Have just ordered....via phone as the website didn't specify whether one of our kebabs came with naan or pitta. We were told over the phone that they all come with naan as standard unless you have a kebab and chips combo....so then how come we have received our order of two kebabs...both in a pitta bread. Tried to call for a long time but apparently their mail box was full and when one call was picked up they put the phone down straight away. Decided to carry on and eat the now cold order, very mediocre food, no real flavour and most definitely a pitta bread. Our dog had the best dinner tonight. If they had answered that one phonecall then we may have been able to have a chat but with poor customer service it's just another badge on our 'do not order from' plaque!

They didn't pay my 2 weeks salary. The owner and his nephew are very rude and unwelcoming. I worked there for 3 months, they always mistreat with staffs.

Great service, they go the extra mile to get you what you want and the food is excellent! I couldn’t recommend enough!

This was by far the worst takeaway I’ve ever had. The Kebab was absolutely soaked in grease and the chips were cold and soggy. Please avoid

Being a regular customer for more than a year, its quite a disappointment of not get the ordered meal. 2 days back I ordered a cheese cake aling with kebab but the cheese cake never turned up. So I called the delivery guy and he said the shop didnt provide him with cheesecake..I called the shop and they said they have given the cheesecake and according to them it was the driver that stole the cheesecake..had no other optiom but to ask for a refund..Today it was the same case again..order the cheese cake and they are blaming the driver.. personally I didnt like the way the shopkeeper was speaking with me as if I am asking the cake for free..and ofcourse constantly blaming the driver for stealing the cheese cake.. dude, if u dnt wanma loose customer then plz dont do this stupid stunt then.. i belong from a country where I have seen far more deadly scams than ur doing it in here.

Didn’t receive drink with meal order

Ordered from here a few times but the last order I received was cold and looked like it was thrown in the container the pitta bread was placed on top not much salad or sauce and the meat was dry now lost my custom

They messed up my order rather than deal with it and sort it out I been told to call tommorow asked to sort it out and send correct item bloke hang up. Disgusting costumer service. Also food was cold. Old meat and chips warmed up rather than make fresh we were regular costumers NOT ANYMORE

Ordered food through uber eats, missed a call from delivery driver, chased it up, told by person of phone to eat his s**t, rude, disgusting behaviour. Reporter to uber eats got a full refund. Avoid, do not eat here.

I was feeling very hungry and getting late for work but order came late and it was cold i use just eat over Uber eats because your service was good in the past but since last few weeks I am experiencing same things on just eat too I want compensation for this thanks

The food was very nice. The deliveryman was also very nice and polite.

Usually the food is great. Sadly today it was awful. No "love" was being felt by the Kebab maker. Meat was dry and shrivelled ( Obviously from the day before). Salad was in chunks, extreme lack of cutting. Pitta was rock solid and had to be snapped. Will use them again and hope that this was an off day.

I love this takeaway :) I’m currently 7 months pregnant and craving fresh tomatoes so I asked if I could have some extra and man did they deliver! Very satisfied mumma thank you guys :)
