Burger King in Portsmouth

had 3 items missing and opinion rings were cold

I asked for my food to be delivered at 5pm and it arrived at 5.20pm it was freezing cold and I am far from happy

message sent to where door entrance was which helped driver was very quick getting here quickly knly burger king kept changing the times

If your couriers want to take multiple orders out at once,and then take my food on uneeded journey around Portsmouth, then I WILL make sure its not cold BEFORE I give out the delivery code. Make your couriers aware they have No legal right to refuse me to do that, as I have already paid for the food. Very unprofessional service nowadays from yourselves 👎

I specifically requested that cold drinks be kept separate from the hot food, something all other restaurants I’ve ordered from have managed but not this one. Everything was cold and inedible.

Not only did it turn up late is turned up stone cold for chicken nuggets are missing and the bread roll are so stale and hard absolutely shocking never been again and so expensive

My food was cold drink put in with my food waited over an hour for my food to be delivered

Quick turn around food wasn't 100% fresh but forgivable on really busy days were they have to make massive numbers of burgers

Can you please add an option to take off a tip for band service. I think this will boost the quality of employee and service provide if the deliverer thinks they could lose their tip for not following notes. Or just take the note option of o one adheres to it anyway

Food was INCREDIBLY late!! Don’t know what Burger King were doing but they need to sort it out.

Hot food and cold drinks packed in the same bag resulting in cold food and warm drinks.

With the kiosks in place you don't have to wait in line for a long while to get your order in, bringing the ideal fast food experience. With friendly staff such as Mat who made sure I had all I need to eat my burger and fries. Overall 9/10 price and quantity also pretty decent.

First time in a Burger King for years. Ordering on a machine was a surprise with unhelpful menus, but the food arrived quickly. The burgers were TINY and we had to pour our own drinks. Generally a disappointment. Won’t be back.

My order never arrived! No one knocked the door and no one phone to let me know they were outside yet somehow its be described as delivered. I need a refund!

Ordered Burger King got given kfc

on my delivery it said my food will take 30 minutes to be cooked and delivered but it shouldn't take an hour and 10 minutes to get delivered as I ordered it 8:34 and it's not long

When ordered it said 15-30mins. The time kept getting later and did not arrive until nearly 1 hour after the order was made. We could see the driver was there and waiting for the order for a long time on the app.

This was over an hour late. The store told me that the delivery guy was not there and the delivery guy said he was waiting an hour. We were not able to eat the dinner as I needed to feed the children so we could put them to bed and they were hungry

If i could give 0 stars i would. Today was a free whopper deal day, and i was extremely ill but placed an order for the whopper to be picked up. My boyfriend went to pick it up, along with his own order, i did not appreciate that the staff completely refused my order considering the situation. I’m very disappointed at their behaviour and my boyfriend told me the staff was very disrespectful and ignorant. I’m happy to say i will never be ordering or eating in at this burger king ever again.

I had an amazing experience at this Burger King, thanks to Sy! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure my order was perfect. Her customer service was outstanding—she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel valued as a customer. It’s rare to find someone who goes the extra mile in fast food, but Sy definitely does. I truly appreciate her kindness and efficiency. She’s a great asset to this location, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of her! Thank you, Sy

It’s been a long time since I enjoyed a burger more than today

They constantly send out delivery with missing items, last 4 delivery's have had missing or some wrong items in it. Today's order was missing chilli cheese bytes and the wrong fries in there. Who ever is AW cannot read.

Disgusting place. The seating area looked like it had not been cleaned for over a year. Food on the floor, rubbish all over the floor. Tables were dirty, not even wiped down, rubbish not binned and grease all over the tables. All of the bins were full, not emptied. Food service was slow, and mediocre at best. Worst Burger King I have ever been to!

All food was cold, Milk Shake was mush. Binned the lot. Worst just eat ever ordered. Never ever again

Driver left shop at 14-15 got delivered 15:35 shockingly as most times by drivers not shop fault

Last time ordering Burger King for me, their burgers and chips are simply not as good as McDonalds and cost more.

Placed my order at 10 past 6, turned up at 5 past 8! Chips are dry and very salty

a straw would have been handy for the milk shake, the chips are never hot but maybe that's because cold drinks are always in the same bag as the hot food, cools the food very quickly even if the courier keeps them in a warmed bag. need to improve this

they put the milkshakes in the same bag as the burgers/fries - everything was stone cold. i requested a refund for the entire meal. They put stickers over the tops of the milkshake lids, they wont come off.

Bland burger no taste, it seemed like it was cooked and just left there ages. Unpleasant cold and again tasteless chips. Waste of money!
