Very quick service even in their lunch rush, staff were friendly and very helpful. Great restaurant atmosphere, we will be back.

Had a wonderful experience at Burger King. The staff were so helpful and friendly, the really made sure I was getting the best value for my money.

Adriano served me . Was an amazing experience and gave me a great dining experience. Very smartly presented and got my order out in less than a minute.

It's interesting that a place puts meaty bits on the chips and messes up an order when you order 2 vegan burgers. What a way to make two people quite sad about their food. Unsure how this could have been messed up but thank you BK team. We had to throw out the chips.

Couple of school kids ruining the atmosphere but staff are amazing

We came to eat with my family every year. This year my wife and I are coming for the first time after ordering 18 pounds, I ask someone at the cash register. Where is toilet? To which she answers upstairs. This one downstairs was out of order. I asked the person in charge, can you help me with the wheelchair for the toilet, and he just laughed in my face and said that's not my problem, and he turned and said, your plan. So rude, he does that to every wheelchair user. Goodbye Patrick

Bad everytime from Burger King always wrong

I asked for extra onion and got no onion at all . no sauce either!

The drink, although paid for, did not arrive. Both portions of chips were cold.

The food was delivered but they forgot the Coke drink that I also ordered

Driver clearly had multiple stops en route to my house so food was stone cold and only received at third of money in credit in return. Very poor !!!

Eaten at Burger King chains for ages, being my favourite fast food chain it makes sense. Canterbury Burger King however has given me awful food poisoning, on top of that the customer service was non-existent at the tills - the most monotone, emotionless staff. Had me spending 2 hours of my 4 hour flight in the bathroom the day after eating it, and has practically ruined my first day of my holiday. If you appreciate your gut to be in good health, avoid Canterbury BK. (Most other chains are okay)

Nice food and staff are nice, s9metimes gets very busy that some things fall through but all in all worth it.

Should check before you send orders as you sent a mixed frozen drink when I ordered blue raspberry.

Lukewarm Softdrinks "Use the other machine", was almost out of choices, and guess what? Lukewarm. I'd recommend an emergency shutdown of this place to avoid further damage to the brand.

Food was cold due to the fact it was delivered on a bicycle which is odd for Just eat

Bought a 2 burger deal and only got one of the burgers - just order from a local restaurant instead

Large cookie dough ice cream was not delivered.

“Loaded cheesy fries” were undercooked and had only the slightest dribble of cheese on them

Service was amazing, speedy as I went in as they opened just after 11am fresh hot fries, perfectly salted too (always a bonus) . Will go back for more food next time, value for money as well. Members of staff were kind and pleasant great atmosphere, manger was always chatty too which was great to see.

Came here on my lunch break and was really impressed with the fast service! Food was fresh with crispy hot fries and the burger was juicy. Glad I stopped off here will be making this a regular lunch spot.

Had everything but two cokes which when asked the driving where the drinks were he said that the lady said that they was no drinks on the Order when my receipt said there is.

I don’t order Burger King as much as I used to, but when I do they always get my order perfect, always arrives packaged well and hot. ✨

Didn't get an order at all. Waited all the time for a delivery. Didn't get a phone call - nothing. All of a sudden I see that it's marked as delivered.

Took 25 mins after being collected to be delivered. Cold and very squashed. Very disappointed!!

Apart from screaming children, the food was nice and staff polite and friendly. No napkins given despite asking a few times.

Located a few steps away from the bus station, it has a serene environment to enjoy you food.

My food was wet, it’s now in the bin.. plus had to resort to twitter to get a refund quicker than 48hours so I can ‘just eat’. Terrible service!

We didn’t receive the correct items and it was clear staff couldn’t be bothered to cook anything before close as the contents of the chicken burger was wrong. I am really disappointed with the service

Replaced one of the burger party's with four slices of cheese, definatly not what I had ordered. The ruined burger was also stone cold which was odd considering the rest of the order was warm.

First time ordered from Burger King’s just to try if my little one likes it. He was happy to see the sharer box on the menu with onion rings and nuggets etc…but our food was mixed up with a big box of Nacho’s chicken fingers only and on top it wasn’t enjoyable as it turns out it’s way to salty . No sauce at all with the order. The error clearly was made by the restaurant. Delivery was good.

Order took so long as the driver broke down and had to use his “friends” bike. Cool food and bag partially open already which made it wet

Busy in Canterbury but didn't wait for long. Food was hot and up to their usual standard. Ate in and went upstairs where there were only a few people so it was quiet.

I went to try Burger King at 11am on a Monday morning and they weren't open even after several minutes the staff just stood behind the counter chatting. I decided to go to McDonald's.

Delivery was great food was a little cold and greasy the box was also crushed up

Phoned the restaurant, spoken to very rudely asked for a refund the restaurant said it wasn’t down to them. Tried to get a refund still waiting a few months on not good service at all very disappointed 😞

Says it was delivered at 18:26 , but I’ve never received my order , so someone is enjoying my food 😡😡

I am missing a part of my order. I ordered Chicken nuggets, alongside my cheeseburger and chips and Diet coke. I did not receive my chicken nuggets.
