It's a maccys so is what it is and all taste the same but its not as good as Tiverton maccys in terms of presentation.

Ordered food when it was quiet, took 40 minutes and half of the food was missing. Course we’ll have a look.

Closed at 1am despite advertising as open 24/7 ... This isn't the first incident this has happened.

Located in the small retail park so plenty of free parking but it can be busy. Clean, good service everything you would expect from a decent McDonald's.

Have tried this McDonald’s several times and every time it’s been crap. Always giving you the wrong items or no item at all, milkshake I swear on the one time the machine was operating it had gone sour. Always long wait times, seriously needs sorting out.

Chips were barely warm and burger was cold. Drinks- I wanted hot drink but no hot chocolate. The food was replaced but by then I'd had it! 3/4 of it went in the McD bin. 2nd lot Chips- I'm sure they'd been partly fried then just plunged in to reheat them because they were quite hard and cardboard ish.

It's a mcdonald's hard to not give 5 star unless it's really dirty or you have never been to a mcdonald's before Always clean and tidy and knows when you ask for extra pickles you get them

Delivery person could not find house as clearly didn’t look at house numbers, could not understand him on the phone and when food eventually arrived the majority was cold and both drinks had been spilt so had Jo drink ti go with the food

over half of my drink was spilt in the bag. smallest portion of chips and it was all cold!

How do I go in order wait a while walk out to my car and the food is Luke warm to cold your prices keep going up but the service and quality is going down how do you justify this

Ordered for the kids and it kept on changing the time later and later. Then the delivery driver was circling the house and I had to walk to the end of the road to find him to get the food. The food was cold by the time we received this.

my orcas late and only half of it turned up.its nearly £20 pounds worth missing. this is a luxury I can't afford to happen. I have requested refunds in the passed and nothing happened. I will be using other delivery services from now on.

Something off about this place. Every time I go to this maccies I feel like I'm suffocating about 15 minutes after eating, I've got no known allergies or anything. I'm always fine with the one on the high street. So, I looked up "McDonald's allergy" first news story is a woman who experienced the exact same symptoms as me, in this exact same Maccies (of all the ones in the country), only a few months ago. She had to go to the hospital, and they never had a convincing reason why

Usually don’t do google reviews or reviews in general, and especially not bad ones, but this McDonald’s is shockingly horrible in every metric you can imagine and even worse in ways you can’t

food is great however i ordered 20 chicken nuggets with 6 dips and they bought it to my car with no dips and when i pointed this out they just left me sitting in my car untill i had to go inside and request the dips and the manager still insisted i must show her my till slip to prove i had ordered the sauces and then grudgingly gave them to me which was to me a thouroughly demeaning and humiliating way to treat us mc donalds customers and i dont plan to return due to this

Very slow service, waited at least 20 for the food on Monday evening. Some small mistakes in the order. Member of staff was cleaning the tables. Overall just ok.

Order boards for self sevice were not working, so they went counter order a wrap, and a regular black coffee was not put through a meal deal, so I ended up paying full price, so I won't be going there again sorry 😐

It's an ok McDonald's. Mostly gets it right though funny attitude towards ketchup requests in the app (IE don't give them out quite often)

Arrived again and it’s closed! Lights on and closed this is constantly happening if you are not going to open don’t advertise you are 24/7 there is staff in the building and the door is closed

A standard McDonald's, normally very busy but that is expected given the location. Food is fine but sadly they constantly get drinks wrong, mixing up sugar free and non sugar free drinks. Front of house staff are very friendly.

As an ex McDonald's employee - the food here was vile today!! A medium fries had barely half in it, and they were all cold, as well as the other portions of fries. Quarter pounder had 2 tiny pieces of onion and hardly any ketchup. Cold and dry. Would have taken it back if we weren't in a rush. Disgusting!

We were really impressed with this branch. Lovey customer service and incredibly tidy - top marks to Mark and his colleague who kept the cafe exceptionally clean.

McDonald's is like any other place. There's always a woman there, grey hair, glasses. Might be management. Whenever we see her, she's amazing, so friendly. I do think sometimes staff are a tad lazy as the burgers come to the table almost falling apart.

Coke was all over the burgers and only half if not less of the actual coke in the cup!

That was without question the worst food that I have ever bought from anywhere. It was a 25 minute wait (I actually think that they must have put the order together and then forgotten about it). Absolutely stone cold by the time I drove the 3 minute drive home.

Driver didn’t know where my address was so I had to go meet him. One of my sprites was burst. I had a missing fries and none of my sauces were there and food was freezing cold. This is unacceptable

Unfortunately there is no option at order kiosk to remove onions from big tasty, one of our big tasty burgers came with no onions, chips weren't salted and even had to ask for our child's drink with her happy meal......poor show really and not the first time.

Quick service, busy but good vibe

Driving was halfway on his way.Then it sort of stopped and took another ten minutes. Food was coed when it arrived.

2am driving back from the airport and decided to call in the drive through. Had to repeat the order 3 times over the speaker and again at the first window. Something like 10+ mins later our food arrived (remember this was 2am and we were the only customers) and it was cold, without the dip that comes with the cheesy things. I have no idea how that much can go wrong in those circumstances? Wouldn't visit again.

Rider knew the area and the quickest route by the time I saw the notification the order had been collected and walked to my door he was there.

Gave us wrong drink order, then corrected it after I managed to get an employee not to just ignore me at the counter. Then the galaxy hot chocolate I ordered was basically dish water. Absolutely shocking.

Most of order was missing no fries for any of the 5 meals, all drinks where wrong, no apple pies no dips. Burgers were all we got food wise other than chicken strips all of what was cold. Dunno how can get an order so wrong. So disappointed as it cost £62.
