McDonald's in Canterbury

I am lactose intolerant and asked for no cheese and still received it with cheese

Most of the large drink had spilled out of the cup and soaked the entire bag by arrival

Bottle of water already open hot drinks spilt all over everything

Burger was cold when it arrived. Also the fries were cold. Not impressed

1 Drink had spilled in bag, so only had half left.

I feel the driver picked up too many deliveries and food arrived luke warm

Did not give me a straw and the fries are half empty again, good amount of pickles though

the food came stone cold, it had been left out for so long the mcflurry, was completely melted. my son was so upset. this is not acceptable

Ordered family meal 1 double cheeseburger missing and chips were chewy not fresh

The driver was very kind you should give her a raise because she is very sweet and kind please give her a raise xx

Terrible - over an hour late and ticket confirms food was ready an hour and 10 minutes before delivery so sat on side. Stone cold. Time kept changing. If cancelled, was told we’d still have to pay for order. Rubbish.

Ordered a late night mc Donald’s after a wedding at 12 o’clock the driver rings my phone at 4am obviously missed the call as we were both asleep by then how it can take 4 hours when the app said 45 mins is a joke didn’t even get the McDonald’s lol

I didn’t receive my order. And on the app it’s showing was delivered. How it’s possible that how long that order code was at me ??

the coffee cup was pretty much empty by the time it got to me, when I opened the bag the coffee poured out and onto my clothes.

It’s freezing cold and the box is wide open

The original ETA was 12:45 and it kept being delayed for no apparent reason and we did not get everything (a chocolate cookie, not a brownie and no straw) and everything is cold

It was late but could be a reason, traffic or something. It's ok these things happen. Wasn't hot so heated it up. The Vegetarian burgers was/are really good. I really like them. The gherkin & onions were nice fresh, tasty &the rest. Courier was fine.

Stop locking the toilets in the middle of the day! Those mcdonald’s breakfasts are NO joke.

It was a it durty the smd floor and all the toilets 🚻 Also, I bought 8 burgers but didn't get 8 sauces for each person.

Drink had leaked in the bag and dripped out as bringing it into house.

Chips were extremely cold, mcflurry was melted and half tipped out into the bag, burgers were cold and the bread feels stale, not able to eat it due to quality! Said it would be here in 35 mins and didn’t come till an hour later.

Paper bag with drinks in was wet so ripped spilling drinks all over the floor

I paid for a sour dip and got tomato sauce! Also the fries were half filled, quite disappointing really! Looked like someone had eaten half of them before they even got here, despite the seal on the bag fml

I had chicken nuggets, fries and BBQ sauce. The nuggets and fries were soggy, some of the fries were undercooked and the BBQ sauce tasted weird. The place was really busy, there was often a line to the toilet and a huge wait for the food.

We were served by a young lady, today, her name is Jess . A very pleasant young lady and couldn’t do enough for us, she served then swept up then cleared tables , they certainly keep her busy. I’ve tried to do a. Review with a code but no luck, but I do want you to know just how pleasant and lovely this young lady is very helpful. Thank you Norma snidell

The warm americano collapsed. I met half the americano. The delivery man said it wasn't his fault. Yeah, it was my fault for ordering.

I want to thank the staff for helping me today to printing an order I made about a week ago. They were patient and polite and helpful. I do appreciate their customer support.

Many people have difficulty placing electronic orders. There is no living being who can help.

Horrible over cooked food, the staff are very rude and abnoxious, i recommend everyone to avoid the place.

The sausage and egg MC muffin with a little for £3.29 is a good deal still cheap there not doing it in Margate different owners but these owners are keeping it cheap ho yes please bring back the sausage and egg bagel

Driver delivered wrong order. When confronted outside my house he blamed the restaurant. Called restaurant who was brilliant and re did my order which i had to go and collect.

When I ordered the app said 10-25 mins delivery, it took an hour. Food was stone cold, it was horrible. It had clearly been left out for ages after it was cooked
