McDonald's in Chichester

Never have anything.at least 3 months no frappe other day no soft drinks the 2 nights I ordered bbq stack and surprise surprise no stack sauce so went night after and no stack boxes so didn't have anything to package it in rubbish place

completely wrong order delivered. no food just 2 bags of drinks. I returned delivery to driver and it cost me £24 yet you only want refund £21. what is that all about so you get extra money for a error that I have got to reorder.amd £3 down.

Food is cold, when handed my order.. the drink was pouring out the paper bag and the drink is half gone

Staff very helpful. Clean, tidy, fast service. Even when had substitution to meal.

Order from here regularly and they CANNOT get an order right... the coke is mostly soda water and tastes vile. The food always arrives at room temperature. And they CANNOT put sauces in whether you pay for them or not. just sick of it! Edit: once again, cannot get it right …. I almost threw up when I bit into this !!

Leo was very friendly when I came in showed me how to do the £5 meal deal on kiosk. Worked really hard on lobby . Same goes for the front worker Ethan . Gave me food and it was nice and hot Brilliant service well done boys keep it up !!

I must start by saying this must be one of the cleanest stores in the country. Good food, but a bit slow with getting it to the customer when there is no one in the restaurant. 5 stars for the cleaning staff.

Mcdonalds are pretty much the same all overthe uk. Barely warm food and hot drink, a burger that looks as though it has been thrown together from some distance. If you are lucky you won't get soggy fries but they will probably be cold.

From the order time it was estimate 15-30 mins. The food arrived 1 hour and 25 mins later. The food was tepid at best so clearly been sat for some time as the restaurant was no more than 1 mile away. I know that sounds lazy but I was at work and could not leave the pub. Overall an appalling service, I would not recommend or use again

This states it 24 hours but it eat is always blocked off by cones and bins. Either the staff don’t want to work or change the opening time from 24 hours. Lights are always on but always locked.

The food here is hit and miss. We've had orders missing items, the wrong order and recently a rather odd burger with a mound of pickles. Why did they stop having tomatoes in burgers? Or as an extra option? We had the "Christmas " specials which were just normal Mc flurry but hey it was working for a change!

Given that this restaurant is just 1 mile away 45 minutes delivery is crazy. The order that turned up is completely wrong & I don’t get the point of this service anymore. Had enough of the employees at maccies messing up my order. I’ll just collect it next time. If it wasn’t raining I would have anyway.

Hamburger was shrivelled up limp thing. Very unappetising. Chips were mildly warm and had no taste. All in all, disgusting. No more McDonald's for at least a couple of years.

Brought a double bacon & egg mcmuffin & paid for an extra egg. Drove away, only to realise they hadn't put any eggs in, let alone the extra one!!

I ordered a large meal and got a medium and once again the fries were cold.

A flat white coffee and some fried cheese sticks, the coffee tasted like flavoured water, it was replaced but still not a good experience, this is unusual for McDonald's.

It's always lovely place to go in .The staff are very friendly and the store is always lovely and clean. The front of house lady is absolutely lovely friendly and always motivating her staff to make sure everything is clean and tidy and in It's place This is the McDonald's at Portfield Way Chichester

The last 3 nights I have finished work at midnight. I was under the impression this was open 24 hours. Fancied a burger after my shift for the car park to be coned off with the click and serve signs and a big bin at the entrance to the drive through for good measure. Staff are pleasant especially the late evening ones. Disappointed that it's advertised as 24 hour but kinda feels once store managers gone they make up their own times.

missing food from order meaning 2 of my children haven't had their meals while the others do.

Should be called slow food took 45mins for 4 meals to come and even then I had to park I'm the car park And they still got my order wrong and had to go back twice just to get it corrected

Long wait and cold food. Milkshake machine is out of order most of the time, the fizzy drinks are warm and without ice. Do not recommend a visit.

No hashbrowns with order, 3 items missing

THE WORST McDonald’s in the country. Every single time I go there something is missing. Use the app? Oh no that will go wrong, say they can’t find it, the payment doesn’t work bla bla bla. Even when you ask them to check it, THERE IS STILL ALWAYS SOMETHING MISSING. Sort it out.

One of the better ones in Portsmouth if totally honest, depends on what time you go there and also what staff are on at the time also plays a role I lean towards this one most times

If you go here, the staff will be rude and unpleasant. Drive thru means park up where there’s no parking and wait 15 mins for your food to come out. They get your order wrong and don’t give a damn. I won’t be going back again, we’ve been treated nastily too many times now and it ruins part of your day.

Always really busy and drive through gets served before walk ins.

Food was the correct order but a bit to cold to enjoy

Delivery driver was very rude on the phone insisting he was at my house when he wasn’t even in my turning. He kept telling me I was wrong for the number I was at because he was claiming he was outside. The food was then therefore all stone cold as I spent 10 minutes on the phone with him trying to find him.

All food and drink cold, driver delivered to wrong house then took 20min to re deliver to me, and then was rude about it, even though my address is correct.

Poor management not a 24h open. Dont even managed to open at 7h like they say.

Brilliant. How can this McD be so much better than the other one? The other cancelled my order so I came here. It's a bit further away so it took a bit longer to get here but the air fryer soon revives the fries and the burger was still hot.

I placed a pre-order the night before for breakfast delivery. The branch opened at 7.00, my order was accepted at 7.01 and delivered by 07.30, hot & tasty! Perfect transaction from start to finish! Thank you
