I went here quite recently and bought a bag of small chips, best chips I've had. The woman who works there was really kind and nice. 10/10 would recommend!

Mick's Chips is an absolute gem in Lancing! The staff couldn't be friendlier, making my first visit feel like I've been a regular for years. And the food? Oh, it's simply delicious! From crispy golden chips to perfectly battered fish, Mick's has mastered the art of comfort food. A must-try for anyone new to the area or just craving some top-notch fish and chips!

Been going there for years for by far the best fish and chips. The owner Mai is always so friendly and her young helpers always do a great job. You cant beat this great place.

The best fish and chips I’ve had in a long time, only takes cash which was annoying, but delicious savoury batter and perfectly cooked chips made me forgive them.

Micks chips is great. May knows all her regular customers very well and always has a smile on her face. She serves up the best fish and chips in Sussex that I’ve tried and I highly recommend that you give her food a try.

Large cod and small chips ample portion for dinner, if your hungry small cod wouldn't do it. Price compares with other chip shops around. Staff friendly first time using this establishment would defo visit again! 😁

We've visited Mick's Chips for many years now and the quality has always been top notch! Mai and the team are very friendly and it's always a pleasure to talk whilst waiting. First time trying this food place, and I absolutely loved it. Wasn't too greasey, big portions, good value, easy parking, polite staff. I have tried all the fish bars in Lancing and this one is my number one.

Giving this place a 4 out of 5. Food was tasty and good quality however I paid £9.80 for medium cod, small chips and curry sauce which compared to other places I quite expensive! I would recommend this place but I probably wouldn't return just because of the cost

Chips were great but ordered large Cod which I think was £6.50 was half the size of the other fish and chip shops in Lancing wouldn't use again

Good grub, perfectly cooked and Mai makes you believe you are the most important person in the world. Love it !!!!! UPDATE 30/05/18: Would confidently say "Best in Sussex" UPDATE. Phoned in my order today for first time. Ready bang on time. Food as delicious as always.

Very friendly clean and welcoming, payment taken first then food cooked as I waited, was able to take a seat till my order was ready, was asked if salt and vinegar, before being wrapped, and the chips and fish was wrapped separately, before being bagged, then called to the counter, to take my order, it was lovely to hear the sound of hot oil as the fish and chips, where cooking, and that lovely smell as the vinger meet the hot chips, batter light, nice fish, chips a good size and enjoyable, and after a 20 minute car trip, home Where still hot, and no grease,

Absolutely beautiful fish and chips, perfectly cooked, good crispy batter. Really good portion sizes at a good price. Best bit is I only live a short walk away.

Can’t fault the food or the service, however, I paid for a medium cod, but it was the smallest piece of fish I’ve ever been given - almost child sized.... Perfect batter and good chips

Shop is well organised for current social distancing guidelines. Food was very tasty and piping hot. Good menu selection at reasonable prices, We had pies, battered sausages, nuggets and chips. Staff are friendly and helpful, just remember to take cash, as they don't take cards

Had takeaway here a few times now and it’s lovely! The chips are so fresh and not greasy. Only wish a vegan side was available or more details available for vegans.

Best ever. Granddaughters reckon chicken Nuggets are better than MacD. Chips are tasty and fish always fresh. And we love the sausages in batter too. Mai is so lovely and always has a smile. Been using here since moving to the area in 2007.

Been coming here for many years and is No1 for fish and chips for us. The food is freshly cooked on order which can mean a little wait but it is worth it. Usual alternatives available i.e. batter sausages, fish cakes etc, and batter always crispy and light. There is an OAP menu for smaller appetites. Reasonable price - don't forget fish and chips is no longer a cheap meal anywhere. Mai is very friendly and always a pleasant visit. Parking just outside or on the road adjacent.

Portions of chips in this shop are really small if you go in and ask for a bag of chips it’s minimal and even the large chips are roughly the same size as you would get elsewhere for the small chips price. Been here a few times and always the same more about money than quality and quantity

I’m a lorry driver and I travel all over the country. I can honestly say that the Chicken that they cook at Micks is the best I’ve been to Micks Chips several times when I’m parked up nearby and I’ve never had a bad meal. I would high recommend a visit.
