Terrible experience. Food was cold and the worst is their hot chocolate is so blunt. It tastes like just hot water. TASTELESS. Even if you put many sugar in it, it just tastes lang hot water with sugar. Never coming back here.

Cirencester McDonald's all-around is a lot fresher, cleaner and quieter than Cheltenham stores.

Some of the best service I’ve had recently… ANYWHERE! - especially at the time I ordered (around 1am). Staff is lovely and more than willing to help! (All staff on the 29th of March around 1am need to be congratulated in a big way!).

Worst McDonalda i have ever had, food really cold, i even sent my big mac back , not normally and the one i got back was just as cold, ervice slow too and had to clean our own table, my advice would be to avoid it.im never goin there again.

Ordered donner burger with chips and drink as better value as a meal than just the donner burger on its own. Donner burgers taste lovely but the drinks taste cheap and isn't a massive choice.

We had Memphis meals from Burger King last night ,its was really delicious, best burgers😊,was a great experience.it was really busy but The food was hot and fresh. The managers and staff were really welcoming. And the restaurant was clean 😊 Honestly amazing highly reccomend.
