What a worst experience ever in my life. The person is serving to us very rude very unprofessional not even says thank you to us. Don’t go for this restaurant ever. Please…. Food was unpleasant no taste no sauce and not even hot. Guy looking at us as we are eating for free. I cannot give a 1 star even. Worst experience ever.

this is by far the best kebab shop in Canterbury , they always give me amazing service. And the food is always cooked up to standard and is an always served hot! They also have good prices which is great! I will 100% come back.

The worse kabab I ever experienced, bad tests and the salad had a bad smell, tested like left over from the day before, it really makes sick.

It's been a while since I have been here but I remember that the falafel was up to standard. I have visited here maybe about 6 times in total. There was a period of about 4 weeks I would go once per week for a falafel durum. Every other time I went they would charge me a different price. One week it was £4.50 the next week it was £6.50 for the same thing. Then one week I mentioned this to the server who seemed to get upset and threatened, half jokingly, to put the price up again. I'll never go back there after that kind of service.

Anyone else been ill. Have been ill since Saturday after ordering food Friday night!!

As an eat in spot they’re great usually but as a takeaway it is not worth it! I’ve ordered three times now for delivery and all three times the meat hasn’t tasted fresh and I don’t mean hot I mean fresh and they’ve forgotten things like sauce which is very key to the enjoyment of a take away, they’ve also not included napkins or cutlery when requested

I had the chicken doner, and it was fantastic! The quality was excellent, and the portion size was more than enough for two people. The staff was polite and welcoming, adding to the great experience. It's definitely a place worth visiting, and I look forward to trying more items from their menu.

Enjoyed an amazing kebab wrap last night. Service was quick and the flavour of the food was great. They put chips in the wrap for me too. Highly recommend

If I had the option to give them a 0️⃣ I would. The size of the position given are ridiculous. We paid £30 for x2 lamb meat and chips one of the smallest portions we've ever had. Just eat app suggestions that it comes with salad and none turned up. Called them they didn't even care. I would not use them if I was anyone. They are a rip off. This is why they are rated 3.5, we usually order from Best kebab and they are amazing, unfortunately they were closed I believe as we couldn't order from them. please don't use them.

Just don't bother ordering on the phone.. avoid too much interaction with staff and you'll be okay

Got my order completely wrong, ordered a burger as was given the worst looking fried chicken I’ve ever seen. The food they did get right was bland and tasted like cardboard. Tried to call multiple times about the wrong order but no one bothered to answer.

The staff are friendly, work so hard, and I’ve watched them put up with drunk, rude customers every time I’ve been in there. So I feel so bad for them. The food is what you’d expect for the price and is of a good standard. The opening times are convenient. I wish the security guard was more observant though as there was a young woman being harassed last night and then when I stepped between them he started on my friend and I.

I've been there twice and was consistently disappointed. The staff seem to be inconvenienced by any order, they are slow and unwelcoming. The food is mediocre at best and expect to get messy as wrapping is not one of their skills. There are far better options in Canterbury, including kebab shops or fast foods that are open during the night.

Disgusting service. Had a lovely evening out, and coming here ruined the night. The bouncer was horrible for absolutely no reason and gives this place a very bad name. I will be warning people off because of the disgusting service that was given.

Cold stake chips, burnt pitta and dried out old salad. Absolutely awful and highly recommend going elsewhere!!!!!!!!!

How on earth a medium mixed meat and chips comes out at £15 I do not know. Arrived hot but quality was very poor. Chilli sauce was rancid.

Without a doubt one of the very best lamb shish wraps I've ever eaten, tender meat and wonderful flavours. I wanted to go back and buy it again. [Edited to add] I've had three more wraps now as well as a full-on lamb shish kebab and they've been every bit as good. In a shish-off between these guys and Castle Street Kebab, I gotta say it could go either way. Both are superb. Go. Eat. Feel the dopamine.

Situated in the hearts of Canterbury, this is a wonderful restaurant for anyone especially looking for halal meat. Lots of options to choose from with kebabs, wraps, meat, burgers as well as the traditional Middle Eastern sweet dishes. Lovely place to dine in, takeway or just to stand and enjoy with friends just outside the restaurant. A tad expensive but quality food with amazing taste. I would like to drop by whenever i will be in Canterbury city center.

Not Nearly enough Salad....shame

It was so cold none of us even ate it we took a bite and it was literally so cold to eat wasn’t pleasant at all will not be ordering again. Shame as I got it for my guests and relied on it to feed us, it was just soul destroying when your hungry and your not eating what you want to eat infront of you.

I didn’t get any salad. This was a huge disappointment to me.

Food came really fast like 25 minutes. Chips was crispy and fresh, donner meat was really good with the chili and burger sauce 😤. One of the chiken was fine but the other one was dry but overalll a really good meal deal. 8/10 I recommend 💪🏿

Not a big fan of the food but the service is quick and reliable. I use them to buy alcohol mostly. Overall good!
