Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen in Liverpool

My food arrived over 1 hour late. Cold, greasy, inedible!

the the chicken is too crispy. no good for me.

I have order for 6 wings and it was just 5 piece of them and the food was cold

waited HOURS for it, the chips where cold and there was cheese (that i asked to remove) that was rock hard and almost green.

It was good but I thought it came with a drink

Im 8 months pregnant and live in a house so the driver call me to come out home to collect the order from his car. Worst delivery service ever

Two warm milkshakes, ice cold chips and a burger that’s been cremated and left to go hard nearly broke my teeth. 30 pound for something I wouldn’t give my dog, if you’ve turned everything off don’t serve food that should go in the bin to your last customers

Food arrived late and it was cold. Last orders out of shop near closing time but quality should be the same all day. Had this good been hot it would have been spot on sadly it was cold.

Food was barely warm by the time it arrived.

Yet again asked for plain burgers and neither burger was plain. Disappointing. Other than that food was good once warmed back up.

ordered a Buffalo Ranch burger which had absolutely no Buffalo sauce on it which ended up being a Ranch Pickle burger, could only eat half. The food arrived in 23mins from order to door which is obscenely quick for the distance and subsequently cold.

honestly very disappointed with it ordered 3 pieces of chicken and 3 portions of chips, this should be hint enough that it's 3 dinners I get sent 2 breasts and 1 shrimpy leg it's an insult for the price

No drinks with the order, 1 Dr pepper, and 1 coke zero

Such a pleasant experience here at Popeyes, we visited on Sunday 1st December in the evening & our whole experience was delightful 😊 My little family enjoyed every single bit of our food! The burger was amazing, the fries were seasoned well, my husband devoured the wings & the mac & cheese was rather tasty too 😋 but I can honestly say the the strawberry cheesecake milkshake was one of the best shakes I've tasted ( besides the ones I made in my own shop !! ) This was definitely up there as one of the best. We all agreed we would be back, I must say the service was impeccable & the whole place was spotless, immaculate in fact & the waitresses that evening were helpful, smiley & as soon of the people had finished i saw a waitress take the trays and sanitise the area immediately 👍🏼👍🏼 We look forward to our next visit 😀

Brooke is simply the great worker in the history of food

Foods with good value. They serve breakfast with a nice hot latte. A new restaurant in retail park and we will definitely go there again.

Food was tasty if cold. Nothing a few mins in the air fryer can’t fix, especially given that these are delivered by cyclists, in all weather. The dips were missing, but the specifics were right ie plain burger. All in all, popeyes usual standard once warmed up.

Popeye's is the best chicken place around town by far. Yes it's a chain and yes it's not cheap, but it tastes delicious and has bottomless soda refills. The mango habanero is excellent to dip with as well.

Food was good and takeaway service was fast but the toilet conditions was shocking especially at 8.30pm on a Saturday night. Very off putting and glad we got our food to takeaway. Toilets should be regularly checked esp in a busy food eatery

The food was very quick and really tasty, really big portions and a cheap price (considering the location). The place is spotless, the tables get clean up extremely fast. The staff absolutely lovely and polite.
