If I had the option to give them a 0️⃣ I would. The size of the position given are ridiculous. We paid £30 for x2 lamb meat and chips one of the smallest portions we've ever had. Just eat app suggestions that it comes with salad and none turned up. Called them they didn't even care. I would not use them if I was anyone. They are a rip off. This is why they are rated 3.5, we usually order from Best kebab and they are amazing, unfortunately they were closed I believe as we couldn't order from them. please don't use them.

Food is absolutely fine but there is no need for the staff to be so rude...

Just don't bother ordering on the phone.. avoid too much interaction with staff and you'll be okay

Had it delivered by uber eats. The most disgusting doner kebab I've ever had as the meal was really cold and the kebab(mixed) taste like grease! The whole room smell like fat now! It doesn't worth it guys

Got my order completely wrong, ordered a burger as was given the worst looking fried chicken I’ve ever seen. The food they did get right was bland and tasted like cardboard. Tried to call multiple times about the wrong order but no one bothered to answer.

Complete wrong order. The chicken they gave me that I didn’t order was absolutely rancid

The staff are friendly, work so hard, and I’ve watched them put up with drunk, rude customers every time I’ve been in there. So I feel so bad for them. The food is what you’d expect for the price and is of a good standard. The opening times are convenient. I wish the security guard was more observant though as there was a young woman being harassed last night and then when I stepped between them he started on my friend and I.

I've been there twice and was consistently disappointed. The staff seem to be inconvenienced by any order, they are slow and unwelcoming. The food is mediocre at best and expect to get messy as wrapping is not one of their skills. There are far better options in Canterbury, including kebab shops or fast foods that are open during the night.

Found a hair in my food, owner refused to give compensation or refund

Disgusting service. Had a lovely evening out, and coming here ruined the night. The bouncer was horrible for absolutely no reason and gives this place a very bad name. I will be warning people off because of the disgusting service that was given.

These guys are so good! Their fried chicken is amazing but the lamb shish is ridiculously good! Good size portions, fast delivery and good service. They are our total go-to!

Only order if you want food poisoning! Rude staff and awful quality food. Was on the toilet for days. Tried to pre order on the phone and staff thought it was a prank and swore at me. Went in to and gave them the benefit of a doubt but regretted spending my money there

⚠️ ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE ⚠️ 🛑 AVOID AT ALL COSTS 🛑 Most of the staff are complete 🔔s Don’t cook the chicken properly, put the food all in one box and not put sauces separate, looked like a dogs dinner. Cold stake chips, burnt pitta and dried out old salad. Absolutely awful and highly recommend going elsewhere!!!!!!!!!

How on earth a medium mixed meat and chips comes out at £15 I do not know. Arrived hot but quality was very poor. Chilli sauce was rancid.

Without a doubt one of the very best lamb shish wraps I've ever eaten, tender meat and wonderful flavours. I wanted to go back and buy it again. [Edited to add] I've had three more wraps now as well as a full-on lamb shish kebab and they've been every bit as good. In a shish-off between these guys and Castle Street Kebab, I gotta say it could go either way. Both are superb. Go. Eat. Feel the dopamine.

Situated in the hearts of Canterbury, this is a wonderful restaurant for anyone especially looking for halal meat. Lots of options to choose from with kebabs, wraps, meat, burgers as well as the traditional Middle Eastern sweet dishes. Lovely place to dine in, takeway or just to stand and enjoy with friends just outside the restaurant. A tad expensive but quality food with amazing taste. I would like to drop by whenever i will be in Canterbury city center.

Not Nearly enough Salad....shame

It was so cold none of us even ate it we took a bite and it was literally so cold to eat wasn’t pleasant at all will not be ordering again. Shame as I got it for my guests and relied on it to feed us, it was just soul destroying when your hungry and your not eating what you want to eat infront of you.

I didn’t get any salad. This was a huge disappointment to me.

Food came really fast like 25 minutes. Chips was crispy and fresh, donner meat was really good with the chili and burger sauce 😤. One of the chiken was fine but the other one was dry but overalll a really good meal deal. 8/10 I recommend 💪🏿

Very overpriced for what it is. Alot more expensive than other kebabs but nor reflected in the qualit unfortunately . Chips were hard and dry and tasted reheated, ,and we around 5 pound for a small portion! meat was dry also. Will stick to Best kebab sturry Road moving forward, prices are abit more reasonable and match the quality

The food was on time! However, the burger was undercooked, and the chips were hard, stale and bland. I don’t say this to be mean, but I would never have bought them, knowing the quality they would arrive at. Completely flavourless, unenjoyable and got mostly thrown away. Despite the great delivery, I will not be ordering from here again.

This was our first time ordering and we chose they have a high rating. We ordered 1 each of the lamb, and the mixed doner meat and chips which the menu says is served with salad. When they were delivered, neither meal had any sign of salad whatsoever and, for us, this makes a kebab otherwise it’s just boring and flat…which this was. We had no idea we should have taken photos and immediately asked for a refund as we’ve never had an issue with our orders before. We ate most of what was delivered but were disappointed.

Just ate honestly the worst piece of fried chicken I've ever been served in my life. Wow that was bad. Slimy and disgusting. I was luckily able to warn a few people before they went in. Seriously bad chicken and overpriced

Canterbury'de Türk kebap çeşitlerini bulabileceğiniz küçük şirin bir mekan, menüsü oldukça çeşitli, lezzetli ve fiyatları çok uygun. Porsiyonlar büyük ve doyurucu. İşletme sahibi oldukça kibar ve cana yakın. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Always used to tell people this was the best kebab and cheesy chips in canterbury but sadly as the price has increased the quality seems to have decreased, yesterdays order of a medium kebab and cheesy chips had barely any meat was mostly lettuce and they were very light on the cheese, no longer good value for money at nearly £20 for the 2 items

The delivery time could have been more accurate/updated as the order progressed.

Food was great only downside was the cheesecakes were still frozen so we’ve had to leave them to defrost over night, but did make breakfast that little bit nicer

Provided small chips instead of large and forgot garlic pizza bread which we paid for. These had to be delivered later but only arrived after we had eaten the rest of the meal. Not impressed. No refund or extras offered. Used this place a lot but will now think of going elsewhere

The guys were so rude. They ripped off a drink woman in from off my eyes and many others. They also insulted us when we stuck up for her. Food was missing what we paid for and found hair in the food can provide pictures as proof
