Slim Chickens in Liverpool

The staff were good with the order, food was amazing and the place looked very nice. It was expensive but understandable for we where.

Great food, great taste and extremely good service, but overpriced, would give it 3.5 stars if I could 😁!

Extremely expensive for what is only 6 small bits of fried chicken and chips (almost £18), especially considering you order your own food from a touchscreen ala McDonalds. Tasted okay, but it was also the single saltiest thing I've ever eaten. Downstairs toilet was filthy.

Massively over-priced for what it is. However, it was good food and the honey mustard dip was to die for.

Good Food and presentation of the food. Burgers are very spicy but you get unlimited drinks for the menu. Worth going once.

Fresh food always, a bit on the expensive side but knew that before walking through the door. Food arrives quickly will very little staff interaction.

absolutky diabolical this is my 2nd complaint food ordered 5 30pm delivery kept changing eventually you said 7.50pm been delivered no delivery to me .i sent compnaint i had email saykng u are looking into refund.i was woken on bed 9.50pm ur delivery driver with the order this is no good didnt want the foods 5 hrs late i still want my refund for the abysmill service and ruini g our night

Visited for lunch today. Positives: easy to order using touch screens or QR codes on the tables. Food came quickly and was hot and tasty. Staff helpful during a busy lunchtime service. Negatives: Self service drinks dispensers (personal view but I don’t like them) Ground floor disabled toilet was awful. Obviously not checked and cleaned regularly. Walls and floor dirty and in need of updating/cleaning. Didn’t create a good impression for the rest of the restaurant which was a shame. Overall I would say that that the experience didn’t match the price of the food in there compared to McDonald’s.

Our delivery time continually got pushed back and then when it finally arrived over an hour after ordering the food was stone cold. Very unhappy.

loads variety of ranch available. fries portion is big. the chicken burger was just basic and nothing special. the garlic bread was bland. the crispy meal wing was worth it compared to the chicken burger. the oreo and chocolate milkshake taste good. spent on average of £15 per meal, slightly expensive.

Great place to have lunch, the kids were very happy with the chicken.

A bit like a fancy KFC if you’ve never been before. Some more unusual sides and a clean, smart interior. Fast food restaurant but with a smarter feel. Definitely worth a trip.

Super fast service, good food in general but nothing beyond special. Would definitely go if you are craving fried chicken, the milkshake however is good.

My order was classic chicken and chicken strips It has a very normal taste. An important note for Muslims (I asked about all sauces, are they halal and the answer was no? Except mayonnaise and ketchup, which are halal.)

Expensive not worth the money. Chips were the horrible skin on fries. The refillable drink do not offer proper coke only horrible sugar free coke, fanta or 7up, there should be a proper choice of all drinks.

Ordered food on the self order and system and it came within 10 minutes. Really hot and fresh . Staff are super friendly. Would defo have the tenders again

Was on my own so obviously I had to get up and get a drink and leave my food unattended but my jacket was there, and they lifted my food.. Unbelievable, I got an apology but that was it and no refund or suggestion of something else to eat.

Had a really nice meal at Slim Chickens, I was super happy with the quality and presentation, really worth the money. Eloisa is an incredible member off staff, very informative and lovely guiding me through my first visit and never stopped working. :)

Food is freezing, could have come out of the fridge warmer. Driver was here 30mins late, my fried pickles were cold, wet and limp like my soul after eating this. Awful don’t put yourself in my shoes and drop £20+ to be left dissatisfied and hungry.

Food came cold. We ordered milkshakes with the meals and they didn't arrive until about 25 mins after we finished the food. Had to remind staff that we had ordered drinks 3 times and was given attitude by staff when I asked where the drinks were. Food is very overpriced and the whole restaurant is full of rubbish everywhere you look. Overall bad experience, will not be coming back.

Came here for the first time on Saturday 30th March. Food was excellent and piping hot. Genuinely loved my meal, I had the 4 piece chicken tender meal with a beautiful cheese garlic dip. Will definitely be back.

The food here is gorgeous :) the chicken is nice and juicy and tastes amazing, aswell as the garlic bread and cheesy garlic sauce. Milkshakes are also thick and super nice! I had a problem with the self service machine and was in a rush and the staff went above and beyond to sort it and get my food to me quickly, and they are always super friendly. Definitely better than all the other chicken places in Liverpool!

Super fresh. tasty and quick, the restaurant was really clean, great atmosphere. We were served by Arbrie (black shirt) he was really attentive and making sure everything was ok. Definitely recommend

Ordered around 8.30pm food arrived after 11pm as delivery driver didn’t go to the restaurant for hours. Food was cold and gone to waste as no one wanted it as we had to order more food as didn’t think it was going to turn up.

My garlic bread had a bite taken out of it and after that I put me off it all

Dryer cold was cold inside music to loud I asked for cheese on toast due to I had bad tummy all I got was causes not what I received totally Wrong won't ever visit again

I had explosive diarrhoea, the staff was very rude and seemed unbothered won't be coming back

The cleanliness of here is 100% dirty. The toilet so small and piss all over them. Lucky. I'm not given food and restaurant rating it would be closedown.

Me and my friend both ordered a chicken wrap meal, costing us £11.45. My meal didn’t turn up for another 10 minutes after hers did, and both were cold - fries and wraps. Really disappointed especially for the price

Jedzenie bardzo dobre, kawałki kurczaka, frytki, sosy ok. Największą wadą lokalu jest pogubiona obsługa. Dostałem pomylone zamowienie na co obsluga stwierdziła że dostałem więcej niż zamówiłem więc mam gratis, nie otrzymałem napoju więc musiałem zgłosić się do obsługi. Kolega z którym byłem w lokalu również nie otrzymał napoju i po 3 upomnieniach obsługi w końcu dostał to co zamówił. Rozumiem że klientów jest bardzo dużo ale niestety fatalne rozwiązanie wydawania posiłków tworzy ogromy chaos.

I tried french fries for a quick snack in the evening and I must say that the fries are too good and salted perfectly. Mayonnaise here is very yum. I have added mayo on the fries and the combo was bomb. Must try!!

The food was so good.Its like raising canes in America.As soon as we sat down the food was there.Warm,crispy,juicy.It was the best meal I have ever had.The staff where so welcoming as soon as we came in.I got a milkshake which was delicious and 4 chickens,toast,chips and sauce for only £10.My friend also got a salad box and said it was great too.Cant reccomend enough.

Ordering system could be quicker and simpler (however if you order from the staff there's no problems). Great chicken wings.

Chicken strips were ok in taste but was cold and chips were cold and soggy. Not happy with this tbh near enough £20 gone just for a chicken strip to be eaten.

Great food, you get quite a lot and it tastes lovely. Love the dip options, there's plenty of options! I had the Slims Sauce and Garlic Cheese and my partner had the Honey Mustard and Spicy BBQ. We recommend them all! The garlic toast was lovely, too. We also tried the battered pickles, you get plenty of pickles, and they are nice. The refillable drinks cups are all there at the self service drink station, we made the kistake of waiting for the cups!

Food wasn't up to scratch and was no better than any competitors, texan toast was basically just Warburton toasted with some garlic on it, burger was nice but nothing spectacular, staff were polite and helpful and cleaned our table the second we finished eating

Average food , chicken is nice , milk shakes are far to thick to even drink. I was intimidated using the toilet with 6 young boys in the bathroom , whichbi found uncomfortable , this is the reason I shall not be back to this place . privacy is needed when going to the toilet , and with young men hanging in the toilet it's not appropriate

Went on a cold day and was colder by the blast of air con. Food not the same quality or portion size as other slim chickens. Service was OK.

The food was excellent, came in less than 5-10 minutes every time. We sat upstairs and within minutes we got our food. Food is outstanding, one of my favourite places to eat at.

Good food here, had tenders and fries. Enjoy that you get multiple sauces and plenty of options on them. Service also good, staff are pretty attentive. All in all a good spot for a casual bite when you're in Liverpool One.

I had a 10/10 experience at slims, I was served by Aubrey and he was genuinely class and a true gentleman. Excellent service from him and the rest of the team food was fantastic! Would highly recommend visiting!!

This was a fantastic restaurant for dining, welcoming all of us with the counter making all the options clear! The design is consistent to the company throughout, atmosphere is relaxed and the refillable drinks machine is fantastic. I enjoyed a Buffalo Chicken Wrap with chips and Blue Cheese sauce, sitting comfortably at a clean table and it is even served on serviettes!

Unfortunately.... this is not anything like the one on James Street in London! What's an absolute shame! The chicken wings are NOTHING like the ones I am used to. My partner had a burger that did not represent the one that she ate for the first time on James street, let alone looking anything like kne In the picture.

I found the service of the young man behind the counter to be informative and helpful as this was my first visit to this place, the selections he helped us make all went down an treat and was very patient with 2 young picky eaters. The service from the staff once sat down wasn't great when asking for sauce was bluntly told "dunno" you'll have to ask downstairs. This was from 2 staff members we approached. The food was amazing, flavourful, and something everyone liked, empty plates all round. Hygiene was an issue for me in this visit, we had to clean our table of rubbish before we sat down, and wipe the table down, not a major issue but going to the toilet was disgusting, these were not clean toilet roll on the floor and hanging out of the toilet, and not very clean at all. Had to clean the toilet so my little one could use them.

The food was really good. The service can be marked as average. Also, they are promoting their application, which is good, but it is not up to the mark.

First time trying slim chicken and it was really good. The food was really tasty and there were a lot of sauces to choose. Ranch is given by default but I also chose honey mustard, buffalo and garlic cheese sauce. We ordered classic chicken burger, fried pickles and tendered chicken wings. burger looks small but I left comfortable not TOO full. We paid around £18 for everything. The staff were welcoming but the only downside is that the service was quick slow. I could see orders piling on the kitchen window and no one paid attention to it for quite a while so we had to wait a bit.

I had heard how good slim chicken was so thought I would give it a go, well never again the chicken was so dry, flavourless and not what we expected,safe to say we will not be going again

Excellent chicken One of the best chain restaurants

I WAS ABSOLUTELY DEVASTATED!!! I was appalled by the amount of time it took for my meal to arrive , a group of girls arrived after us and had the same party of people and still got there food before us , we had to ask multiple times where it was and they said if would come shortly. When we asked once again where our food was , they were too busy arguing about nonsense instead of serving us the food. Which I think is absolutely unacceptable in a place of work AND EVEN WORSE , THE FOOD WASNT EVEN THAT GOOD, Do better. We will not be eating at your restaurant again!!!
