Food was lovely,but took a ridiculous amount of time - esp as the doner meat is already cooked! Over half an hour, and it seemed that delivery drivers are prioritised. Didn't appear very organised. We aren't local to the area and was referred there by someone else, but wouldn't bother if you're in a rush

I feel bad for leaving this review but I was not happy with my food at all. There have been few times when we’ve ordered and the food has taken way too long to come. As well as that, my food was freezing and my order was wrong. I appreciate the staff are most likely busy in the evening, however it doesn’t make up for the bad food.

This is the best Kebab house in the UK. I have been going to this takeaway since 1990. I still drop into Nottingham even though I have moved over 70 miles away. Always been good value for money.

Awesome kebabs, my new go to place, never had donner like it! Lovely bit of chew in the meat, lovely naan and sauces, very generous portions.

Just love take aways here. The quantity of food is so good. They taste as well good. Especially Masala Fish.

In my opinion one of the worst kebabs had. Had it delivered so expected a wait.. arrived 1hr 20mins. The steak in 1 kebab was so burnt it needed a good set of teeth to chew it! The donner in the other kebab was shredded to small pieces and had a taste like it was mixed with curry. Salad was mainly cabbage and onion. I will continue looking for a decent kebab shop, but sadly this is not it.

I travel from Loughborough to Nottingham when i fancy a kebab and i always have the Caspian Special Kebab wrapped up a fresh naan bread with plenty of fresh salad and it never fails me. Pizzas are lovely too! Only one issue I have and that is, parking is terrible.

Absaloute joke of a place 2 and a half hours for a kebab and a pepsin and when I got it and opened it it looked like regurgitated puke and was warm. They have dropped so much instandards. Used to be 1 of my fave kebab places but I would never advise anyone to go there and I sure won't be 13 quid literally in the binit smelt off like it had been sat there for days. Place needs to fix up sharp if you can't do your job or deliver food then don't deliver because its obvious they are not capable and this is one of many times I've had issues with this place recently.

If you live in Nottingham don't go anywhere else for a kebab except here I've been getting my kebabs from here for many year's and they are excellent 😀 freshly made, plenty of choice and good portions you do sometimes have to wait but it's worth it just wish they delivered to my area in Nottingham but I don't mind driving there to collect 😉 keep up the good quality of food guy's

It with sadness I'm forced to leave such negative feedback. Caspians known for its quality and quantity, not on this occasion. A chap named Shani I think served me. The portion was so tight, I wanted to return it back. I watched him remove and reduce the quantity of a kebab of an order his colleagues asked him to finiah off. At first i thought he was loading it up, but when i saw the before and after I was stunned at his behaviour. Normally a small is so full I share it with my partner. But this portion I received was so small and abnormal, I was left hungry after I had finished it. My photos clearly shows there was hardly anything there. Really really unhappy!!!

Well ordered some food from here took 1 hour 20 mins to be delivered. and opened it up to the kebab being really cold and greasy 🤢definitely not be going here again!!! Not even worth one star!

I visited this place in the evening on a weekday around 6pm, and it wasn't too busy. I came upon a recommendation from a friend to try their donner kebab, and I have to say, it was very good! The portion size was very big even though I ordered a small, and you could tell that the naan and donner were fresh. For only £5, you really can't go wrong. I will definitely be coming back in the future!

Best kebabs ever.. Especially since the new owners took over. Just improve on the consistency of your fries/chips. Sometimes they're to die for and sometimes not even edible. Lovely guys who run and work there..

Called into Caspian at 8:30 on a Saturday night to order 6 kebabs. Was told they would be ready in 15 minutes. They wouldn't accept card payment. When cash was offered we were told to pay on collection. Called back 15 - 20 minutes later after ordering a taxi to take the food home and was told they had not even started on our order. Place seems totally geared up for delivery using online apps. Man taking telephone orders on the customer side of counter and all counter staff need training in customer service. I've been using Caspian Kebab House since it was original established in the 1990's by Mohsin and later when Ash ran it and were always treated in a professional and friendly manner but the new owners are totally ignorant with no face to face customer skills. Steer clear unless you want to be treated as a 2nd class citizen.

Great take away the food are tasty and big portion, donner kabab is out of this world and really tasty, really friendly staff and also i notice they give free food to homeless people without any question, the only reason its a 4 star is they dnt take card payment which is a hassle but apart from that its the best take away by far with food and service.

What can you not like about caspians!! Portions are good, food is beautiful. Today's order was X2 pizzas camping special and meat feast Chips and x2 large donner kababs. Coke. Return after a week or a year same quality food 5* So busy tonight we couldn't get to them online or by phone, maybe 20/30 orders while we waited. Same quality customer service ☝🏻 Thank you.

I’ve been coming here regularly for about 20 years. In recent years I’ve been ordering online via Just Eat and the quality of the food, portions and service is still first class! Nice to see a company retaining the standards it always had! (Please add doner meat in a tray to the menu so I can order it separately as I used to In store.)

Had a £61 order 1 hr wait. Chips like rubber. pizza tasteless all base no toppings. Chicken on the bone not fit for human consumption. Kebab meat chewy tikka nice Shesh not for me.

Amazing pizza, donner is always good but disappointed with the chips I received, rock hard and stale over cooked, they were definitelyre-fried chips. I called the takeaway to let them know, they were indenial that they sent fresh chips, they were NOT!!. The guy I spoke to then moaned about the complaint, I'm sorry your a takeaway "Learn to take CRITICISM" no one makes a complaint without a reason. like I said the food is usually quite good.

Caspian is my love. Desi special pizza with some extra green chillies. Waooooo different taste good quality. They are very busy all the time so if you are planning then give yourself plenty of time specially on weekends.

who ever reviewed this place ie (Halal Munchies) you really need to get your taste buds serviced if you think these guys to an extraordinary doner meat, totally average and very disappointed.

Ok so what can I say... I have had many kebabs from many city's around Britain. I've had kebabs in France, Spain, Portugal, Cyprus, but this is by far the best one I have had in over 20 years. smal steakl kebab called large with salad... salad is two pieces of cucumber, 9 bits of onion, and white cabbage... not recommended at all

I ordered a large kebab and when i recieved the food it was incredibly small, the taste was good but the portion was just too small, its not worth to buy anything from here, it might turn out the same as mine.

Would not recommend this takeaway, the food was cold and absolutely tasteless, would rather go hungry!!
