I ordered an iced Americano for coffee before leaving the train, but Rosa kindly explained to me that iced drinks were not available. She was really apologetic and kind. Even when taking other orders, she kept asking me if there were any other inconveniences, which was great. Thanks to Rosa's kindness. I felt great. The best employee.

It's really frustrating when I pay money for the food to get 1 Napkin or NONE and be in the creepy situation to ask for more and to be given one by one.....I know it's a thing from management,wich is definitely wrong and nor appropriate......beg for a napkin when I spend my money in there....a big No to that.

Offer gluten-free fish and chips every Friday night, which is great as my spouse is a coeliac. I normally have the chicken breast, it's lovely. The kababs look good too. Very friendly and welcoming staff.

Prices very reasonable (compared to Ascot where we're from!). Fish chunky and perfectly cooked. Two large chips spot on for 2 adults and 2 hungry teens. Curry sauce lovely. Only one Steak and Kidney pie left so me and the boy had a fight over that. I lost but the chicken and mushroom pie was grand. And my worry over whether they would take cards was not a worry as they did!

Me and My 2 children walked around chester looking for a simple chips, cheese & gravy not many chippy places had cheese. So we walked in too chip'd and was suprised they had cheese but unfortunately no gravy this was upsetting as they had about 20 different sauces but no gravy. I think without gravy your missing A lot of custom to be quite fair. They serve gravy in Netherlands. Isnt this A dutch store. Plus seeing them beautiful chips I couldnt think of a better topping than cheese and gravy it's a peak little dish. 🥲

Second time ordering. First was good - both food and promptness of pickup. Second yesterday was bad on both counts. App told me food would be ready in 25 minutes or less - was over 40 minutes. Then even though I was waiting and had given my name, the food still sat for at least 5 minutes before the staff member realized it was ready. On top of that the food itself was very disappointing. Threw out the appetizer (pork) after one bite, spring rolls were soggy, rice was overcooked. Maybe this is due to the festival season? Not sure I will try again.

The food quality from here is always exceptional. Decent portions at reasonable prices. Service is always quick, friendly and efficient even when they are really busy. In my opinion they’re the best chip shop in Redditch and I’ve tried most of them. When you’ve used them once you probably won’t go anywhere else again!

Been going here for several years now. Top quality fish and chips at reasonable price. Friendly hardworking staff always polite. I highly recommend.

28th September 2024. Just been and ordered large mixed chicken and done kebab. It was the biggest and the most delicious kebab I have ever tasted. The freshest salad and the perfect chillie sauce. In a large nan bread rather than a pitta bread. I can't recommend this kebab an pizza house enough. SUPERB and the staff are absolutely brilliant. *****
