My food never arrived. I waited well past the expected delivery time, and there was no update or contact from the restaurant or driver. Extremely disappointed.

Great portions and quick delivery time. My family and I are more than happy with the service. Loved the lamb shish on the charcoal grill!

£30 for a burger with chips and a kebab seems pricey , also there was a hair in my burger

For a local kebab shop and a visitor to the city I chanced it and boy was it a good choice - chicken kebab ordered online and delivered exactly on time and was hot - came with a boxed salad and sauce - very tasty and value for money

Food was delivered hot and delicious. Unfortunately some errors with the food. we got a lamb donur instead of a mixed one and only 10 wings when we ordered 15. A shame because if the order was right it would have been an amazing meal

Literally the best service imaginable. Food is very good and this place is open late. We also had an experience where we were locked in and Efe’s made a delivery and helped open our door from the outside. 10000/10 service and great people!

Usually had a good take away, today the website confirmed our order for 30 minutes delivery, after 1 hour called to chase up but apparently "the ticket hadn't gone through" no apology very rude would not compensate.

I had a delivery from efffees a 1/2 pounder meal when it got here the driver had his card machine I clicked my card he said it wasn't working on the 3rd time he said its decline I got my phone and went on Internet banking it showed a payment off 11 .80 to effees I showed the driver he tried to take my food he put he's foot in the door and let my dog out which it took me along time to get her back So what ever you do don't order from effees off canterbury

I order at 2am and order was accepted at 3pm and came to me at 5pm when I was outside. They left food in the rain and it become soaked and I haven’t touched it. I need my refund as this is unacceptable.

Though it was late, a delivery at one in the morning is brilliant, the food was still hot when it arrived and the cake was still cold, the food tasted amazing and definitely worth it all.

Expensive, Dry, flavourless shish lamb kebab with soggy cold pitta, flavourless salad, rude staff but chips okay. What more could you ask for?

We drove 20 mins each way as the reviews seemed good. We were charged £21.60 for 2 kebabs. Which is far higher than the price on the menu on here. So for this, I was at least expecting nan bread and fresh meat. What we got was a soggy pitta bread with the driest most inedible meat we’ve ever had. In the end we had the pitta bread with salad. Awful, absolutely awful and disgustingly expensive.

Very nice food. Friendly staff and reasonably priced. Can take a little while at times, but that just shows their popularity. Only critique I have is that their online order system has a 'all or nothing' approach to their salad selection.

Ordered food and it never arrived. Called twice on the evening- but it just continuously rang and no-one answered. I emailed the next day to ask for a refund (as I was charged) but had no response. I had to go through my bank for the money to be sent back.

Ordered online. Delivered at selected time. Food arrived really hot - and it was good. Had chicken kebab, salad and small chips. Really filling meal and plenty of it. Will definately order again.

All I had was cheesy chips and within hours I was being rushed to hosp with sepsis (nearly ended up in intensive care) all because they don’t know how to wash there hands after handling RAW MEAT!! So thanks for that guys 😠🙃 and secondly it would be nice to not receive dirty looks on entering the shop and waiting for food!

Why cant i order mcdonalds to my flat on campus

appalling, I was left waiting for 20 minutes in -1⁰ weather the driver stayed in his car and never came out to see ask of I was waiting in this time I have not 1 but two other drivers come up to me as they should, he was then very apologetic but not my food os cold amd when I called the kebab house the shop keep was very quick to say it was my fault that I was wrong and continued to do so as I tried to explain myself and got very annoyed as he kept on interrupting.

Meat is fantastic, however please stop frying cold chips which have already been fried - taste is horrible. £6 down the drain!!

Horrible food and idiotic and ignorant staff. Food is not up to any UK standard. Oil not been changed for ages as the fries smell bad and doner was very bad in taste. Should avoid if you don’t want to get diarrhoea or food poisoning. Don’t know how they pass any inspection as cleanness, food nothing up to any standard.

Maybe when you have boxing days hours your actually open in those hours, I just ordered food and now money has left my account pending for you guys not to even be open. Absolutely useless

If I could put 0 stars I would. This is why. I usually order from here for my dad as he loves this kebab. Although this morning at 1am I ordered it for him as he was hungry and no shops are open. Comes to 3:07am and says "enjoy ur food" I'm confused as no food arrived. I look outside the doors, check my phone number list.. nothing.. so I called them baring in mind this place shuts at 3am.. called them 5 times.. no reply so understandable. I call them again today at 2;30pm in the afternoon, I had to argue with them for 10 minutes just to get a reorder of what i ordered in the morning. I told them the time I wanted and they kept saying tomorrow, tomorrow, we will give it to u tomorrow although they asked what time I wanted today! Originally I asked for a refund but that was denied and only said they can make a reorder. Then when it did finally arrive it was an hour late then the time I requested and the time they accepted. And it was freezing cold. Wondering what they've done to the order and just discusting behavior from a professional company!! I tried being calm and nice to them but straight away shouting at me down the phone. Moral of the story is, I will not be ordering from this place again. I understand it was one misunderstanding but the way I was treated as a customer and for someone not receiving an order is disgraceful.

I purposely phoned up and asked if the kids meals came with chips, as it didn’t specify, the person on the phone was really helpful. The driver went to the wrong house, even though I gave them instructions when we ordered. When I checked through the order we were missing 1 kids drink 1 kids burger and both the kids portions of chips. Restaurant sent out all missing items and were hot. I would just say, look at how your menu is set up on JE and also the receipts are not well laid out for the person to prepare so mistakes can easily be made. Lovely food and thank you for sending out as now the kids have full belly’s after a really long week we all needed a treat
