Buen menú y precios para su sabrosa comida. Me encantó las zonas de estar limpias y ordenadas, así como el personal acogedor. No hay alitas de pollo aceitosas para hablar como KFC, sus alitas de pollo están marinadas, muy crujientes.

Genial para un bocado rápido. Personal especialmente servicial y atento. Mucha elección en el menú y bueno para los niños. Buena ubicación

Unbelievable customer care by a guy called Aubrey ( I think) he absolutely couldn’t do enough for me and my friends - very refreshing to see this level of care these days ! He went above and beyond when I asked for skimmed milk he went to purchase some for me . What an absolute diamond ! Thanks Aubrey x

Primera vez que visité, original solo para una copa pero terminó teniendo algo bueno. Todo estaba delicioso y el personal no podría haber sido más servicial. Quería una taza de té, pero no tenían nada, así que tomé un jugo de naranja. Un par de minutos más tarde el gerente vino con una taza de té para mí que había hecho todo lo posible para hacer en la cantina del personal, sin cargo. Qué amable servicio. Definitivamente iré de nuevo.

Got told about this place by a mate at work and it didn't disappoint yes its a tad expensive but believe me you will enjoy every single bite and say in the end yes it cost us but OMG was it soo worth it.

It's rare to have such a great experience in a fast food restaurant but, after a fantastic family visit on a rather busy Saturday evening, I felt compelled to leave this review... Not only were the chicken tenders some of the (if not THE) nicest and highest quality chicken we have tasted for a long time, they were combined with fries that tasted great and actually contained a proper, visible amount of potato... KFC, McD's et al - take note! But! The real difference was made by the superb customer service I received after a query arose due to some confusion regarding ordering at the table via the Slim Chickens QR code and app. Three members of staff tried to help with my query, all very patiently and without a hint of appearing hassled (this during what I guess is probably the busiest time of the week for them). Unfortunately, none of them knew the answer for sure and so went to find Aubrey (I'm assuming he's a shift manager or higher). This gentleman went above and beyond to not only help with my query but made me and my family feel like we'd been regular customers for years! I can't remember receiving service of this quality for many, many years in any establishment, fast food or elsewhere. Aubrey, and the rest of the team are a credit to your business and I hope they're well recognised by the company....well done!!!

Muy sabroso pero bastante caro para la 'comida rápida'. Pedí una comida tierna de 4 piezas, una comida tierna para niños de 2 piezas y un batido Oreo. Llegó rápido, y la comida estaba caliente. El personal era amable y el restaurante estaba limpio. Mi única crítica serían los baños ya que eran unisex y no tenían papel higiénico.

Found gruff nuts in my hand shaken caramilk milkshake :( didn’t affect the taste much but I’ve been told I have strange taste buds. Otherwise ok. Did see 2 women kick out some people when they weren’t bothering anyone but other than that not too bad!

Tiny bit pricey but worth it, I had the 5 tender meal plus a cadbury shake and it was worth every penny.🙌🏽 Food came out relatively quick and overall was very delicious especially with the dip.

Paid for me order, they didn’t get me order and after I told them what me order was, they gave me the wrong order and didn’t get my drink. I Had it anyway cause I knew they were working hard and didn’t wanna be fussy about it. But was nice overall, just would have been better rated if they actually gave me the right order.

Compré comida de aquí fue asqueroso teniendo en cuenta el precio, además de que realmente no consigues que te paguen tu dinero por una bebida extra y lo cancelaron, así que cuando fui a llenar mi bebida me cuestionaron groseramente, la mujer con la que hablé fue terriblemente grosera y me estaba hablando a su compañero de trabajo justo en frente de mí, así que me disculpé cortésmente por SU error y felizmente pagué. ¡Nunca volveré tan decepcionado como nunca en mi vida me han hablado o faltado al respeto de esta manera!

Food is extremely well priced for what you get. The meals are huge and fresh! The staff are all lovely and efficient in what they do. The place has a nice atmosphere. Would recommend. Better than your average kfc!

food was delicious and well priced, far better than any fast food chicken i’ve had before! service was excellent, i was served by eleanor on the till, she was lovely and polite and was more than happy to recommend items to me when i was unsure on what to get! would come again

The service was great, especially the employee “Caitlan”. I had a problem with the taste of the burger sauce, and she immediately changed my order. She was very helpful.

The food is not bad, but it's too expensive for what it's. I've been there 4 times and staff were never once nice. Either rude or indifferent. This is something I noticed to be norm in this city so I'm trying not to penalise the establishment for. But, during my last visit, and after I was waiting at the till for around 5 minutes, the young worker silently went past me several times, and did not even say sorry after she finally started to take my order. What's worse is that she raised her voice at me after causing me to get confused with her incorrect instructions on how to redeem the app rewards, saying that I needed to order twice to use my two rewards, when in actuality, one was possible to be redeemed without making an order. Someone, who seemed like the manager, was standing there and did not say anything. Raising your voice at customers must be a usual occurrence.

Food was cold and the order was late. The map part of the app went down so didn’t know when the delivery person was. Will not order from Slim Chickens or use Just Eat again. Very disappointed

Average food that doesn't fill you up for the prices unless you order extras. No sugar coke available. Just the chemical sugar free versions. Just a messy fast food joint in a nice setting. Litter outside, messy tables etc

Firstly the food was excellent along with the brilliant service particularly the manager Gosienka who came over to introduce herself and was so friendly. I love chicken but this is the best chicken food restaurant I’ve ever been too! Thank you all so much! 5 stars isn’t enough make them 10!

Order was not late it didn’t arrive and it took 2 1/2 hours to inform me that my delivery had been delivered at 18.50. Pretty abysmal service. Never order from you again and it was my last 20.00 so I couldn’t order anything else. Shame on you

Extremely expensive for what is only 6 small bits of fried chicken and chips (almost £18), especially considering you order your own food from a touchscreen ala McDonalds. Tasted okay, but it was also the single saltiest thing I've ever eaten. Downstairs toilet was filthy.

Visited for lunch today. Positives: easy to order using touch screens or QR codes on the tables. Food came quickly and was hot and tasty. Staff helpful during a busy lunchtime service. Negatives: Self service drinks dispensers (personal view but I don’t like them) Ground floor disabled toilet was awful. Obviously not checked and cleaned regularly. Walls and floor dirty and in need of updating/cleaning. Didn’t create a good impression for the rest of the restaurant which was a shame. Overall I would say that that the experience didn’t match the price of the food in there compared to McDonald’s.

absolutky diabolical this is my 2nd complaint food ordered 5 30pm delivery kept changing eventually you said 7.50pm been delivered no delivery to me .i sent compnaint i had email saykng u are looking into refund.i was woken on bed 9.50pm ur delivery driver with the order this is no good didnt want the foods 5 hrs late i still want my refund for the abysmill service and ruini g our night

Mi pareja y yo comimos en este Slim Chickens ya que estaba convenientemente ubicado en Liverpool One, y ambos nos fuimos satisfechos con la comida. El pollo estaba crujiente y tierno, y la variedad de salsas para mojar (tres para cada una de nuestras comidas) añadió algo de variedad a una comida por lo demás bastante convencional, con el sabor a barbacoa coreana que es un punto de referencia personal. Me sorprendió gratamente ver tostadas de Texas servidas con la comida, que estaba seguro de que nunca volvería a ver después de salir de Estados Unidos. Las máquinas de refrescos, que te permiten dispensar variantes saborizadas (vainilla/lima/cereza) de la bebida que elijas, me hicieron darme cuenta de lo mucho que extraño las máquinas de Freestyle de Coca Cola Americana. Las alitas llegaron a nuestra mesa sin ser mezcladas en salsa, lo cual fue un poco extraño para mí pero no fue gran cosa considerando las cantidades saludables de salsa para mojar que teníamos de lado. En general, disfrutamos de nuestra comida y sería feliz tener almuerzo aquí de nuevo!

Segunda visita aquí y aún mejor. ¡Tenía la ensalada de pollo y estaba deliciosa! Un montón de ensalada fresca y quiero decir un montón y los trozos de pollo eran tan sabroso! Esposo tenía 8 alas con papas fritas. La elección de salsas fue increíble. El personal es amable y servicial. Gracias.

Our delivery time continually got pushed back and then when it finally arrived over an hour after ordering the food was stone cold. Very unhappy.

loads variety of ranch available. fries portion is big. the chicken burger was just basic and nothing special. the garlic bread was bland. the crispy meal wing was worth it compared to the chicken burger. the oreo and chocolate milkshake taste good. spent on average of £15 per meal, slightly expensive.

Great place to have lunch, the kids were very happy with the chicken.

Un poco como un KFC elegante si nunca has estado antes. Algunos lados más inusuales y un interior limpio e inteligente. Restaurante de comida rápida pero con una sensación más inteligente. Definitivamente vale la pena un viaje.

Super fast service, good food in general but nothing beyond special. Would definitely go if you are craving fried chicken, the milkshake however is good.

My order was classic chicken and chicken strips It has a very normal taste. An important note for Muslims (I asked about all sauces, are they halal and the answer was no? Except mayonnaise and ketchup, which are halal.)

Expensive not worth the money. Chips were the horrible skin on fries. The refillable drink do not offer proper coke only horrible sugar free coke, fanta or 7up, there should be a proper choice of all drinks.

Ordered food on the self order and system and it came within 10 minutes. Really hot and fresh . Staff are super friendly. Would defo have the tenders again

Was on my own so obviously I had to get up and get a drink and leave my food unattended but my jacket was there, and they lifted my food.. Unbelievable, I got an apology but that was it and no refund or suggestion of something else to eat.

Food is freezing, could have come out of the fridge warmer. Driver was here 30mins late, my fried pickles were cold, wet and limp like my soul after eating this. Awful don’t put yourself in my shoes and drop £20+ to be left dissatisfied and hungry.

Food came cold. We ordered milkshakes with the meals and they didn't arrive until about 25 mins after we finished the food. Had to remind staff that we had ordered drinks 3 times and was given attitude by staff when I asked where the drinks were. Food is very overpriced and the whole restaurant is full of rubbish everywhere you look. Overall bad experience, will not be coming back.

The food here is gorgeous :) the chicken is nice and juicy and tastes amazing, aswell as the garlic bread and cheesy garlic sauce. Milkshakes are also thick and super nice! I had a problem with the self service machine and was in a rush and the staff went above and beyond to sort it and get my food to me quickly, and they are always super friendly. Definitely better than all the other chicken places in Liverpool!

Came here for the first time on Saturday 30th March. Food was excellent and piping hot. Genuinely loved my meal, I had the 4 piece chicken tender meal with a beautiful cheese garlic dip. Will definitely be back.

Super fresh. tasty and quick, the restaurant was really clean, great atmosphere. We were served by Arbrie (black shirt) he was really attentive and making sure everything was ok. Definitely recommend

Ordered around 8.30pm food arrived after 11pm as delivery driver didn’t go to the restaurant for hours. Food was cold and gone to waste as no one wanted it as we had to order more food as didn’t think it was going to turn up.

The cleanliness of here is 100% dirty. The toilet so small and piss all over them. Lucky. I'm not given food and restaurant rating it would be closedown.

Me and my friend both ordered a chicken wrap meal, costing us £11.45. My meal didn’t turn up for another 10 minutes after hers did, and both were cold - fries and wraps. Really disappointed especially for the price
