Dry good service and polite staff

It was terrible experience from them , lamb was dry and chicken was not good and hygiene level was so low and staff was touching each other and one of them staff was putting his finger to his nose and he didn’t wash his hand after this very unhinged place and I just serch on google they have 2 star hygiene ratting very bad food and very disgusting place. Do not go there. Otherwise just go to king kebab, Dixy or millennium. This place is much better than this place. This restaurant is also well hygiene not like flames grill

Gran lugar y ubicación con buena comida y se podía decir que estaba fresco y directamente fuera del horno y el restaurante estaba limpio también. También el personal era muy servicial y amable.

I have just had another order delivered from this shop Once again it was excellent, piping hot and a very friendly delivery driver. My order also arrived within 30 mins. Very highly recommended. THANKYOU

I thought I'd support a local business so found myself popping in for a quick bite. Prime location right opposite Cardiff castle with plenty of seating so was expecting good things but unfortunately was left disappointed. Even though we were the only customers in at the time the service was slow and I had to keep getting up to pick up my order bit by bit even though there was additional staff just hanging around. If you do decide to check this place out don't order a milkshake as it was essentially an overpriced cup of milk with a hint of the chocolate bar stirred in.... after a couple of sips of the milk couldn't drink no more. The place has potential if they upped their game ...

Food is not fresh at all. Burger buns were stale. Chicken was dry and tasted like it was reheated from yesterday. Prices are on the cheaper side but the food is poor quality and you’re risking getting food poisoning. Awful takeaway. Would not recommend.

Had burger and pizzas for my boys, food was good, nice and fresh and the young lad who cooked and served us was a credit to them

For my entire adult life - this is my goto gor some chicken pakora, garlic naan and chips - classy choice I know.

The ladies from this McDonald’s should be all fired. I ordered from the app and then order wasn’t cancelled or anything. The woman said I have to cancel it through the app that couldn’t be done and she said she’s gonna show me how you get your refund on the app she went to the back. She never even came back out so she should be fired And I’ve spent a tenner and they have not acknowledged my receipt on the app as your virtual system is a tool

Forgot my kid's fruit bag again 🙄

Won't use this one again. Food average and and the last 2 visits had the wrong food. 1st missing burger. 2nd had half of someone else's order. And this time no dip and I asked for no cucumber in the wrap. Surprise surprise it had cucumber in both!!! Was on my way down m6 so juts binned the wraps. Awful.

5 pounds for salad and the place is really convenient for travelling.
