They constantly send out delivery with missing items, last 4 delivery's have had missing or some wrong items in it. Today's order was missing chilli cheese bytes and the wrong fries in there. Who ever is AW cannot read.

Yesterday a chips chilli cheese and onion rings food was cold salad stuff was soggy absolutely will not use again

Disgusting place. The seating area looked like it had not been cleaned for over a year. Food on the floor, rubbish all over the floor. Tables were dirty, not even wiped down, rubbish not binned and grease all over the tables. All of the bins were full, not emptied. Food service was slow, and mediocre at best. Worst Burger King I have ever been to!

All food was cold, Milk Shake was mush. Binned the lot. Worst just eat ever ordered. Never ever again

Driver left shop at 14-15 got delivered 15:35 shockingly as most times by drivers not shop fault

Last time ordering Burger King for me, their burgers and chips are simply not as good as McDonalds and cost more.

Placed my order at 10 past 6, turned up at 5 past 8! Chips are dry and very salty

a straw would have been handy for the milk shake, the chips are never hot but maybe that's because cold drinks are always in the same bag as the hot food, cools the food very quickly even if the courier keeps them in a warmed bag. need to improve this

I would like to understand you gave me credit for £4.90 and yet i paid so much food cane VERY late and freezing cold i want my full refund in my account and not credit

they put the milkshakes in the same bag as the burgers/fries - everything was stone cold. i requested a refund for the entire meal. They put stickers over the tops of the milkshake lids, they wont come off.

After 2h30 min waiting order been updated delivered that never happen

Bland burger no taste, it seemed like it was cooked and just left there ages. Unpleasant cold and again tasteless chips. Waste of money!

Food is as very good for once. The shop was clean and tidy.

Ordered for takeaway yesterday and it was packaged well and was made fresh for me as I had a long drive ahead of me. The manager was really accommodating for helping me out with opening the baby change room for me.

Clean restaurant, hot food and lovely staff.

Can’t fault dining here as the food was served hot and fresh, friendly staff as always!! Will be back again no doubt!!!

Seem almost completely incapable of getting an order correct. Each time we have eaten from here there have either been missing food items, cold food or both. Not helpful trying to get a refund either. Avoid.

Placed an order for delivery through the Burger King app (2 x Burger, 2 x Fries, Cheese Chilli Bites) £28. They knowingly delivered the our order without one of the burgers. We called to the branch to resolve the issue. They said we could come and collect the burger but they can’t deliver. Defeats the point of paying for a delivery. When we asked for a refund, they spent 15mins on the phone unable to process it (or so they said). We are still waiting for this to be resolved. Terrible service. Huge inconvenience. Waste of time and money! Get Dominos or Maccy D’s!

Had a quick bite to eat here with my 7-year-old when visiting Portsmouth. I rarely ever review fast food places, but Jess, who served us, deserves a shout out: a couple of little things, which she didn't have to do, really made my 7-year-old's day. Thank you, Jess!

I specifically ordered my food for when I would be back from the train, which would have been correct if the delivery wasn't early and once I had realised the driver had driven away without a second thought

Delivery was supposed to be to arrive 1:50 instead arrived at 2:40 food was cold when arrived clearly been sat on side waiting for driver

the fries were so cold I had to microwave them and the beef patties were burnt so much and so dry even when I put ketchup on them I could still taste the burnt dryness, I should of bought a McDonald's instead 😔 delivery time just seemed to go on and on and change so much on the app 😞

I have never ever taken their food due to a halal issue. As a delivery driver, I found them very cordially.

The food was stone cold most probably due to the delivery driver having to many to deliver

chips were cold, the rest of the food not as hot or warm as expected. Deliverer did not check the messages containing directions, and took his time gettig to my door.

Not only was my food stone cold when it finally arrived, buy the delivery driver according to the tracking map was sat at the bottom of commercial road for over 20 minutes and then seemed to do a tour of Portsmouth!! The original delivery estimate was 9:45 and kept getting put back,, finally arriving at 10:13!!! TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!! SORT IT OUT JUST EAT!!!

Driver called for directions and didn’t speak English and kept asking me to speak in Arabic instead. I told did not speak that and he just kept going “I don’t know” had to walk ten minutes to get the food in the rain as he had gone up the wrong street

the portion of loaded fries were miniscule and not enough. the burger barely had any filling, really disappointing.

Ordered through Uber eats, tooks over 40 minutes to arrive and half of the food was missing. What was there was less than edible. Cold, soggy and stale. Not impressed.

It was a great experience, my friends and I went to portsmouth to go stopping and we found ourselves in this burger king, first impressions were amazing, loads and loads of spaces to sit. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful when I had questions about the drinks machine. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The restaurant is always very clean and accommodating. The food was perfect and tasted amazing. The service was very quick.

The place has gone down hill massively since the change in management I'm not even sure they know how to manage. I wouldn't recommend this bk to my worst enemy

Second time I’ve eaten at this particular store. First time was awful, floor was filthy on arrival and spillages everywhere with no wet floor signs. The burger was like the end bit of fried chicken and was no chicken just batter, I asked for a new one which they did swap which was good, but still pretty tasteless. Second time I went there (yesterday) the place was even more dirty than before!! Still food and spillages all over the floor and wasn’t even busy… The burger was a lot better this time, unfortunately that was the last time I’m going to this store as it’s just not good every time. Oh and also they NEVER have any of the good drinks, I pay for a normal coke or Fanta, but they never even have them! So I’m paying extra just to end up with a Diet Coke… which I don’t even like. I will not be going back here.

Appalling. Been here 3 times now and every time it has been shocking. The place is absolutely filthy, food and litter all over the floor, tables still full of the previous guest’s food. Nobody walking the floor tidying up. Drinks machine has always been a problem, either the ice doesn’t dispense, it’s completely broken or like today, the drinks were flat. Food was stone cold. Staff refunded immediately on me complaining.

Missing items! So annoying when you order and pay for food and you’re missing so much! Both kids meals missing fries and missing sides, it’s ridiculous and then all you do is issue refunds when I needed the food I ordered!!!!
