Mcdonald's Restaurants in Exeter

Very disappointed. We had our 2 Grandsons here and as a treat they had a Happy Meal which came without the toys - which is hard for little ones to understand. As for the food - it all had to be re-heated. The fries were pale and soggy, no crispness to them at all. One of the Big Macs looked like it had been thrown across the room - it was a mess inside the box. The Apple and shortcake McFlurry had hardly anything in it. Considering it all came to over £50 - it was a very poor service.

Missing all the dips, missing the Minecraft toy, burgers were cold had to warm in oven.

was tracking order and said he was at bridge rd. then rhe driver decided to go all the way back into town for there friends as he said to me was more important as I confronted him about his journey to me. food was stone cold and completely ruined our experience. sort your staff out

Philly cheese stack was good! But I didn’t get my double bacon cheese burger and triple cheeseburger instead I got two double cheeseburgers! Not gonna order again

I’ve been here so many times and every time i leave disappointed. Some Mcdonald’s are better than others and this one is in non league. Chips never seasoned properly burgers seem rushed. Maybe Exeter needs another one too take the pressure off! Who knows..

He forgot my sweet and sour sauce from McDonalds now I have to eat my McNuggets dry. Thanks (sarcasm)

Great food, less the rather poor breakfast flatbread. The rest was lovely. I just wanted to give a special mention to the chap outside the restaurant cleaning (it was about 9:30am if his bosses read this) who was so cheerful and polite, saying hello to everybody when they approached. Good food, clean place & nice staff.

They can never get the order right

They forgot my chips, my dip and a straw for my drink :( I was looking forward to the chips the most. Wouldn’t answer the phone when I rang and they only offer a refund for forgotten items

overall most of it was good, no missing items for once but today the food wasn't very hot at all but the fries were very cold and areas had VERY cold spots and REALLY soggy

Fish was not fresh ! Drink was half cup( no ice...u get less drink..service ...joke ..if u not in mood stay home!!!! Waste of money and time.

The kids' food was missing, and the driver who delivered took the bag from the car seat, it wasn't put in special luggage, that's why the food arrived cold!!

Absolutely shocking! Delivered food to someone else- when they’re supposed to give a code. Not the first time this has happened these drivers need sort it out!!

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Wait 35 minutes for a wrap that never turned up. There's always numerous cars parked up waiting for their order. This is supposed to be fast food...

Very slow service even when you have requested table service. The burgers and fries where luke warm /cold also the size of the burgers and fries are not worth the money spent as the big mac is the same size as there standard cheese burger with a thin burger in the middle.

Fries we're left off the order. Burger with cheese requested to be removed. Still in the burger even no cheese sticker on the box. Cold mayo chicken. Been calling the restaurant for the last 30 mins not got through once.

Good cheap coffee, dismal atmosphere

My order was delivered tonight at 21:34, it was a Large Big Mac with fries and a drink and a Large double Quarter Pounder with fries and drink and guess what ? The Big Mac was missing from our order ! That’s because you have moppets behind the counter !!! They are always talking and playing silly buggers. You have to wait a lot for your order even when you go to it there.

I know they work on the pressure but some of them are very grumpy. Thing missing from the order as well. Not the best Mc Donalds I'm afraid 😕

Food was cold, gave the rider a tip on order too. i wasn't expecting a delivery driver on bike as it quite far. won't be tipping on future orders

Got my free (with points from the mcdonald's app on previous spending) chips and drinks and very much enjoyed it in a relaxed atmosphere

from previous two orders delivered with wrong milkshakes. to now a plain burger was ordered amd came with everything in it, resulting to no meal for 1 person. but delivery was good

Constantly have to wait for food at the end of the drive through even at quite times. And the food is just warm at best and thrown together. Big thumbs down 👎

Our meal was very cold. The meals cost over £21 I feel the meal was not worth that. The only thing that was nice is the milkshakes ( but no straws to drink them)

food was cold and mozzarella sticks where rubbery and cold large coke was flat and not very nice at all won't be having this again as the delivery delivery driver went the wrong way ended up driving down the road to find my house ended up messaging me asking me if I had a delivery and i said yes he turned up in the ended and told me he went to the wrong house and didn't say sorry or anything for the confused it gave me and I have special needs and sometimes I find it hard to understand

Driver had several deliveries before mine which meant he had food for 45 minutes. All food was freezing cold by the time it arrived

Long Queues as always....finally when we got to order, to be told none of the new premium burgers available, when ordering the person taking the order, wasn't listening just moving on to "anything else" again long queues to the payment window, and when finally getting to our food, the order was taken incorrectly, even when I queried this, I was told "that's what we have on our screen" we sat at the window for almost 30 minutes to get our food. Really poor service!

Drinks leaked, were apparently missing from the order, and found 30mins later outside on the public pavement. Very disappointed, will not order again

the order said preparing for over an hour with the time going down and then up again over and over. I'm guessing it was sat there waiting for a while as it was stone cold when it arrived. Needless to say its in the bin and I'm 39 pound poorer for it

Ordered McDonald’s - originally the delivery time was supposed to be 25-35 mins, I got it an hour and 40 mins after I ordered, it was stone cold AND missing 3 items! Missing ketchup, garlic dip and my drink. Livid

Filthy restaurant and toilets. Very disappointed. Had to be in the Marsh Barton area for the afternoon and used for a pit stop before travelling home.

Food came on-time and was neatly packed.

App says delivered but it hasn't been. nobody knocked on the door. Asked for refund which they say they will look into and get back in 7 days. no options to say "not delivered". No options to write this anywhere. Laziness from delivery and poor options to complain.

Chicken and bacon wraps had no bacon in them, wrong items in the order and flat drinks. Food was barely warm. Plus no milkshakes...again! Go to get items swapped for the correct ones, only to be huffed at.

ordered a mac Donald's breakfast today and the food was cold and hot drinks were cold as well the drinks and the hot drinks were spilt everywhere and delivery driver kept changing the delivery times off the delivery and wasn't very good time keeping at all and need to improve the food being hot and not grecesy and sogy

It's a maccys so is what it is and all taste the same but its not as good as Tiverton maccys in terms of presentation.

Food is always the same , however the attitude of a particular staff member was disgustingly and condescending. I go to a few McDonald’s branches and I have never been spoken to like this. Also would not try to accommodate a menu change in the slightest without blaspheming. Totally disgusted!

when I got my order my the fries were cold and my granddaughter ordered a sprite but instead got water with a weird taste . As I said before everything was cold.

Located in the small retail park so plenty of free parking but it can be busy. Clean, good service everything you would expect from a decent McDonald's.

Closed at 1am despite advertising as open 24/7 ... This isn't the first incident this has happened.

Have tried this McDonald’s several times and every time it’s been crap. Always giving you the wrong items or no item at all, milkshake I swear on the one time the machine was operating it had gone sour. Always long wait times, seriously needs sorting out.

The food was replaced but by then I'd had it! 3/4 of it went in the McD bin. 2nd lot Chips- I'm sure they'd been partly fried then just plunged in to reheat them because they were quite hard and cardboard ish.

Delivery person could not find house as clearly didn’t look at house numbers, could not understand him on the phone and when food eventually arrived the majority was cold and both drinks had been spilt so had Jo drink ti go with the food

How do I go in order wait a while walk out to my car and the food is Luke warm to cold your prices keep going up but the service and quality is going down how do you justify this

Ordered for the kids and it kept on changing the time later and later. Then the delivery driver was circling the house and I had to walk to the end of the road to find him to get the food. The food was cold by the time we received this.

my orcas late and only half of it turned up.its nearly £20 pounds worth missing. this is a luxury I can't afford to happen. I have requested refunds in the passed and nothing happened. I will be using other delivery services from now on.

Something off about this place. Every time I go to this maccies I feel like I'm suffocating about 15 minutes after eating, I've got no known allergies or anything. I'm always fine with the one on the high street. So, I looked up "McDonald's allergy" first news story is a woman who experienced the exact same symptoms as me, in this exact same Maccies (of all the ones in the country), only a few months ago. She had to go to the hospital, and they never had a convincing reason why
