The burgers here are so much better than other fast food chains. The fresh ingredients definitely make a difference and the variety of toppings is really good, it’s nice to be able to customize every burger. It would be nice to have an eat in option where they don’t wrap the burger.

Had a lovely burger with Cajun fries. The staff were friendly and there was plenty of seating.

Stopped here for lunch with our grandchildren after taking them to see a film. This was their recommendation. The food ( burgers, fries, hot dogs) was clearly of good quality but the fries were much too salty and unhealthy. I simply couldn't eat them. Expensive too at well over £60 for two adults and two kids. Also found the interior decor of red and white far too "busy" and not conducive to eating. More like a showroom.

It's a chain restaurant... But very tasty food and the staff were very helpful and cheerful.

Burgers are very tasty. We find that the chip portions differ each time. Would be good if they had an 'eat in' option so the burgers don't get wrapped up and lose lots of cheese. Chichester Gate is a great location due to the free parking.

100% better than McDonalds but maybe not the price. Alchohol availible too.

Fantastic food and service from the FG team here! Food was excellent and while the prices are higher than elsewhere the food is well worth it! Amazing shakes too. Can't wait to come back again!

My wife and I popped in before visiting Cineworld this afternoon. Having never eaten in five guys before I have to say I was quite impressed. The guy that took our order was very friendly, the chef took great care over the cooking and preparing our burgers which tasted delicious! Restaurant was also clean with cool music playing - nice experience - thank you.

Really good burgers and good milkshakes. I tried the cajun fries for the first time this visit and will definitely have them again. Would definetly recommend to people. Is good quality freshly cooked food. Is more expensive than other takeaway places but is definitely better quality food. That being said it is slightly on the expensive side. The staff were really freindly and helpfull aswell. Will definelty be going back again.

We passed by on Sat night paid £40 for 2 burgers, chips and drinks. Yes, insanely expensive, but rock bottom on quality. My wife liked the chain, I never visited one, not knowing how it works I asked for mine to be "all the way" on toppings. The guy at the till mumbled something about I would discuss this with the guy who cooks it at the end or something, but after a few minutes I was handed a bag. I look later and there was a burger with nothing at all! On top of that it was completely dry, and the bacon was almost unidentifiable, a crumbly piece of masonry. Clearly overcooking to compensate for old stock. My wife was burping half the night, I am still nauseated and with heavy acid. Sad place, empty, cold and draughty, will stay away next time. Any burger in a pub or the mac nearby will be better and the other places will be more cheerful than this for sure. A bad idea, badly implemented, will be doing everyone a service when they close down in the following crisis.

Always a good stop on a long drive home. Fab burgers, delicious chips, perfect milkshakes. 💯

Not bad for fast food I had hotdogs really satisfied

Disappointed is all I can say. The restaurant was clinical. Like a doctor surgery, zero atmosphere photo copy's of good recommendations all over the walls. If the food was OK why need to advertise this. Burger was ok if you avoid the dry charred meat. Needs a revamp and style if your paying 48 pounds for 2 burgers and shakes at least give something other than a hospital waiting room to eat it in. For 20% of the cost we could have sat in mc Donald's and at least had a decent meal

The hot dog was supposed to be beef,so it said online. But it was like a frankfurter pressed pretend meat, like a hot dogs in a tin? The beef meat in burgers are very nice. Fries very salty. Bottle water very expensive. Lots of salt so you buy more water!!! Bacon only comes crispy.

Amazing food best burger I've had in a while the meat was tender and melt in the mouth. Expensive though. Two burgers 1 large fries, one soda, one small beer and a milkshake not much change from 50 quid. Don't bother with the paper straw for the shake I needed the vacuum strength if a Dyson to suck that thing up. Good but thick! Setting is a bit sterile - felt like a set for a weird dystopian movie where you HAVE to enjoy your burger all the posters where about how good the food was. Will go back again.

Service was good, but the prices are absolutely insane. I paid £19.90 for just me, I ordered a plain burger, fries and a milkshake. The food wasn't even that great, it was ok at best. Really unhappy overall. Edit: Quality might be "good" but when the food tastes like cardboard and you pay way more than even a very good restaurant I can't justify it. I understand the prices need to be a bit higher but for a "fast food" chain, £19.90 for one person is not acceptable.

Bacon Burger (with 2 extra pattys chosen on top of it being a double) and large cajun fries were glorious here, (couldn't provide any photos as it quickly goes one way) was a perfect filler, makes a great treat. Comparing the prices here with other similar cheaper/quicker places (noting other reviews & in the news) is the same as comparing apples and oranges, worth your money if you can. It's a rare treat for me increasingly, due to dietary changes & when consuming the stuff it causes problems the next day in a certain bowl, not Five Guys problem at all.

First time ever visiting a Five Guys and it will be my last unless someone else is paying. 2 x bacon cheese burgers, 1 normal fries and 1 small fries. 2 plain beef hotdogs, 1 Pepsi and 1 milkshake. £55! I could of cried at the till 😭. Hotdogs were nothing special and just like a tinned hotdog only they're £6 something each! Chips were nice but way too salty couldn't eat them all. Burgers were nice but I've eaten better for way less also. The chocolate milkshake was very nice but for over £5 I should bloody think so. Lol. I really wouldn't recommend anyone going here mostly for the value or lack of it.

I won't ever be going back here the burgers are well over priced the bun ends up all soggy the chips are over cooked an not worth the money you pay the only decent thing I can say they do is the milkshakes. a burger van is better than this place an much cheaper to. 2 cheese burger 2 chips 2 milkshakes £45.45

Just ordered from five guys and ordered some chips a drink and a burger which I customised , I was served by a man who said his name was Cameron and he had some great customer service , the food was amazing it came out piping hot tasting super fresh and delicious my drink was a strawberry milkshake which was impeccable the taste was so amazing and the chips were the normal ones not the Cajun ones although I’m the past I did get them and once again they were amazing so defo recommend, the burger was a bacon cheeseburger with grilled onions and mushrooms and the burger really filled me up so didn’t need to eat for ages after , u get your money’s worth so if u haven’t yet been their get my fabulous order as it was very nice so I recommend going their and asking for Cameron to take ur order as he is very nice just like the other staff

As good as hamburgers get, the chips are very tasty (even little size is enough for most) and the shakes are devine. The only downside is a full meal was £20. But you get what you pay for and I wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Very expensive version of McDonald's. Nicer burger yes, but at £14.40 for a burger and fries no drink it should be. Compared to T-bone in bognor where it's table service, good atmosphere, burger, loaded chilli fries and refill drink for ~£15 five guys does seem very good value

£30 for 2 burgers 1 serving of chips and 2 drinks. No plates or even a tray, very little in the way of customer service. If I was paying McDonald's prices I wouldn't care but for £30 I should of just gone to a proper restaurant. Also for a place known for their burgers I would of thought there'd be more variety than just a standard burger with the option of cheese and/or bacon.

Food hot and burger was so tasty burger meat no fat or grissle fresh salad forget mcdonalds or other burger chains cost is a little more but omg so worth it .staff very friendly and it was so clean even the sauce dispenser was clean .Well done 5 guys

It's OK. I was expecting big things, having heard very positive feedback, but, you need to know the special way to order - nothing comes by default, so you end up looking like a noob if you order a cheeseburger and expect anything but a burger in a bun with cheese. The extras are all free, but the burger costs about £10, so less free and more inclusive of everything really, but you have to ask for it. The free nuts are glorious, if a little manual to free from their husks (first world problem). The chips, however, are the best fast food fries I have ever tried. They need nothing but salt to extract their glorious nutty flavour. The burger just felt too homemade for my liking, and I'd need to double my salary to eat here regularly.

Five Guys chips are great but everything else is average. It's also expensive for an average burger.

Chips awesome. Burger not so much. £35 for two. Would have chips from there again in a heartbeat. Went through the complaint procedure as advised only to be told this was the standard of burgers 5 guys sell. Surprised that that is the case, and even more surprised they admit it. Seems the reviews are carefully edited looking at the gaps in the timeline. Won't be seeing any more of my money.

Love Five Guys. This branch tends to be quieter than others. Always clean. Great that the free peanuts are back. Regular fries are always enough to share with two people.

Arrived late last night close to closing time but the team were more than happy to still serve us. They were super friendly, even though it was late. The food was really good and up to the high standards of 5 guys. My only comment is I wish my cheese was slightly more melted but bar that was perfect!

Tip. Please don't use foil as a wrap for burgers. Try paper, the burger buns can breathe and won't sweat. I can't touch metal too much, makes me cringe and have that metallic taste. Aluminium is for cooking and keeping heat in until needing to serve. I'd rather have a burger in a napkin and paper bag anyday. Everything else here is beautiful. Do you do group bookings for evenings??

Love the milkshakes nice place fir families to stop for a bite to eat. Just be aware it's not a cheap food place. Burgers are over £7 fries from £3. But if you don't mind paying its a lovely place

The free monkey nuts kept the kids occupied till the food was ready. Cleaning staff were on the ball, soon as a table was vacated they moved in.

I have just had a take away for 5guys Chichester - it was a terrible experience - we ordered on line for a 20.15 pickup and on arrival we were told it would be 2 minutes. 15minutes later no sign of our order. Reminded staff that we were still waiting and a further 5 mins later we were given our order. On arrival at home (less than 2mins ) we found that our burgers were cold and the chips luke warm. £25 for 2burgers and fries - expect much better and we will not be back!!

The food is always amazing, however it is rather expensive, but worth it in my opinion. The staff are friendly and the choice in soft drinks and milkshakes. Portions are large (especially fries), all food is cooked fresh and the choice of toppings is vast.

First time ever eating at a Five Guys. I have to say excellent burgers well made from fresh in front of you, great milkshakes and fabulous customer service. Adam thank you for excellent customer service skills. I have been working in the hospitality and catering industry for 40 years and out of that 40 been teaching it for 20 as well . EXCELLENT ***** Not to forget the manageress either she was very polite and helpful another excellent person to lead the team. You dont see it very often these days. Thank you

Burgers were OK but I was somewhat underwhelmed. Extortionate prices.

The staff were lovely. Unfortunately the food was awful. Fries so salty no one could eat them, milkshake so loaded with sugar it set your brain on fire and made your teeth ache. A completely mediocre burger with cremated, black bacon. All incredibly expensive, nearly £20 a head for one burger, fries and drink. Huge disappointment.

Not the best if I am honest .chips way to salty. Burger was fine . But was only basic with not too much toppings.

Really nice food but expensive. I'm giving them 5 stars because they had air conditioning and the food plus milkshake was lovely, also very quiet and spacious.

When you understand the reason why you're paying £18-22 for a burger, fries and shake, you'll love it. Quality is top notch, burger is fresh, juicy and tasty. Yes, it is one of the most expensive burger chains in the world, but you'll get what you pay for. No other chain comes close to this. This is an expensive treat and you should enjoy it as such.

Over hyped, over priced mediocre food.

Limited edition Sakura flavour is available here at the moment (Spring 2022). Peach Sprite mixed with Lemonade Zero Peach.

We called in with the intention of having dinner during the Easter break. Unfortunately we didn't stay for food as the loud music took my son by surprise (he has autism and this is a trigger for him), this is not the restaurants fault of course. We did however pop back later on and grabbed shakes (they are vanilla based shakes and then you can add as many flavours to it as you want), we had between us a reeses peanut butter cup, oreo and chocolate and bacon & salted caramel. They were all delicious! We will definitely try and come back for food.

Best burgers in town, BUT staff are so slooooowwwwwww, only a few customers in here and it's taking about 15 min for a burger!!

Hands down, the best burger and fries in town, They must have some secret recipe! The burgers here may be a little more than you would pay for at other establishments, but the quality and quantity far exceeds all competition. I normally opt for one of their “Little Burgers”, but today I went for the double patty option. Lots of toppings to choose from, plus the fries (Both the normal fries and the Cajun variety) are plentiful, hot and tasty. All this coupled with a bottomless freestyle soft drink (With over 100 drink combinations), makes for a great overall combo. Having sampled Five Guys in the US, this UK outlet certainly keeps up their high standards from across the pond. 5 stars well deserved.

We've been using five guy's for a while and when the Chichester store opened which is on our door step we was so happy always great friendly staff and fantastic food especially the milkshakes I'd rather go to five guys than mcrubbish (mcdonalds) because with five guys you always get what you pay for best burger place in the UK if you ask us 👍

Visited 5 guys today and have to say cleanest restrooms ever, megan was extremely helpful, harry was very informative with menu products aswell, thankyou guys for excellent service. PS... Burgers are awesome atw. After a further visit to this store i am again saying that service os second to none. Beth on the line was very proffesional and prompt. Cant wait till im in the area again 👌👍 Visited again and served by Emma and Cam. Again cant fault the service, what a lovely bunch of people ....

Went with my good, good, close, personal friend Steve and we had the most magical time. He's a really cool guy. Has a beard and tattoos and races motorbikes. He's also really, really funny so oh how we laughed. We worked together but unfortunately we don't anymore. I miss him so much. Good burger.

Management was rude and poor customer service. Phoned up and got told that I am a liar about my experience. Burgers where great and other staff seemed friendly just management ruined that experience.

Amazing milkshake but the burger want really worth the wait and price. Wendy's (in Reading) do much nicer burgers and for a lot less!
