Ordered on the app and it didn’t let me check in: let the front counter worker know me he rightfully got his manager Simran: she was beyond useless, not accepting my mobile order and then telling me after I’d ordered on kiosk and tried to use my employee discount that it was after close and I couldn’t pay. Seriously disappointed with the management here, would warn anyone off who wishes for compotent service.

Didn’t get all items in my order and was instantly offered a refund on live chat rather than an offer to rectify the order

After waiting patiently for ten minutes for my coffee I went to the counter and asked what the hold up was, it was just sitting there cold. In the time I was waiting 5 different people went up to complain that their order was wrong. Seems like management needs to do some re training for themselves and staff.

My sub was not toasted like I ordered!

Wouldn’t let me get meat patties on their own even though others let you at other services for a separate price why am I going to pay for a full burger that I simply cannot eat I have allergies so think this is pretty ridiculous and disgraceful not to mention the staff was dancing around in the back of the kitchen messing about so was also hard to get their attention in the first place

if your to make a footlong sub an you tear the break so most of it comes out, just make another one what you have sent me expecially on a 30 quid order is diabolical need either retraining or give up its shows in the quality

I ordered this monstrosity of a meal at 5:50 pm and didnt get it till after 7 pm. not only was it late, it was stone cold. my drink was warmer then my actual meal. chips were rock solid. I don't know how you could possibly call yourselves fast food when I waited over an hour for poor quality food. I will not be returning again. shocking

Is this what you call iced matcha and sell? It was the worst and disgusting matcha I’ve ever had yesterday evening . It wasn’t even close to matcha. Instead of refund we asked for sthg else but the guy denied saying thats how their matcha is and his co workers didn’t say a thing. Get him trained to make a better matcha or make him learn how to be nice towards customers. Pret you can do better.
