Five Guys in Nottingham

One of the best burgers I've had for a while. Across the carpark it seemed Nandos had a wait time of over an hour according to their waitress so we decided to have burgers instead and I have absolutely no regrets on that choice. The burger was full, completely not shy about loading it up with fillings and was really tasty so it did not disappoint at all. Seating was tight for spare tables but we didn't have to wait around long for one to be free. Really enjoyed dining in and was in and back out to the cinema across the way within 40 mins.

Really really tasty food but it's quite expensive. They do however pour the chips into the bag so you get a huge portion

Random location for a five guys - middle of an industrial estate. Service was fast enough, food was good. As you'd expect for five guys.

Expensive, food not that hot and chips over salted

Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and a large fries as a treat for me and the mrs but five guys only sent 1 cheeseburger which when charging the prices they do is pretty poor (almost 12 quid for a burger)

Fab food and drinks. Love the burgers here they are to amazing! And the fries we bought a medium for the 2 of us insane how many they throw in!

ordered bacon cheese burger and was quite disappointed tasted very band for what it was and how much it cost (£12), I've got to be honest I prefer the taste of the quarter pounder from rustlers which actually tasted better for a fraction of the price

Five Guys never fails to hit the spot. I've always received exactly what I ordered, and the burgers are always freshly made. One of, if not the best fast food joint in the UK.

My veggie sandwich was colder than the coke cans in my fridge. It’s usually hot, but this was freezing cold all the way through like it had been made then refrigerated.

I'm pretty sure they make everything from scratch, as the quality of food is top tier. The service is superb, it feels like an old family run restaurant, but it surely can't be, but speaks to the quality of the management. Go hungry though as the portions are ather generous

Five guys virgin....It did not disappoint. Fresh tasty burger with unlimited toppings and amazing skin on fries with a double portion size. Not the cheapest but you can see where your money has gone. Highly recommended.

Here, I had a burger on the night of September 4th. The staff were very kind and helpful with my allergy, and they didn’t overlook my spouse's request for the burger to be well done. Clean, delicious, and polite service.

Went there to have milkshakes and was extremely disappointed. Watered down and artificially sweet tasting. Absolutely ruined my night. Went and told the staff only to be told there was nothing they could do.

Driver was perfectly fine, but everything else was shocking. We ordered two burgers, fries and a drink, and received a hotdog and a handful of chips thrown in a bag.

I’m a regular customer at Five Guys and have always liked their service in other cities, but I am very dissatisfied with a recent order placed through UberEats in this branch. I ordered a milkshake, but the delivery driver called to inform me that the milkshake machine at Five Guys was broken and that I needed to cancel the order myself. The staff did not contact me directly and only informed the delivery driver. I asked the driver to have the Five Guys staff cancel the order, as I was unable to do it initially. However, the staff informed the driver they could not cancel the order and advised me to handle it myself. Despite following these instructions, I was still charged for the order, with the explanation that I cancelled after it was placed. This experience was frustrating and disappointing. There was no follow up or message from the staff.

Phoned to cancel and they still sent half the order 90 minutes later than originally ordered. Not doing that again. Better get money back or will do charge back to just eat who provided no reliable way to cancel or contract anyone - I had to find a different phone number myself.

I didn't get my food the driver didn't call me

Went to Fiveguys on Sunday for my little brother's birthday and they were great! We weren't sure if we could take a birthday cake in but the manager and team were so accommodating and brought the cake out on a trolly for him and he was so pleased! Really great service and, as always, the food was great!

I recently visited Five Guys and had a mixed experience. The cashier was friendly and welcoming, which was a nice start. However, the rest of the staff did not share the same attitude. The person who handed me my food seemed uninterested and didn't even smile or say thank you. It felt like you'd need to pay her for basic courtesy. Service was also disappointing. My order was late, not meeting their policy on wait times. When I finally got my food, the patty was burnt and the cheese was not properly grilled. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking. I noticed peanuts scattered on the floor, which was quite off-putting. The tables outside was full of dust. Overall, the friendly cashier was the only positive aspect of my visit. There's a lot of room for improvement in both service and food quality.

The restaurant looked untidy, tables not cleaned between customers. We missed our order due to unintelligible calling of numbers. Should be visual also. Milkshakes were however, amazing as were refillable drinks. Very expensive.

Incorrect order received. After phoning the restaurant to tell them and ask them to correct it, they suggested I “apply” for a refund and had no intention of correcting the order

Wrong milkshake given. No options if you don't eat beef. All i could eat was fries but they were delicious.

This was our 3rd time visiting and this time the food took quite a lot longer than on previous occasions and was not as good as it has been previously. Though it wasn't because they were busy. We could see staff taking their time, leaving food out and it didn't seem to be well organised. We spent nearly £50 on this visit and would have appreciated some quality control. Not sure if we will visit again.

Five Guys is a great Burger bar. Definitely not fast food but good burgers and the low carb lettuce wrapped burgers are the best I have had.

The restaurant couldn't find our order they rang me confused and when it did arrive it was dry, my husbands burger yet again didn't have any jalapeños and a few extras we added on were missing there was no relish only mayo and the chips were soggy, really not enjoyable at all

Milkshake wasn’t blended at all! Huge chunks of strawberry. Do not order for a child they could choke! Zero attempt to keep food warm, didn’t even fold the top of the bag over , left it open with a sticker on top, all hot air got out, stone cold!

Same as all Five Guys. Great, simple, quality ingredients.

Had a bacon burger and little fries with a refill drink. My order is almost always the same with grilled onions, grilled mushrooms and lettuce. The first burger was a cheeseburger, which I can't have because I have an intolerance. I told the member of staff this, who then told me they'd make me another one ASAP, as is customary for incorrect orders. When I asked what I should do with the cheeseburger, the member of staff told me to either chuck it or eat it...after I had informed her of my intolerance. It's a good job I have common sense... The second burger didn't have bacon on it. I couldn't be bothered to go up again as I was too hungry. As a former Five Guys employee I understand sometimes things go wrong, but this was especially disappointing. It wasn't busy and, in addition to my order problems, there were error lights on both of the refill machines which indicates limited drink availability. Not a great experience. Pains me to write that given I was on the other side of the counter about 5 years ago.

Worth the extra. I’m not normally a burger fan but these burgers and fries are exceptional.

Order was incorrect. Toppings on wrong burgers meaning lactose intolerant person had to re-order elsewhere.

Orderedfrom here this evening. Food quality was terrible. Cold, wrong size fries. Also food satfety/hygiene is terrible as 2 of my burgers had hairs in them. Disgusting as im a resturant manager myself.

Drinks machine had limited flavours. When you're paying 4.25 for a refillable drink, you expect the machines to be in order and stocked. Burgers took ages to get made. Not the best.

I love their burgers. It's great that you can create your own by adding the toppings you want from the list. I also love how you get soooooo many fries! Literally feed the 5000. The downfall is the price, they are very expensive, so it's definitely a treat to go there. I will definitely go again, but only as a treat.

The burgers are good but the ambient is not very cosy. Very dirty and certainly for the price they charge, they could pay more attention to the cleanness and the style of serving their overpriced burgers.

I recently enjoyed a mouthwatering Double Cheeseburger with bacon at Five Guys, and it was an absolute delight!
