Papa John's Pizza in Chichester

Terrible service...pre ordered at 5pm for pizzas to arrive at 8.45pm....they were 45 minutes late and guy just said it was busy...didn't answer phone either...pizzas were also quite peppery definitely prefer Dominos

Absolutely shocking. We called up when they were running late and they pretended to be surprised it wasn't delivered yet...then we called back 15mins later and no answer...they had closed !

Order was easy to place. Ordered by phone as one pizza was gluten free. All delivered within the timeframe given, very hot and tasty. Will happily order from them again.

Just awful. Cold pizza. Chewy dough. Forgot or did not read additional add ons. (Pineapple, stuffed crust etc) Warm drink. Over priced. Just no. Micro pizza would be just as good if not better.

Sam is the man! Ultra helpful, told us all of the best places to go and see. Really good asset to the holiday park. Absolute legend

Ordered a pizza today for my daughter here today. The young man serving was very rude and had no manners he clearly wasn't enjoying his job or giving customer service. Just barking out the name of pizza for someone to collect and when they said yes that me. He just replied TICKET with his hand out then shoved the pizza at the person. When we ordered out pizza he just told me the price and shoved the card machine at me and then just said 15 minutes. I definitely won't be returning ing to buy an over priced tiny pizza and to experience his customer skills!

Small portions of pizza, took over half an hour, one had to go back as cold by then and after ordering chicken dippers (there were supposed to be 14) only 7 were there n the box which was very poor! The price isn’t horrific if the pizzas were good but I really would waste your time or money!

Really handy to have Papa Johns on site, the Van is often on West Sands and gets fairly busy (Even out of main season) Pizzas were very good and fairly reasonably priced

Two young lads on till very helpful polite and funny. Didn’t grab their names but one was tall with dark hair the other short ginger ish. Service fantastic and the food was brillant

Papa John’s is my chain of choice anyway so used this one when on a recent trip. Food was ready for collection really quickly despite it being a Friday night. Food was fresh and hot and couldn’t be faulted.

We ordered pizza from here whilst staying on the caravan park and Rod could not have been more helpful. He explained that by ordering slightly more food, it would be cheaper than our original order! He was so polite and friendly it just made it a really pleasant experience and the food was yummy too. Thank you Rod!

Mobile ‘pop up’ trailer pizza trailer. Quick and tasty pizzas. Limited choice of toppings but enough choice to suit most people. Great idea to have on site just as you leave the main building to go to car park or bus stop.

Ordered a delivery for Friday night . After an hour and half tried to phone to check on order couldn’t get threw so after two hours drove up to find out where my order was there was had a couple of people in front of me who was complaining their orders had not arrived on my turn I said I’d waited over two hour and was told it was out for delivery so I phoned home to check no delivery so I asked when it would be there to be told they hadn’t even started it . I got my pizza’s 20 minutes later so in total two hours forty five . but as I waited at least a dozen other’s come in to complain no manager just the young lads trying to do their best so never again .

Please us e Mighty Flames instead, good food and they actually deliver. Papa Johns - horrific, phone doesn't connect, no response to email and clearly the worst online experience I've had. Ordered at 19.08 and apparently the pizza was being checked and cut at 19.23....so far so good. Still on that status at 20.18 - tried 5 times to call but despite the tempting offer of coconut and salted caramel ice cream it cut out each time. I emailed 3 time. No response. They deserve absolutely no loyalty imo and i just feel sorry for the poor delivery guys as they must face the flack for this abject failure in service although they are not to blame. 100% shameful.

Absolutely ridiculous!! Ordered online and after 2 hours of waiting and them not answering their phone my husband had to drive down there!! When he got there they had not wven made the pizza and he had to wait for it to be made even...
