Many people have difficulty placing electronic orders. There is no living being who can help.

I want to thank the staff for helping me today to printing an order I made about a week ago. They were patient and polite and helpful. I do appreciate their customer support.

Horrible over cooked food, the staff are very rude and abnoxious, i recommend everyone to avoid the place.

Never get my order terrible service refund me now !!!!

Coffee was cold and had half tipped into the bag over the other drinks which were then un drinkable.

I am disgusted with my order! it was all squashed where it had been in his bike under seat, items missing and freezing cold and milk shake exploded everywhere

The sausage and egg MC muffin with a little for £3.29 is a good deal still cheap there not doing it in Margate different owners but these owners are keeping it cheap ho yes please bring back the sausage and egg bagel

arrived cold, took 1 hour estimated time was 15 to 30 mins, nice driver

Always busy, customer service is good Can be noisy inside while waiting to collect food. Seating upstairs and on ground floor.

Driver delivered wrong order. When confronted outside my house he blamed the restaurant. Called restaurant who was brilliant and re did my order which i had to go and collect.

When I ordered the app said 10-25 mins delivery, it took an hour. Food was stone cold, it was horrible. It had clearly been left out for ages after it was cooked

Missing items as usual. I order as easier when you have kids but then items are missing or you end up with other people order so have to end up going out to get it in the end. Could someone not check before sending orders out that everything there. So disappointed as every time I order something is missing.

The machine didn't give a receipt for the food we bought from the electronic safe, I said that, but they didn't let me in the toilet.

Ordered well before midnight, food did not arrive until past 1am, original eta was 15-25 minutes

Sadly the courier did not recognise the code my niece was telling him. The code was repeated several times until I intervened. Also the sprite drink was only half full with a bag soaked through. Disappointing service.

Delivered bang on time. We had ordered a few extra bits in case any meals were missing as it was quite a big order. Our whole order was correct and arrived hot via a friendly delivery driver.

it's always cold has to be microwaved. not down to driver don't think as have been in shop and seen order sat on trolley til driver arrives. cheaper to buy at sturry and herne bay!!!!

Me and many others waited over an hour for our food. I only got my food by talking to the staff and telling them what i ordered as I assume they lost my order. Appalling management and terrible service from top to bottom. Even during the busy period the workers seemed to be lazy and in no hurry to get orders out.

15 minutes delivery time, food came 1 hour and 40, minutes after order. Ice cold. And I can see by the label it's was prepared 90 minutes before it was delivered

My order came late the delivery driver had a hard time finding the student accom so drives always call however this driver was extremely rude and made me walk down the road to meet him even though he could see me and was on his motorcycle. I finally got to Gina and he was very rude the drink spilled all over and the bags were ripping yet he still handed it to me and it nearly dropped out of my hands onto the floor k asked for help and he didn’t help me I have photos and would like a refund

it took an hour from ordering to getting my food and when tracking delivery it was obvious the rider detoured to other deliveries by the time I got mine it was cold and had to be thrown away

When food was ordered it said it would be delivered at 6pm we received it at 7pm. An hour an 40 minutes after order was placed!

delivery service excellent as always 👌 only issue is they forgot to put the straw with my milkshake!

Driver was a plonker and dropped the drinks and could not even speak English . To be honest it’s not value for money at all

Came in on the 14th app wasn't working, didn't have half the stock. Me and my friend had an exam so ordered breakfast by the time we got to our exam waiting area we realised that my friends whole meal was missing excluding her drink and we didn't have time to go back and sort it.
