Foods absolutely disgusting what do you call a burger left in a box that has a puddle of sauce in it let alone the burger swimming in it manky no more words just a wastee of appetite and cash

Honestly so awful, I have spent the past 2 days in bed from food poising from the chicken. Chicken wasn’t even good so dry and rubbery so flavour

Ordered a take away meal of 2 large kebab meal's, 2 cheese & bacon burgers and a cheese burger. Service was great, food was great as well. Used to come here years ago when we lived down here and it still has that familiar taste. Went back for nostalgia, glad I did.

Absolutely do not order. It can't be that bad of a meal. It has everything you are looking for. I feel sick . and they also block them on social media. character is zero.

Disappointed, not as what i expected, the fried chicken looks deep fried and burger was tasteless, never go again…

Worst experience ever and worst burger. Ask the guy at the counter what’s their best selling he told that chicken fillet burger. Ordered two of those burger and fillet was so dry just like rubber and was so difficult to eat. Also ordered fried chicken which was tasteless and totally red inside. Never coming again…….

Waited ages for a really average pizza. While I was there I watched one of the staff put salad on a kebab, realise that it should have been onions and scrape the salad off back into the salad bowl. Enjoy your veggie salad and anything else that gets cross contaminated

I tried their chicken nuggets and fries chicken. I really liked their food and pleased with their service. And the important thing is meat is halal.

Absolutely poor service when walking into the shop, one of the guys that work there was so rude to me for no reason... Absolutely disrespectful and so ignorant towards other members of public as well... I paid £7 for a kebab, I gave him £10 in cash.. the man only gave me £2 back because of the way I looked?! Like thats just ridiculous.. bad rates all the way to this place!!!

Fast delivery....probably because the Chicken had been cooking for about 2-3 days., dry , crusty....even my dog 🐕 was like....f#####@@@ck!!!! That and wouldn't eat it. To avoid disappointment or worse....food poisoning do yourself a favour and order elsewhere ✌

Always dripping in oil never ordering from you again I'm sick of it I think I got poison last week waste of money and I'm still starving.

Horrible chicken that had gone off! Rude staff who look like they've been forced to work there. They were asking where I was from which is none of their business. They didn't have wet wipes which is important to have in any takeaway shops. Never again!

Late night grub place for after a tiring or wild night out, however you like your nights to be. Great place and sometimes a life saviour if you are famished!

I ordered milkshake, cheesecake and 1 piece of chicken. But I received burger and chips and 2 chicken, with doner kebab and chips. And what’s worse? I tried to call for over 50 minutes, Phone was constantly busy! Yet they processed the order as completed. Abysmal! And disgraceful

Worst kebab I’ve ever had. More fat than chicken. Chips were really over cooked. Just all round everything I had disgusting!

I’ve ordered from here countless of times and this isn’t the first time I’ve had a disgusting meal from here. Today I ordered a lamb shish wrap which I took one bite out of and the meat tasted off so I smelt the meat and it smelt manky I called the restaurant to express about the meal and was fobbed off by the man on the phone basically trying to say there’s nothing wrong with the meat. I even expressed to him that I’m pregnant and that the meat was manky for him to say do you know how many lamb shish wraps I’ve sold tonight. I don’t care how many he’s sold mine was disgusting and off. I placed my order at 20.55 to receive it at 21.15 it was half an hour early which made things a little worse because there’s no way they cooked my order and got it out for delivery that quickly.

Asked for garlic sauce on both in notes for the restaurant but not received on either 😴

Portion sizes are ridiculous. Food was good/okay but a medium kebab that cost over £6 had about 3 bits of meat and a tiny pitta. Rip off

They fixed an order very quickly and were very polite.

Food arrived quickly but was missing chips. When we rang the restaurant they already knew that we were missing them. They had chips resent to us, but by then the rest of the food had been eaten / was cold. I had a shish kebab which was nice but the wrap was dripping wet and the chicken coating wasn’t as nice from other chicken shops.

Quick delivery and tasty food. Pizza was a little too cheesy for my daughter but kebab was delicious.

Ordered 2 meals one was wrong as I ordered a mix kebab meal which is meant to come with chips and a drink, didn’t come with chips and when I said what drink I wanted I got charged for it, next meal was a 2 piece chicken meal, it was more bone then anything and what was of the chicken it was so dry wasn’t fresh at all, the chips was cold and soggy, for what we got and what we paid was expensive will not be ordering from there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone

Donner meat and chips caked in garlic sauce even tho I asked for no sauce so just didn’t eat it disappointed

Thought we would try a different restaurant from the usual. Plenty of choice, but food was not great. Burger was very tough, tasted like it was deep fried. Chips were soggy and grey. Onion rings were nice but very greasy. Kids liked the pizza, but for the cost the quality and size was just not there, and £1.20 for one can of Pepsi, that when delivered was coke is horrendous. Can't say I would recommend eating from Munchies. But one man's trash is another man's treasure. You decide. 😁

Food was ok, expensive for what it was, but no one looked at the note we left saying not to ring the bell, we had a child sleeping which was a problem.

Left a note stating to call before arriving and to not ring the bell as people were sleeping (2am) however when the delivery driver arrived they used the doorbell waking people up in the house

Food was hot, presentable and to a great standard. Delivery lady was polite and read my note on my order (as some others don't bother). Would definitely order again.

I had a chicken shish it was lovely and hot but had well too much onion only three bits of cucumber could of done with more meat On the other hand my partners meal was diabolical it was stone cold the chips weren’t cooked there were rock solid like they were still frozen. It had too much sauce on it. This is the first time we’ve had a problem. For the amount we pay for a kebab would of expected it to be a decent meal. Also it was delivered very quick but too quick for the distance they have to travel to get here.

Will not buy from again. Was not enjoyed at all. Sticking with jaspers, as they give better service.

What can I say bland and greasy and salad pitiful and if I order a bottle of Pepsi I expect it to be cold on arrival and not room temp so will give them one more try in case it was a bad night but fail again and I shall go else where or make my own

Was in Canterbury on a whim and just stumbled on munchies honestly didn’t expect much but s bog standard chicken shop but was pleasantly suprised the food hit the spot with the chicken burger being just right. The doners we got were also good with a generous portion given. Would definitely recommend to anyones who need a nice munch

Food was a little late, but it was Friday and probably busy. I’m guessing Just eat guess the delivery time. Food was very good as normal. Very tasty won’t hesitate to order again. Good work Munchies

Absolutely amazing kebab! We live approx 5 miles from The restaurant, it was delivered hot and on time if not 5 minutes early. Good service polite delivery driver couldn’t recommend enough will certainly be ordering again from here soon!

I have ordered from Munchies a few times and before I was happy with the food. But this time the chips were cold and under cooked. The meat was undercooked aswell (not damgerously) I was very disappointed as all of the meals seemed rushed and not done nearly to the expected standards.
