There was no dips I open the bag and the burger boxes where open even the share box and the food turnt up cold I’m fuming like

Amazing on time, lovely a warm

Food was delivered within the initial timeframe, and eventually towards the beginning of that range. The order correct with all extras, eg straws etc (not always the case). Downside was the food was cold (again), which nicely matched the milkshake. This happens far to often and is now the norm. It's a massive bonus if there is any heat in the food!

The only complaint I have is that the plain double cheeseburger was missing.

Driver went around and did some things for himself before delivering my food which then made my food cold when delivered

I have been charged twice for one order.

Staff have no idea what’s going on and the manager was so rude! She shouldn’t be allowed to speak to customers or even in that position if she can’t cope with resolving problems. Never had that experience at another McDonald’s before so this was a complete let down! I’ve put this through as a complaint on their website.

Wet quick delivery process. Normally my ice cream is melted but it was perfect!

my food was cold chips i had to heat but you can't heat a burger cause of salad which made the burger not taste like advertised 😢. And following delivery it stayed somewhere which i thought was on a pedal bike & I paid £4.25 for that service

No dips or napkins at all. Being a former employee this was a must and we understood the importance of these items. Ruined my meal, dry and disappointing!

Standard fare from McDonald's. Food was delivered hot (KFC take note, it can be done), and on time. Excellent!

When my order is delivered incomplete, especially when thr the burger being the main part is missing, your policy of how to deal with this is terrible. McDonald's say it's not their fault (probably was let's face it) but all they do is refer me to you. All I can do with you is request a refund which will arrive in 7 days time. No thought at all for customer. No way between you and the 'restaurant' to rectify the error. In this day and age where customer service is so important. TERRIBLE

I would like a refund please because I ordered a quarter pound cheeseburger with cheese and a small tea ice cream and a cream shake but I didn’t get my large chips and I was wondering could I please get a refund?

The chips were freezing cold and the ketchup pots were forgotten.

The order is all wrong. 2 meals have come without the boxes, toys and fries. Also it’s stone cold, very disappointed children here.

This is the second time I’ve had issues with Shoreham McDonald’s really disappointed-cold food and food missing, no straws and dips which we paid for! Really disappointing!

Brilliant service my colleague and I who have visible disability were served by Cindy who helped us to negotiate the check in service machine. Without her I don’t know what we would have done thank you a very kind lady.

The reason it was late was not due to the delivery driver. He was fine, the reason it was late was due to Just Eats navigation system. This clearly does not follow google maps, my house is hard to find but IS on google maps. The entry is from the north side, but your navigation system took the driver to the south side. Meaning not only was he lost, but it also mean to had to climb up onto my 8ft garden wall and sit there waiting for him in the cold to wait for him to see me. Please update this

Great quick service, screen was a bit glitchy. Slightly dirty but overall good quality.
