McDonald's in Chichester

Food came quickly, grandchildren enjoyed their visit.

This branch can not get a order right. Management are awful, went through drive thru about month ago, pay in cash, get to 2nd window and I'm accused of not paying & when I said I paid cash, the girl goes "no you clearly havent" so so rude, she went and spoke to 1st window who confirmed I had paid.. no apology. Then this morning drive home with breakfast for family and find they hadn't put the 3 hashbrowns in- drive back with all food and say what is missing- then accused of taking them out the bag! If I was going to take something out the bag and claim I haven't received it then it would be higher value items than the hashbrowns surely! We had wraps & pancakes! To be accused twice for your mess up is offending and rude.

Only ordered a burger and chips and took 20 minutes. After I finally got the food it was incredibly satisfactory, the chips were cold and the burger made me feel ill.

Positive experience. The food was Hot. The toilet was clean.

Good clean bathrooms. Friendly staff I'm working stuff great, take away. Eat in eat out depending on the weather. Always got room for you to sit

Very busy and a long wait, I witnessed someone else's dinner sat on the counter for 10 minutes just waiting before it got taken to the family, with I imagine very lukewarm fries! My order had to be substituted, they seem to prioritise deliveroo and just eat, I will only go back to this particular mcdonalds if I am absolutely desperate.

Almost every time I get the drive-through, they forget something how hard can it be to just check what’s in the bag? Matches the receipt before they give it to you?

Unfortunately, my visit to the McDonald’s in Chichester was far from satisfactory. The service was incredibly slow despite it not being particularly busy. Staff seemed disorganized and uninterested, and it took much longer than expected to get a simple order.When the food finally arrived, it was lukewarm at best. The fries were soggy, and the burger looked like it had been thrown together in a rush. Tables were left dirty, and the overall cleanliness of the restaurant was below par. I understand fast food isn’t gourmet, but basic standards still matter. This location seriously needs better management and attention to customer experience. Wouldn’t recommend unless you’re absolutely desperate.

We visited last night Wednesday evening about 9.00 waited 20 minutes for a simple order watching the drive through backing up onto the main road and it seemed that Deliveroo etc came before customers in the restaurant, no ice cream and all the burgers we had looked like they had been sat on 🙁

McDonald’s your bad habits You have enough money in this world. Just buy an ice cream machines when ones off turn the other one off also put receipts in your machines and have someone attentive at the serving desk giving the correct order to your customers I have been disappointed numerous times.

My order when it was recieved the drinks had all spilt and had slightly leaded through to the food. Driver just walked away. Food was barely eadiable. Minecraft figures missing. 2 very upset children

As always, they forgot an item. But this is expected with this McDonald’s if you’re going to order from them just expect to be missing an item. Delivery driver was lovely and polite and on time.

Poor management not a 24h open. Dont even managed to open at 7h like they say.

Unfortunately the fries were not cooked and were white in colour. the whole order was also cold and it arrived 45 minutes after the expected delivery time. Not impressed.

We returned to this establishment. Service has become faster. The institution became clean.

I wanted to say that our experience at this MD's was a great one. The time from placing an order to collecting was reasonable. The food was hot. The coffee was hot too. At the time we arrived it wasn't too busy as it was just coming to the end of the breakfast serving. As we dined it did become a little more busy which was to be expected and as it was a wet day, more busy inside because the outside seating couldn't be used. I did want to also mention a big thank you to Rachel as she was so very helpful, I have mobility issues, she straight away, when I was heading towards the toilets offered to unlock the disabled toilet for me, she also asked if there was anything else that she could do to help. Thank you Rachel, I just wanted to say how lovely your kindness was and so appreciated, as I have not experienced that kind of customer service in other MD's we have visited. Thank you 🙏✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️

The delivery was fine, but as usual the pancakes and sausage with syrup turned up without any syrup which is a fairly relevant part of the meal.

Don’t ever come here. Every time you use the drive thru nothing is ready. “Please can you park in our full car park and we’ll bring it to you in 30 mins” . Should be closed down . McDonald’s should be embarrassed by this establishment. You only do 1 thing, fast food and you can’t get it right

Never have anything.at least 3 months no frappe other day no soft drinks the 2 nights I ordered bbq stack and surprise surprise no stack sauce so went night after and no stack boxes so didn't have anything to package it in rubbish place

completely wrong order delivered. no food just 2 bags of drinks. I returned delivery to driver and it cost me £24 yet you only want refund £21. what is that all about so you get extra money for a error that I have got to reorder.amd £3 down.

Staff very helpful. Clean, tidy, fast service. Even when had substitution to meal.

Order from here regularly and they CANNOT get an order right... the coke is mostly soda water and tastes vile. The food always arrives at room temperature. And they CANNOT put sauces in whether you pay for them or not. just sick of it! Edit: once again, cannot get it right …. I almost threw up when I bit into this !!

I must start by saying this must be one of the cleanest stores in the country. Good food, but a bit slow with getting it to the customer when there is no one in the restaurant. 5 stars for the cleaning staff.

Mcdonalds are pretty much the same all overthe uk. Barely warm food and hot drink, a burger that looks as though it has been thrown together from some distance. If you are lucky you won't get soggy fries but they will probably be cold.

From the order time it was estimate 15-30 mins. The food arrived 1 hour and 25 mins later. The food was tepid at best so clearly been sat for some time as the restaurant was no more than 1 mile away. I know that sounds lazy but I was at work and could not leave the pub. Overall an appalling service, I would not recommend or use again

This states it 24 hours but it eat is always blocked off by cones and bins. Either the staff don’t want to work or change the opening time from 24 hours. Lights are always on but always locked.

The food here is hit and miss. We've had orders missing items, the wrong order and recently a rather odd burger with a mound of pickles. Why did they stop having tomatoes in burgers? Or as an extra option? We had the "Christmas " specials which were just normal Mc flurry but hey it was working for a change!

Given that this restaurant is just 1 mile away 45 minutes delivery is crazy. The order that turned up is completely wrong & I don’t get the point of this service anymore. Had enough of the employees at maccies messing up my order. I’ll just collect it next time. If it wasn’t raining I would have anyway.

Hamburger was shrivelled up limp thing. Very unappetising. Chips were mildly warm and had no taste. All in all, disgusting. No more McDonald's for at least a couple of years.
