It was a takeaway order. Tandoori chicken was burnt half of it. I found out after opening up my box at home. I’m feeling sick now. I had to wait 45mins !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Everyone was getting food !!! No news for my food. They forgot about my food. Then guy was teasing me saying it takes 10/15mins to cook and I have waited 45mins!!!!! One of the guy was Super Argumentative and have bad attitude !!! They also put up the price !!!!! JUST Don’t Go there

About the food the chips were luke warm and fish was overcooked as this was a takeaway establishment, placed order on the phone arrived at the Times specified that my takeaway will be ready had to wait a little bit longer than booked time, St Neots has a variety of fish and chip shops my decision will not be using again

Worst kebab ever. The meat must have been in the tray for hours as was dry and hard. The chilli sauce was the consistency of paste. When home and opened the bread kebab was missing so just kebab meat and salad. Crap won’t go there again

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this fried chicken shop practically begged for one—just not the kind they’d want. First off, the smell when I walked in should have been my first warning sign. Not the mouth-watering aroma of crispy, seasoned chicken, but an off-putting, greasy stench that made me wonder how often they clean their fryers—if ever. Then came the prices. I don’t mind paying a little extra for quality, but this place is charging gourmet prices for what tastes like reheated gas station leftovers. My chicken was greasy, overcooked on the outside, and somehow still rubbery and cold in the middle. I’ve had better fried chicken at 2 a.m. from a vending machine. As for the customer service—if you enjoy being ignored, glared at, and treated like you're inconveniencing the staff just by existing, then congratulations, you’ve found your happy place. Otherwise, expect to be spoken to with all the warmth of a delivery employee on their worst day. Bottom line: this place is a total rip-off. The food stinks (literally and figuratively), the service is abysmal, and the prices are borderline insulting. Avoid like the plague.

Too slow service, staff barely move, body language says they would rather not be there. My drinks and ice-cream was made as soon as ordering was placed. So, hot drink got cold, ice-cream melted. It was remade but a bit of common sense can prevent waste

First time visiting since new owners took over and the chips were the best I’ve had from any chippy. Really Pleased as it’s my local. Keep up the good work

Chips were deffo cooked the night before. Made me think I was eating soggy cardboard and the battered sausage wasnt big enough for my liking. I usually expect 10 incher sausage to be shoved forcefully down my throat but no. Batter was soggy aswell.

The worst kebab in Wellingborough! No care taken at all. All thrown in the box, chips were mush and cold and the cheese half melted and in a clump. So much mayo on the kebab it’s in edible! To top it off when I called to complain. I spoke to a very rude man who at first tried to make out it wasn’t his shop that I had ordered from, when he finally found my order he then proceeded to tell me he’d never had a complaint in 20 years and that it’s the ‘best kebab in Wellingborough’ Gave it to my dog… she didn’t even wanna know!

My 8 year old son ordered a plain bacon sandwich and I thought it was expensive. I asked for the receipt and realised he charged him for a veggie deluxe (8.99) with double bacon (£4.00). I must stress it was a plain baguette with bacon, no veggie deluxe, not even salad or sauce. He tried to say it was because of the till and if we had ordered chicken bacon it would have been cheaper. Really wish I took a photo. Absolute rip off merchant!!!! Same sandwich in Bagshot subway is £4.80 on the breakfast menu and the girls is friendly and polite!

Perfect food I love it will definitely be ordering again
