Took over an hour to tell me my order was cancelled and now I can’t even leave a review on that order funny that

Marked as delivered, never arrived phoned the store they haven’t been doing just eat orders in over 24 hours so money has been taken and no goods

Absolutely appalling service. I have been waiting 3 and a half hrs for my delivery!

Latte wasn’t delivered. Food was just warm. 1 item Slightly burnt

This is the second time I’ve had issues with Shoreham McDonald’s really disappointed-cold food and food missing, no straws and dips which we paid for! Really disappointing!

Brilliant service my colleague and I who have visible disability were served by Cindy who helped us to negotiate the check in service machine. Without her I don’t know what we would have done thank you a very kind lady.

The reason it was late was not due to the delivery driver. He was fine, the reason it was late was due to Just Eats navigation system. This clearly does not follow google maps, my house is hard to find but IS on google maps. The entry is from the north side, but your navigation system took the driver to the south side. Meaning not only was he lost, but it also mean to had to climb up onto my 8ft garden wall and sit there waiting for him in the cold to wait for him to see me. Please update this

I ordered my food and when I got it I was missing a meal and all of my items were cold so I thought I would contact someone too what I was told that my food was delivered in proper time even tho it was cold from the moment I got it. Further more the two customer service people I spoke too Salman Khan and mfayya5 were very rude and not helpful I am hungry and very disappointed with this order CBD70 ( I was refunded £2.34) for a meal!?!?!?

One of the worse meals we’ve had from here. Ordered large drink and got a small. Ordered large milkshake and it was 1/4 full. Large chips - 1/4 full. Driver did 3 stops before us so it was all cold. Just don’t bother
