I stopped ordering from ardwick because they keep getting my order wrong. Then I saw that the ratings went up and tried again. No Issues so far other than I ordered a milkshake and they didn't have it. The restaurant did ring me to tell me though and asked which other drink I wanted. They also added an extra orange juice to compensate for it. Thanks. delivery was a little late but not a big deal. food was still warm and fresh. your doing great ardwick and couriers. keep it up.

Time went up after ordering , food was lukewarm when it arrived needed to put in the microwave to warm .

The only thing hot was the curry

Marked as delivered and never received anything

waited about 30 mins after it told me my order would be ready

Received my items, my hashbrown was completely drenched and soggy. Cheesy bacon flat bread was MISSING THE BACON AND CHEESE IT WAS JUST BREAD. and my breakfast wrap was missing a hash brown?… this is absolutely abysmal. I payed my money for items and didn’t even get them made properly

Ordered double whopper only received single whopper ordered extra portion of fries which were missing no sauces delivered with 20 nuggets!!!

Coffee machine not working but wasn't advised to go to the other when I asked. Another customer informed me that there was a second machine.

Ordered the Mixed Combo. Was a bit disappointed with it. Some of the ribs were missing actual meat, wing was more gristle than meat and it was swimming in sauce. Would have been better with no sauce. Main meals were very good. Very prompt delivery
