Absolutely awful. All the food was cold. Drinks and dips missing. £80 for cold food not happy. Sort the refund out

The food arrived cold but was still okay, funnily enough though the canned drink was warm!!

Food arrived in a ripped bag, all wet and ice cold. Driver took forever to get here

Popeye's is the best chicken place around town by far. Yes it's a chain and yes it's not cheap, but it tastes delicious and has bottomless soda refills. The mango habanero is excellent to dip with as well.

Food was good and takeaway service was fast but the toilet conditions was shocking especially at 8.30pm on a Saturday night. Very off putting and glad we got our food to takeaway. Toilets should be regularly checked esp in a busy food eatery

The food was very quick and really tasty, really big portions and a cheap price (considering the location). The place is spotless, the tables get clean up extremely fast. The staff absolutely lovely and polite.

Having been to two different Popeyes across the UK. My family and I have always had a very good experience. This is the third best popeyes I have been. Not the cleanest and from what we ordered not all of it came to the table as there were stock issues with some of the food and also the drink machines were out of order so where my kids had ordered fizzy drinks from the machine and would usually get a cup to help themselves they were instead given fruit shoot style soft drinks without being asked.

I don’t understand how it’s always packed in there, absolutely nothing is special about the food, it was my second time visiting & got really both times, chicken has 0 taste & it’s super oily yuk! Also the toilets are something are so filthy & disgusting no one cleans them, you feel sick as soon as you walk in, the whole experience of going to popeyes is like trauma for me, yuk! Would never go there again

Veggie burger bun had mould which I was not impressed about, but they apologised for the mistake and a new one was made. Also gave a free portion of chips as compensation.

Food good, but despite choosing table service and taking a table number our food wasn't brought over and we had to go and pick it up from the counter. Also took a good 20 mins to be ready, which was not ideal as we were wanting a quick bite before our train.

Pop into Popeyes, they said! It'll be quick and delicious, they said! Well, the food was actually good...but only if you're willing to age a bit while waiting for it. Ordered two spicy wraps and a kids' meal, hoping for a speedy chicken fix on Lord Street. Instead, I got a 50-minute test of patience! Pretty sure I watched staff age right before my eyes as they tried to figure out who ordered what – like an episode of "Who’s Got My Order?" with no winner in sight. By the time our food arrived, I was just grateful to remember what we'd ordered! The wraps were spicy and tasty, the kids' meal was a hit – but hey, Popeyes, next time let's aim to serve food while customers are still young enough to enjoy it!

Kitchen was discusting no gloves employee was putting hands down his pants other employee was sneezing in hands and immediately touching food with bare hands so many people complaining everywhere was messy the drink but was covered in drinks food floor was disgusting put me off my chicken burger was pink order wasn’t even packaged properly boxes wernt shut properly food all over the bag i now have food poisoning never again

The food is really nice but guys, please do something about your toilet. It's really in a state and it is so disgusting to use it. Yesterday there was shit everywhere on the toilets, the floors were wet and full of toilet paper, it was absolutely unacceptable. I don't want to catch something while using it.

Absolutely appalling 😭, i ordered the food at 17:33pm and it didn’t arrive until around 19:58pm. i was STARVING. And then when the food arrived half of my biscoff milkshake was GONE! the fries were cold and wet? and the chicken was also cold. If the delivery time is the same next time i won’t be ordering again!

Arrived just before 11 am on Saturday, so decided that we would try the breakfast menu as nothing else was being served until after 11. Had an egg and cheese muffin, looked like McDonald's one, and as small as theirs but actually tasted better, as did the cajun hashbrown. After 11 am, got the honey chicken burger and some chicken wings. The burger was slightly overcooked, and the honey was overwhelming. This tastes like sweet chilli sauce. The wings, on the other hand were spicy and the batter crunchy like KFC. Did not like the fully self service kiosks, how do I redeem prizes?

The time on delivet changed 3 times then The delivery driver had me stood at tge door over 5 minutes to put the delivery code in, bearing in mind its raining. Food is cold and soggy

Food never arrived!!!! Stood waiting in a hotel reception and my order updated to delivered when it hasn’t. I hate this about ordering with Just Eat as now you have to raise with them . Popeyes in Liverpool don’t want to know meanwhile I’ve dropped nearly £30 on a meal that hasn’t arrived leaving me to have to sort something out.

Absolutely loved the spicy chicken wrap and had oreo shake for first time it was impressive. Greeshma was a friendly staff, will defenitely be back again.
