McDonald's in Adur

Always good service from this McDonald's. Only dropped a star as there were no fruit bags left and I had to have carrots even though I'd paid for a fruit bag. Better service than the one at Southend Airport which is actually nearer for me.

The delivers the wrong food and we spent 30£ and it took like and hour and we were verry hungry it’s verry bad service

Typical Macdonald's. You get exactly what you'd expect. It was busy when we visited so food took a little longer than expected. This particular restaurant has a very badly laid out car park with cars queuing for the drive-through spilling onto the road, preventing access for people who want to park.

The other day I was walking along with my disabled mother who is in a wheelchair I had to go into the road as all your delivery drivers were parked on the pavement I found this very distressing I hope this problem can be resolved as lm thinking of going to my local council and MP before there is an accident thank you for your time

Drive through for 2 sausage and egg and 2 hash browns. Got home and no hash browns. This is not the first time something has been missed. CHECK YOU ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE.

Last 2 orders both had issues. Drive through - had items missing Delivery previous to this also has items missing. Very little care taken. Branch seems to be overwhelmed with delivery collections and not coping. Car park is frequently full with queues onto the road

It's Mc Donalds. Not really much to say! Small car park, can park in it if you avoid usual busy times. Drive through is good and there is a good amount of seating and tables inside.

Consistently cannot pack all of my ordered items into the takeaway bag. Really concerning....

Can not be trusted to get all of the items correct. Not the first time I’ve tried a delivery and food has been missing. Impossible to contact anyone and no refund offered by Uber. Imagine the amount of money they are stealing from customers over the year.

Orders online through justest, not only did they make us wait 2hrs for our food but EVERYTHING can stone cold, all the warm food was in eatable. The drinks we ordered had been left for so long they no longer had ice, and the ice creams where just a liquid pretty much. Very disappointed, we was going to cancel or order but because it was stuck on 'driver at restarsunt' for so long we couldnt. YOU SHOULD NOT MAKE CUSTOMERS WAIT THAT LONG AND DISH THEM STUFF UP WHICH IS NON EDITABLE. This is a disgrace.

Service is very good. I found few times they do mistakes to give my order. Today I ordered 4 chicken mayo, 2 fires and 3 piece of mazarolla stick. I take my food to home . My young daughter was crying she didn't get her Mazarolla stick. Straight way I go to branch and ask to manager , he apologies and give me 2 portion of this. I hope they will improve the service check the food before serve the customers. Sorry say fast time when they miss it I didn't ask to refund or food. This time I was bit angry 🤬😡. Hope they will improve their service and concentrate it .

Visiting customers now pay the price for what has become a failing business model. In their greedy efforts to try and fulfil every combination of food request without adequate investment, fast food outlet has become a misnomer. Their bread & butter customers who make the effort to physically visit the restaurant are kept waiting, while staff service deliveries. The drive thru is no longer a drive thru but a drive 'park up' and wait. Usually without an apology. Orders are frequently wrong. The last time I ordered a meal, having left the restaurant, the Coke Zero had zero bubbles. It's pointless complaining, the workers just look bemused. You never see a manager. This McDonald's has become a no-go eatery!

i saw an employee named “brandon” guzzle down my heavily desired chocolate milkshake, even spilling some down his top sinking into his gorges of fat, he than sunk his obtuse finger deep into his belly button and smear it across my big mac, nothing short of disgusting, he than appeared to fiddle his mango stick in-front of the year 2 borough sports team, surely scarring them before there hard earned 400m relay, (clearly sharing his hatred of excercise, if you couldnt already tell by his big mac of a belly.

Food was bloody brilliant, But one worker didn’t stop harassing me for my hard work money , i’m not sure of his name but he was quite plump and had orange hair , i told him several time i was skint but no he forced me to pay 20 pound to his charity pot and he didn’t put the money the pot apparently his pocket was the pot, i didn’t appreciate this as he stunk and ruined my meal . i wouldn’t recommend this mcdonald’s, i shouted he’s trying to touch my johnson and no one cared like this was the bread and butter for brandon ,disgraceful

One of the 4 menus we bought last week was missing, I went again today and checked my order one by one, this time the wrong menu came out of the order, I went 4 miles from home again and changed my food.Service quality does not increase just by saying sorry.

Waited 40 mins to get served as they were only serving the other lane - I could not reverse out and queue in the one working one as there were cars behind me - the man behind got out and walked round to the window to ask if we could be served -in total spent 49 mins in the queue waiting for a cold meal cold burger and soggy chips - unacceptable and now becoming g more normal for poor customer service with no apology and I coukd not be bothered to go back and complain and they never answer their phone A joke can’t wait for Wendy’s to open in the high street

We know you have to check your items whilst still at the drive thru window with this place as they’ve not packed paid items numerous times. Today tho they’ve stepped it up…all the boxes were there, for home, 2 boxes of their new share boxes (12 nuggets + 6 strips) costing £11 a box had 4 nuggets and 5 strips in one and 6 nuggets and 5 strips in the other. Our 4 double cheeseburgers were all single cheeseburgers too. So we’d have had to open the actual items to spot this. Done with them. Every single time

Quick service to table excellent staff chicken nuggets a bit dry however the mc crispy is 10/10 get that instead

There was a queue to get in at 2.35 in the pm. Takeaway drivers using a lot of parking, and blocking the standing area. There was a long queue for food but it did go down reasonably quick. Someone shouts out your number when it's ready, but you don't always hear it 1st time. I won't rush to go back, all the McD outlets have a poor management of Takeaway firms, in my opinion.

A great place and very good staff

I was good and had a chicken and bacon salad. It was a bed of rocket two slices of a large tomato, two slices of cucumber, two slices of bacon (is it really bacon??) Two small pieces of really tasty chicken. No option of mayonnaise, which considering they serve it in their chicken burgers seemed a shame. The paper cutlery is a joke, the knife did cut and the fork bent. Service was fine.

Absolutely awful experience,we go there regularly but last night was just the worst,men waiting to collect on line food orders just took over the lobby,40 minutes waiting then food was barely warm,Luke warm coffee ,we wanted to take it back but needed to be on our way. Separate waiting area is needed for on line orders,quite honestly something has to be done.£15 wasted.

Best one out of the Southend maccers hands down. Foods quick, hot, brought to the table everytime. Two more mature women that usually work the floor, doing face painting, making sure everything is good. They're brilliant. They deserve a raise. Plus they got a worker in there called Yasmin. Absolute 🔥, always smiling, always polite and friendly, looks banging in the uniform, she deserves a raise too. 👍🏻👍🏻

Great service inside on Easter Sunday. Even nicer to see the outside environment kept tidy for the surrounding community. Didn't catch the chap in car parks name. However a credit to your restaurant and just as important a job.

Food was "McDonald's' so always good. Staff were hectic and not much customer service for people waiting going on but that being said they were eternally busy and rushed off their feet as it was Friday night, They seemed to be concentration on the just eat and uber eat orders butI got it in the end. Seriously, we are reviewing McDonalds now? It's fast food, mediocre as expected. Excellent if you are in the area and require sustenance. As cheap and reliable as any other Maccie D's........hopefully you aren't expecting anything more than cheap fast food, if you are, you will be disappointed.

We were there just after 7pm bit of a wait. Lots of deliveries being prepared which slowed down the service, for eating in. Food was as expected from McDonald's.

We was very wet and cold due to massive rain storm.so used McDonald's to get dry and warm and have something to eat. Couldn't have picked a better place, staff helpful and so polite.

We nt into to restaurant to get a breakfast. I was in a wheelchair and struggling with the self service boards a lovely young lady named Yasmin came and helped me out. A credit to the branch x

Wrote a 5 star review over two years ago and I still value this branch. My food is always what it should be, hot and delivered quickly to table. Staff are kind, polite and friendly. Level of cleanliness (floors, tables, chairs, loos), is a strong point in my loyalty to this branch.

Popped through the drivethru whilst on the road. Both workers on the drive thru hatches were very polite and actually seemed like they enjoyed their jobs. Food was hot and tasted good and wasn't greasy. Everything was alright

The best McD in Sussex. The food is always hot and the staff are very efficient and kind. The tables were cleaned very quickly and got help with cleaning the tray. I've tried drive thru and eat-in and both served hot food.

Love this McDonald's! The food is always hot, fresh and of good quality. Staff are friendly and often crack a joke with you. Drive-through can get rammed around school leaving times and 5/ 6 o'clock but with two drive-through order stations you get through quickly! There is ample parking for all vehicles although you are restricted for drive-through (1.8m I think!?) The actual restaurant is clean and not normally too busy! Except school and dinner times. There is an inside and outside area, both kid friendly. The toilets are looked after and checked regularly and all is wheelchair friendly right from car to toilet!

Just a basic breakfast We ordered a standard breakfast, but minus ingredients. Served as ordered.

By far the best McDonald’s in the area it does get busy but if you end up there at any not busy time of the day it will give you the highest standard food and service McDonald’s can give. The high street McDonald’s are becoming a vulnerable places to go and let alone in the summer the waits can literally go to around an hour it’s just not worth it. Just take the extra drive here and enjoy your McDonald’s 10x more!

This used to be my local branch, not every week though when I lived in Southend. Depending when you go in it can be a bit rough but the food was ok and the staff are friendly and hard working.

I sometimes wonder how you rate a major brand, but today was easy. 1, staff non engaging, no eye contact, no smiles. 2, order screen not working, very hard to hear your order number,a raise voice would have helped. In their defense the place was packed, with bag apon bags of delivery orders. Which seems to take priority over people waiting in the place. Unfortunately not the best experience

Usual McDonald's fare. Still reasonable prices in a cost of living crisis. Clean and reasonably efficient despite a congested drive-thru and quite a number of customers queueing in the restaurant itself. Friendly and helpful staff.

I had a pleasant experience at McDonald's in Southchurch. The food was delicious, and the staff were friendly and efficient. The only setback I encountered was the difficulty in finding a parking space. Despite that, the overall dining experience was enjoyable, and I would recommend this location for a tasty meal.
