Subway - Crown Place in Liverpool

the store hasn't updated there order stuff as when I called due to missing more then half of my order that there delivery hasn't come in which would of been fine if they had bothered to ring once they for the order or oven leave a note to explain

Says it’s open till 8 but it’s closed at 19:20

The lady who works there was so rude.

If the manager or anyone else is making your subway its good, if its a young man with long hair and painted nails its absolutely rubbish. Constantly touching his dirty hat then touching the food, rushes the salad and wraps it up poorly. I don’t understand how the manager who is excellent is okay with this?

Subs Cold even though was only coming from around the corner

By far the best subway on campus. the food NEVER fails and the staff are not in any way stingy with nor the meat or the salad. on the two occasions that i’ve been the service has been great, absolutely no faults. the subway itself is also really lovely, with the big windows and variety in tables it’s genuinely a nice place to sit and eat.

It was in December 2022 and I never (and will never ever) come back to this branch. The lady who served me was very rude and awful!!!! I had never seen anyone like her before. I just accidentally touch the glass and she remind me in a very very rude way, no smile. What's wrong with you?!

This subway is MILES better than the subway just down the road on the other side of the university square. It is quiet and chill, and the staff is always nice! It is always my go to and it is always so empty and nice!

Item changed with out being informed and I dis not the like the item it was changed too Had an issue ordering last Tim's from just eat to half the order was missing

No cheese or lettuce, cold and threw together

All my food was cold The 12 pack of mixed cookies where all the same triple choc The 3 pack cherry bakewell where swaped for milk chocolate I am missing my cookie from the meal deal and the sandwich was missing items

Wrong bread, neither sub was toasted, wrong cookies, missing a packet of crisps and both wrong drinks.

First of all, Really horrible service..the workers can not be even more rude . Really need to work on hiring more polite and nice workers Really ashamed of the experience

One sandwich was totally wrong...and cold. The other was ok... although cold.

I went twice today and the person refuse to serve food twice…. The second reason was because she was having a cigarette!! Funny! I would love to know whta the owner of branch think about it

Visited several times now and no complaints. Any issues were out of the vendors hands and understandable and always explained clearly. Even todays "cash only" as POS internet out. Large enough to eat in, great window seating to watch the world go by whilst having a break. Nice food, staff very polite and friendly, always seen wasing hands and using gloves etc. So far always a great experience. Great job.

We had our first order rejected by another local Subway branch. There were items missing or incorrect from this order which we only found when we brought the food back to our office nearby.

Ordered a steak and cheese salad. There was salad but no steak or cheese in sight

The besttttt asked for extra cheese in notes and they provideddddddd they also gave me a free cookie <3 the best

It was around an hour late and the food was cold and there was no brie in the brie sub that I ordered

Chicken nachos missing, potatoes cold, samdwich missing and a cookie missing. Second time they have messed up order. Won't order again

My sub was a mess and uncut but other than that good service and tasty food.

The food was warm not cold plus all the meet was on one side.

It's not my order, the order was wrong, I asked for something different from what I received

I ordered a Mountain Dew but got a 7up instead and I ordered American cheese and paid for extra but it was completely missing from my salad I also paid for extra sauce but this was completely missing from my order

This subway always slaps! Ordered a vegan patty salad and got so much for my money! Ordered 3 cookies and got 6 without having to pay for the extra 3. So chuffed will order from here again, happy belly.

My order was incorrect. I got the wrong crisps and drink.

The food was not nice it was spicy when it wasn't suppose to be . The driver was late and i didn't appreciate him grating me in arab .

Sub was cut waaaay wrong, had a tiny top and a huge bottom so i got marinara sauce everywhere! Another one of my items came wrong and the last one was missing altogether! Get your act together Subway Crown Place!
