Was given 9 chicken selects instead of the ordered 9 chicken nuggets

Wrong muffin sent two sausage ones and I ordered one of each

Missing cookie, doughnut, dips and straws yet again

Half the order was missing - thanks McDonald's! This is unfortunately not a rare occurrence. Worse the bags were soaked on arrival, and half of the remaining order ended up deposited on the ground. Telling us to contact support is totally pointless as it is nigh impossible to contact them and then takes weeks to get anything back. On the plus side, the burgers were intact (relatively), albeit cold (as standard). Absolutely abysmal!

It turn up cold and took much longer then estimated time it just kept on changing the time!

relieved my big mac with NO burger in it at all just extra sauce and cheese. honestly very shocked about this usually never happens and quite disappointed as well when I excepted a burger

ordered a wrap meal, didn’t pack the wrap, nor any sauces and chips all out in the bag.

Driver was abysmal coke spilled not even a quarter of a cup and all ocer the food!!!

If I could give no stars it would be I ordered chicken nuggets chicken select meal sprite and mozzarella sticks what arrived was a driver delivering a sopping wet bag with the sprite dripping out of it …. The ticket in the bag clearly showing what the order was … I asked driver where the food was he said not my fault well of course it is he is driver to make sure he has the order but he did not understand what I said and left with no food being delivered and only sprite leaking everywhere!!

absolutely appealing, second in a row now multiple meal items missing and food soo cold I'm questioning if it was even been cooked as it came out the freezer. APPALLING!!!

The delivery was quick, but there was no sauces or dips and no straws or serviette with our order. Disappointing

the chips were really undercooked and I ordered a large but got the exact same amount as my partner who had a medium, which was disappointing

funny how you left my food out- good job the kids was there 😏 can you stick the hash brown in it instead of charging for it on the side plz 😉 and the vanilla is only just bearable with a shot or 2 😜

Food was delivered within the initial timeframe, and eventually towards the beginning of that range. The order correct with all extras, eg straws etc (not always the case). Downside was the food was cold (again), which nicely matched the milkshake. This happens far to often and is now the norm. It's a massive bonus if there is any heat in the food!

The only complaint I have is that the plain double cheeseburger was missing.

Staff have no idea what’s going on and the manager was so rude! She shouldn’t be allowed to speak to customers or even in that position if she can’t cope with resolving problems. Never had that experience at another McDonald’s before so this was a complete let down! I’ve put this through as a complaint on their website.

No dips or napkins at all. Being a former employee this was a must and we understood the importance of these items. Ruined my meal, dry and disappointing!

Standard fare from McDonald's. Food was delivered hot (KFC take note, it can be done), and on time. Excellent!

Order was late, we received someone else’s whole entire order.. we couldn’t eat it as it wasn’t what we wanted. Just eat we’re great and refunded me. The delivery driver needs better training!
