Ordered through user eats bbq ribs and Frank's hot ribs , they came burnt , stale and with no meat on them. Some mediocre chips with hot dogs. I'm really shocked that I paid £50.00 plus for This. The quality of food has gone out of the window nowadays , I wander is it worth even ordering as no love , passion, or care has been taken to prepare this as you can see below dehydrated, stale and burnt ribs.

Food is lovely . Order a garlic dip sauce though with my order and driver came back with it a few minutes after delivering my order and it wasn’t garlic dip . & didn’t try it . it’s a different type sauce 🧐 not garlic anyway . ? SO I USED MY OWN SAUCE FROM MY FRIDGE AT HOME 😊 other than that amazing kebab pizza yum

We ordered 2 chicken tikka kebabs tonight, one with salad , peppers and onions one without salad. They arrived well within the time that was allocated but both had salad on and very little chicken which wax definitely not chicken tikka very disappointing we will NEVER oversee from here again an absolute waste of money 🤬

I ordered pizza meal deal tonight , 2 pizzas, garlic bread, 2 fries and 2 cans. Amazing value and amazing food. Brilliant customer service and friendly driver. Keep up the hard work guys!

Waited 2 and a half hours in all and still didn’t receive the food. Called 3 times over the space of an hour and the lad told me the same every time. It isn’t here so it must be out for delivery. He didn’t seem to have a clue where it was. Asked him to ask the driver and give me a time and he just told me to get a refund and he didn’t know where it was or what happened to it. Awful service.

The pizza was absolutely delicious, fresh ingredients, great flavor, and perfectly cooked! The staff was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience enjoyable. We’ll definitely be coming back!

While I was eating my salad and chicken kebab, I had to quickly spit out something hard, to me it looks like a piece of glass or clear plastic, I did show them pictures but they never even apologised.

Everytime I place an order in this branch they consistently get in wrong, wether it's in store / on line / app.. your always going to get a mistake, but to consistently get it wrong is unacceptable... Always issues in this store 🙄... Never again ( when it's kids that's disappointed it's just not good enough....won't be dealing with yous again
