Brilliant Excellent Fabulous Great

It's been a while since I've had food that made me feel worse after eating but this one did. The boneless box had boned chicken in it. The chicken was bland. The ice cream came without any sauces or toppings and also tasted bland. The fries were ok but again not great. In all honesty, I was told Popeyes is better than KFC. IT IS NOT. AVOID.

Ordered 6pc classic and got 3 wings and 2 drumsticks. Not the first time but won't be ordering again from them.

Popeyes Chicken: The Reason I Ghosted My Salad Look, I didn’t mean to fall in love with fried chicken, but Popeyes came in like a crunchy, spicy wrecking ball. One bite of that glorious crispy coating and my salad packed its bags and left. The chicken is so juicy it probably moisturizes from the inside. And don’t get me started on the biscuits—dangerously good. Like, “I-need-a-lifeguard-for-my-throat” good.

Oooh my goodness this food is divine!! It was my first time visiting the famous Popeyes Louisiana Chicken and it did not disappoint! The food was served up quickly and for a very reasonable price. The self service tills take card payments only but you can also order at the counter and pay with cash or card. You can choose to collect your meal from the counter at the right or have it served to your table. The food is so gorgeous, you really can see why it's called soul food. My soul is still singing and dancing and I had this meal 2 days ago! I had original chicken tenders, Cajun fries, gravy and some sauces. All of them were perfect but the chicken is next level. The servers were incredibly friendly and polite which was in keeping with the warm, soul food atmosphere. The whole place is relaxing, warm and vibrant with soul music playing in the background. They just got absolutely everything right about this. The whole place was really clean too! I cannot wait to go back!!

Edit: Me and a friend had some tenders and wings. We both blacked out and had upset stomach last night. I am never going back and am strongly encouraging evryone else to boycott this store if they care for their own health. The service was fine and all. From the waiting staff, Neha came along to ask for my feedback. The food was not great. The chicken and fries were a bit burnt. The spicy sauce was good.

🌟 HALAL 🌟!!!! Finally … a chain that fully serves halal chicken. The chicken is sooooo succulent & moist. We ordered a box meal, and a burger with Cajun fries and a mash & gravy. Mash & gravy was decent but wouldn’t order it again, not enjoy gravy. The rest of the food was AMAZING!! Move over KFC !! The coating was soft & crunchy at the same time but didn’t taste oily. Cajun fries were tasty, even my little one loved it. Highly recommend the (only dip I ordered) mango habanero! Drinks are refillable with flavoured Fanta available too. Def my go to chicken place from now on. Oh and if you download the app and order from there, you get 20% off a £10 spend 👌🏽 I don’t know if it’s because it’s fairly new …but the place was super clean and the staff were always cleaning up as soon as customers left. Highly recommend Popeyes 💫

Chicken wings had red veins in them ,chicken burger like rubber,we actually sat in at first ,then my friend went the toilet there was 3 all both men and women ,first toilet man came out of it as my friend went to use it he must have urinated all over the seat ,and there was no toilet paper , second toilet exactly the same ,so took our meals out back to work and discovered the crap in the boxes , did an online complaint with receipt and order but cos no photos no help given so that's it for me never go back again ,and it was ,£25 for two meals so bit expensive

It was late. I'd been to a gig and hadn't eaten since lunchtime. Did the job and had more flavour than the usual limp burger culprits that are available at that time. Not exactly fine dining, but it hit the spot in the moment.

Food arrived in about 2 minutes. Very tasty and was huge. You pay more at KFC for less.

I’ve been coming here since they’ve opened… and everytime the bathrooms are the most vile. Even McDonald’s have better bathrooms than here…. I can’t wash my hands without seeing tissue and urine all over the floor…. And they don’t even have lemon wipes in stock… had to get my food to take out. Please do something about your bathrooms

We had a delivery which come on time but missing one fries one chicken pieces and one chicken sandwich this is unacceptable, there is no number to call to tell them. The food was lovely, but I think the customer service is non-existent, I will dine in , but will not be getting delivery again. I think I deserve a refund considering half my order was missing,

First time experiencing Popeyes. As we've all heard about Popeyes from the states, I felt it was a right of passage for me to have to try it while I was in the area, and I am very glad I took the time out of my day to do so. The chicken had a bit of a spicy kick to it, and the breading was crispy and flavourful. The chips were really nice too, and didn't need anything extra added, and all for a reasonable price. If I encounter Popeyes again I'll definitely make sure to pop in!

The food was freezing cold, the box was soggy. The delivery driver took so long and went in the wrong direction multiple times. Very disappointed considering how much was spent on the food. Can you please investigate this? It was advertised as 30-55 minute waiting time from moment of purchase and was nearly 2 hours to from door to door.

It's chicken,how hard is it to mess up a order..... With this lot very very VERY EASY....tried to explain to staff order was wrong ,to busy to stop. Food cold not even Luke warm , had no choice but to eat it, diabetic sugar was low,next time I'll wait five minutes and walk to Macdonald's.
