant to be delivered in 20 mins) food was stone cold

absolutely disgusting packaging. Pizza toppings stuck to bag and same with doughnut..

Toilets are absolutely disgusting, full of splashes of poo and stunk. My friend and I brought it to their attention the first time we went in, then the second time we popped in for another coffee which was a few hours later to find the toilets are in the same state which was reported again, only to be told they have been very busy. These should be thoroughly cleaned and to a good standard for customers, Beware and avoid using the toilet there!

Assistant tried to fob off 4 stale and cold sausage rolls on me. Then found 4 hot fresh rolls in the oven.

No hot breakfasts available at 9am as they were under staffed with only one person serving. Went for the sausage roll and bacon and cheese twist instead which were cold! Coffe was nice.

Ordered online on Uber eats place says it’s open till 8:30pm but they cancelled my order and told me to go else where. Went to go phone them to ask why my order had been cancelled as the money got taken out of my account for them not to answer my calls. So rude.

You guys are awesome! Thanks for replacing what my delivery driver stole other day! 10/10!

95p for a mug of hot tea, the correct strength. Take your own Greggs mug and the tea is a sensible price! I enjoyed a pastie as well. Set me up well for the train ride home.

The pizza was thrown about and had all slid down. Inedible The bake was burnt but freezing cold and had clearly been sat out for a long time

The steak bake was hollow- not much steak at all, the cookie was dry, stale and cold, and the breakfast roll was nice but also cold? Which is confusing as the order arrived very quickly

Well usually this greggs is good, however I do not appreciate them closer the store 15 minutes early

Two times I've come in at about 8 am and asked for a bacon and sausage breakfast roll, and both times I've been told that there's gonna be a 10-minute wait for bacon. Unfortunately, I can't always afford to wait this long, as I normally stop in here before going to work. As a result, both times I have ended up going to McDonald's instead. However, if you already had the bacon and sausage available, this wouldn't be the case! Surely it's not a huge ask to make sure that you cook the bacon and sausage ahead of time instead of just putting them on when individual customers ask? I can't be the only customer who would appreciate this.

Rude Staff member no manners and tutts when a question is asked. Was astonished when he asked the lady in front of me what's with the hat? She replied she was from Ukraine. He is certainly in the wrong job. We had sauces thrown at us when asked for mayonnaise

Clearly says in capital letters HOT FOOD ONLY MO COLD FOOD. And it’s cold. Who would’ve thought taking food out one box and putting into another one would be such a stressful job. Pathetic customer service.

Visited Greggs in the early hours of the morning twice now as I’m a night worker and was sent away both times. Used all sorts of excuses to not let us in, was good 15 minutes then 45 minutes. racist and rude. Awful customer service. IF YOU ARE NOT OPEN THEN CHANGE YOUR WEBSITE

This store can never remember to put milk in when you order a tea, which is beyond frustrating when you only ordered because you're desperate for tea because the milk at home is out of date. Hot yum yums were amazing though! Little pricey for what they are.

Been round to our local greggs twice in the last few weeks. First time managed to get the vegan Christmas baggette, but no wedges did get the drink. Still got charged for the meal deal even though we couldn't have the wedges. 2nd time wedges but no baggette. The service and effort are distinctly lacking from this store. If your going to have specials try please to have enough. Mr Tyler
