Always forgets the beef patty. Paid for a double cheeseburger and single cheese burger with no meat in it. If I wanted a cheese sandwich I’d of stayed at home.

Most of the large drink had spilled out of the cup and soaked the entire bag by arrival

I am a regular customer, food is always perfect, however this time they did not send the chips with double beef Burger, I ordered 2 meals received 2 drinks but 1 box of chips, still not received a refund back yet

The food order was correct and delivery wasn’t too slow however the food did arrive cold unfortunately.

Probably the most pointless drive thru at any McDonald’s. You’ll inevitably be parked and made to wait 15 minutes for even the smallest and most basic orders. So much for ‘fast food’

Would help if they got order right at least once.

Whats the point of having 24/7 if at midnight it has some sort of service ir update and it doesnt work? Useless why the 24/7 either you are missing something from the menu or just dont work at all. Change your work time in that case, otherwise its useless, hope you get checked and get closed for violating rules of your own rules snd opening times! Got a lot of sware words on my mind, but you yourself know what you are!

mcdonald's forgot my chicken burger

No milkshake and ask for 9 chicken nuggets and got 8 chicken nuggets
