McDonald's in Liverpool

One of the most efficient McDonalds I’ve visited.

Everything seems a bit rushed. Sure it's a fast food place, so fast they overlook putting fries on your order or, two supposedly identical mc flurries had vastly different levels of ice cream. I wish the staff who had long hair would tie it up! Serving tables with long hair drooping over your face is sadly lacking in hygiene standards. Get a grip of the mc flurry machine. We've been in twice when it's not been working. The best point is the staff are so lovely and helpful and overall the food is good. I believe this particular restaurant is a McDonald's franchise and can affect the availability on the menu.

This is not always the best McDonald’s and some staff have no manners and sometimes they get my order wrong and I will stop going to this McDonald’s soon

Waited 30 minutes to get the wrong milkshake after asking three times

Awful service, received wrong order by delivery, called the restaurant we ordered from and the woman that picked up was rude and obnoxious and repeatedly hung up on us. Told us to not call back and we couldn’t get a refund.

I ordered the new Big Tasty Meal my receipt didn’t come out again, but I got my food in only 2 minutes… that’s fast food and that’s a star 🌟 With plenty of seating I was easily able to find somewhere to sit and eat my meal, that’s a star 🌟 The big tasty was indeed big and tasty “that’s what she said” I had no issues with my food that’s a star 🌟 I ordered a free ruby kitkat McFlurry, the presentation was a lot better than in my last video and it tasted unreal! 5 Stars 🌟 Where should I review next?

Very poor quality and bad service

This is always lively with families and kids. Good range of fast food, drinks and sweet treats with several self service machines available, however they always seem to get my order wrong here. Located in St John's shopping centre, right by the bus station and Lime St with on-site parking available too. Clean and well presented with a clear menu and prices. Spacious seating area with smaller and larger tables, wheelchair and disability accessible as well as friendly staff on hand to help when needed. Unlike most McDonald's this closes when St John's closes at 6pm but this is a good stop off during the day for a lunch break or a shopping trip.

Just a Macdonald's really. Staff were okay, but atmosphere not great in the middle of food court.

There is never any tables free or when they are free they haven't been cleared and wiped down

Always great service here by the helpful staff. Atmosphere is what you'd expect for a high street McDonald's. The restaurant is always clean and the food is fresh, hot and served quickly.

I went here with my client as he likes the Big Macs and mmmm I can ser why and so I had to join him, the staff are always happy to help with any requirements that you may have and are amazing in what they do.

The young manager needs to learn some manners

We arrived at this establishment at 5.55 on a Tuesday and a short angry woman told us we may not be served, then allowed a man in an Aldi uniform to go ahead with his order as we were turned away, I asked why he was allowed to be served and she said "he's been working all day lad" after looking us up and down , this is an appauling example of discrimination and should be further investigated

Lovely place in busy St John's I love it

My Dad and myself went into this McDonald's at St Johns Shopping centre. My father had a chicken select's meal the food was good, but when he went to pay the girl behind the counter overcharged him £0.50 for an extra dip which was included in the original meal price. He mentioned to the girl who served him that the dips came free, she then said it costs extra for the dips which was 1.50. My Dad then went and looked on the price board and it said two free dips included in the price. He then paid it he then went to the manager and called him over he said he just ordered 5 chicken selects and she charged me for the free dip, do you want me to give you the 50p back he wouldn't listen she made a mistake. Then he said (my dad) just give me the 50p back and the manager came and gave him the 50p back! He (the manager) went back and he and the group of staff were looking across and giggling like children about my Dad! Very unprofessional and rude! I can safely say that we won't be going to that McDonald's ever again!

Got my order wrong and wouldnt sort it out

McDonald's. What else should I say? Workers are very nice, but it's in a busy area so they can't do much. Good seating though.

I ordered a meal and got it as takeaway and when I went to eat it found that they had put mayonnaise on it but I'd requested no mayo. I contacted customer service and they were very helpful and sent me a QR code for 2 meals ( only one worked) but at least I got a replacement meal for the one that I couldn't eat.

It wasn't McDonald's it was KFC and I had four boneless chicken pieces and a drink and fries and it was very good I and my friend enjoyed it.

The food Court at the central village is so small, making the place looks congested.

Too chokka this place, was on a shopping trip with my 7 year old daughter but the vibe in this store is manic at best. Too big, much prefer the smaller stores for a friendlier atmosphere.

Good value place clean. Avoid after school times. Lots of school kids. Well behaved though.

This is the most accessable mcdonalds in the city for someone in a wheelchair like myself. The staff are WONDERFUL and always so helpful carrying food to a table for me and helping me find space for my chair. I go out of my way to go tocthis specific mcdonalds.

Young kids unsupervised working there spent their time talking and the food goes cold.. people waiting as their are talking

What is there really to say, its a bog standard mcdonalds that can't get an order right

Needed something quick on way to the match. Know I was going to regret going to McDonald's. The staff I saw working behind the counter were very young and spent most of the time Chatting to each other and not working, people were waiting for their orders and the 3 staff members standing there chatting Not good. Very poor customer service when the other was served to me. Did not ask if I would like anything with the food, in the 10 minutes I took to eat the warm food I did not see a supervisor. I had a chicken wrap which looked like it had been dumped together. The chilli sauce was only in the bottom and not spread throughout, warm dry wrap😞 chips were cold not good at all. On a plus the lady cleaning the tables never stopped cleaning. I will not be going back,

What was to like about this experience that I paid the privilege for. Staff were more bothered about singing Christmas songs I just wanted food plus all the scallys practically smoking weed in there, I would rather have been in Bermuda. Plus my food was wrong

Fast service, clean, friendly staff.

Order correct , staff spot on and rapid with your order never had a problem here anytime over the years the widnes staff could do with going here and seeing how it's done because they can't get anything right anytime and they are no where near as busy as the liverpool staff are.

Fab night seeing Blue....The lads were great,fab voices and true gents. Good support acts in cassa Jackson,Megan Mckenna and the legends that are b*witched

The food I order is always well cooked which is a nice start. There's been a few occasions when I have only ordered 1-2 things and have waited for them for a long time. Also noticed alot of the staff in the kitchen/at the tills like to have long conversations with the other workers and stand there doing so holding someones order. Been little kids unaccompanied in here walking around smoking, no one seemed to be concerned. The seating area closes early. Went in the other night for some dinner, went to go sit down and was turned away, all the while it's freezing outside and I've just paid for my food, I would like to sit down and enjoy it.

What can I say. It's a McDonald's. It is meh, as usual.

Disgusting. This was by far the worst mac i've ever eaten. The bacon cheeseburger was damp and flacid. The bun stuck to my fingers and came away in lumps. The meat was damp and cardboardy and the 'bacon' defied description. My wife commented that the horrible floury chips were half cooked. The chocolate milkshake was, however, quite delightful.

Lovely as always but it's not really fast food got a bottle of water,ordinary latte,and waffle hash browns. The coffee was sat there for a few minutes and bottle of water had just been put next to it as the waffles were already made yet took 5-10 mins for all to get to me very slow service for a fast food restaurant.

Very busy and for some reason the app wouldn't work .Had the crispy chicken and bacon wrap, bacon looked raw and like it had been added at the end , won't be going there any time soon .

Some Self service machines are always out of order / no receipts sometimes. Fries were warm and tasteless, Not cheap, and not value for money 👎

New layout means kitchen staff not visible from counter, the smaller collection counter is tiny and paying by cash is now harder

Was too busy must be Al the students back in the area. Took a while to get my order of a coffee and some chicken selects.

There could be someone helping with the machines. It's difficult eith a three year old in tow. Other than that food came quick after I'd ordered.

Reason being for this low score is not because of the food.i am sick and tired of beggars approaching my car asking for money.this can be quite intimidating as you have your window down. Kensington is the worst.1 by where you order and 1 after pick up window .sort this out please

Wouldn't go to this branch again. Almost all of the pay points where out of order meaning long queues, no toilets unless you pay, and they forgot to put the ketchup in my kids happy meal so he wouldn't eat it when we got on the train.
