FLAME GRILLED ARE SIMPLY THE BEST BURGERS WITH OR WITHOUT CHEESE MMMMH

I have never ever taken their food due to a halal issue. As a delivery driver, I found them very cordially.

I loved going to burger king today and being served by Dylan great service. That man deserves the credit for how welcoming he was to me and my family and how smooth the service was. Good day out today. Thanks Dylan.

Ordered through Uber eats, tooks over 40 minutes to arrive and half of the food was missing. What was there was less than edible. Cold, soggy and stale. Not impressed.

It was a great experience, my friends and I went to portsmouth to go stopping and we found ourselves in this burger king, first impressions were amazing, loads and loads of spaces to sit. The staff were amazing and extremely helpful when I had questions about the drinks machine. Overall, a wonderful experience.

The restaurant is always very clean and accommodating. The food was perfect and tasted amazing. The service was very quick.

The place has gone down hill massively since the change in management I'm not even sure they know how to manage. I wouldn't recommend this bk to my worst enemy

Second time I’ve eaten at this particular store. First time was awful, floor was filthy on arrival and spillages everywhere with no wet floor signs. The burger was like the end bit of fried chicken and was no chicken just batter, I asked for a new one which they did swap which was good, but still pretty tasteless. Second time I went there (yesterday) the place was even more dirty than before!! Still food and spillages all over the floor and wasn’t even busy… The burger was a lot better this time, unfortunately that was the last time I’m going to this store as it’s just not good every time. Oh and also they NEVER have any of the good drinks, I pay for a normal coke or Fanta, but they never even have them! So I’m paying extra just to end up with a Diet Coke… which I don’t even like. I will not be going back here.

Appalling. Been here 3 times now and every time it has been shocking. The place is absolutely filthy, food and litter all over the floor, tables still full of the previous guest’s food. Nobody walking the floor tidying up. Drinks machine has always been a problem, either the ice doesn’t dispense, it’s completely broken or like today, the drinks were flat. Food was stone cold. Staff refunded immediately on me complaining.

Missing items! So annoying when you order and pay for food and you’re missing so much! Both kids meals missing fries and missing sides, it’s ridiculous and then all you do is issue refunds when I needed the food I ordered!!!!

Food took over 50 minutes to arrive from ordering. Delivery driver clearly had multiple drops before mine as watched on the map as he went way out from me. Everything arrived ridiculously cold. Will not order again

I’m so annoyed that a £54 shop had £20 odd worth of stuff missing. Stuff like cat food etc. I can’t leave the house atm so now I’ll have to wait ages for a refund. Do better or at least offer alternatives

Cheesy fries missing from order.

I know it’s only Burger King but come on, The double cheeseburger was SO dry we are convinced it was cooked earlier and re-heated in a microwave. The “loaded” chips should be renamed “chips with a sprinkling”. We thought we would have a BK for a change as it’s usually better quality then their rivals and more expensive as a result which is fine but for what that cost most of it went straight in the bin.

Cold cans put in with the food. The food arrived cold. Not clever thinking by Burger King as the drinks should have been in a separate bag. Common sense.

According to the delivery map the driver seemed to return to the restaurant after starting the delivery so by the time they arrived food was no longer hot. Also wrong drink provided.

Bad service...I paid for a coffee and it wasn't given to me under the pretext that he washed the coffee machine...how do I get my money back?

Packed me half of a meal? I’ve ordered two meals and I’ve got the wrong burger and the wrong fries and I’m missing 2 burgers and 2 fries. Abysmal, absolutely poor. Quick to take my money though. Do better

My review is based on my experiences and my experience yesterday was very very bad at this particular place. I requested for a family size order and the lady that attended to me was giving me attitude and also added compulsory tax of £5 on my order which I reported to her line manager and to make it worse he didn’t even care about her attitude and they were very harsh and rude towards me and my wife. Their customer service very very poor. I don’t think I will ever go back to that place again. We told them that their Gunwharf branch was very accommodating but the manger didn’t he care or apologize on hearing our complaints and feedbacks.

Disappointing : Would have been a good tasty dish had order not arrived b. cold!! Also when placed order around 8:20pm, App informed me to expect delivery at 8:50...so not happy bunny when an updated message said to expect an even later delivery, though thankfully finally arrived slightly earlier at 9:20pm than the updated time. Just Eat make cancelling an order very difficult... no surprise. So overall, need to do better pls as tarnished overall experience...

Ordered a large order from deliveroo..waited 40mins received 1 cold burger and nothing else. When calling the restaurant, the manager admitted to not checking my order before it leaving the store. Then put the phone down on me. Absolutely disgusting customer service and poor food. Avoid like the plague!

Didn't send out the drink with the driver I called the restaurant to ask them to send it out as was charged £3 for a Fanta. Was met with a hostile attitude from the staff member who answered. I explained it happens a lot and he said we're busy...and not to call again.

Half the order, paid for both. Got one!. Not impressed. Will be going to customer service.
